I have ordered from this app many times and have never received a problem. Don't you think if Wish was known for fraud and scams they would be sued or at least have their app taken off the App Store? This is no scam. It is simply a get what you pay for situation. If you order a $1 silver necklace it is almost guarantee that it is going to be plastic or metal. You are the only ones scamming yourselves because you actually think a silver necklace is going to be $1. I hate these bad reviews because it makes wish sound like a bad app when it is the best way to shop. All of you rival companies are just jealous of Wish's amazing prices and quality. Sorry to say, but this is the best app EVER!
I haven't had a bad experience yet. I bought several things and granted, it takes awhile to get, but everything I received is good and you can't beat the price. I have not ordered any techno stuff, nor do I plan to. I ordered a lot of knick knacks, stocking stuffers, etc. I would get emails from them with the status of my orders or if I had received the item yet. If I responded "no", the seller contacted me immediately with an update. I guess I was lucky compared to all the other reviews I've read.
I ordered nail wraps eventually I received an email saying they had been shipped. 2 months later I still hadn't received anything and then they said there were payment difficulties and asked me to scan the Card I had used. I declined as any reputable Company would have just used my order no. Eventually I discovered that my order history showed that I had been refunded only a quarter of the cost! Even taking off the shipping and converting to US$ I couldn't reconcile the amount. Anyway no matter because I hadn't been refunded anything. I have never dealt with a reputable Company anywhere in the world that didn't have a Customer Service or any Department you can contact because all links lead you to shopping/sales. Or who asked you to scan your payment card. Having read other similar reviews I say stay away and hope they get shut down soon.
Wish has been great, anything I'm looking for I find at a good price. But I have had 1 bad experiences with an order being delivered that I pay 50$s for. Says that it was delivered but yet I dont have my order.
Needs to have better tracking information. Or have a better idea where packages are. Other than that I think most or the products are ok not the very best but some are. I would still order just not when it comes to electronics
Purchased 5 shirts. One was an American flag print. The shirt was see through, actually all the shirts were. But the colors on the American flat print were Bright blue for navy blue and hot pink for red. The quality is soooooooo poor! The sizes are really off by like a lot. I'm a medium and I ordered an xl so it would be loose because everything I read said to go bigger. I did by two sizes and they are all small on me. I tried to return and all I have gotten is the run around and weird $#*! responses. I will NEVER purchase from this misleading site again and neither should you! Crapy clothes! Don't waste your money or time on this site. Giving them 1 star is a lot!
Ordered cell pho e accessories on xmas day recieved tracking number several days later. Tracking never updated, I contacted CS and was advised to wait an additional week. After that week and no update I contacted several more times and was ignored. After I threatened to file a dispute they offered a refund and failed to issue a refund. Disputed charge with my credit card. Scam artists pkease dont order from them! Save yourself the problems!
The support system it is so stupidly annoying, they keep sending me the same email and instructions as if they do not or can not read English. I emailed them 10 times saying that i lost my account and i have orders coming to me but they do not provide any solution.

wish.com is a scam The merchandise is extremely cheap it will arrive broken and when it does there is no way to get a refund even though they say 30 day refund from the date you receive it. In order to get a refund you must submit a picture of the broken merchandise but wish.com has disabled the function to upload a picture or to take a picture to submit for your refund. Also they do not tell you that if they disagree you don't get a refund. Everything I have received from wish.com has been broken in half. I've tried for days to apply for a refund but without the picture you can't submit anything to customer service. Pay more from a reputable company that you can get your money back if the merchandise not as pictured, described or broken because you will not get it back from wish.com. Set your money on fire and throw it out the window, you'll get as much for it as spending it with Wish.com.

I have made 2 or 3 orders on Wish now; and with every order there is always one item that is a couple months late. I am not the only person with this issue. I have heard this problem happens quite often. My last order, the item that was delayed was the most expensive item in the order and the item I was looking forward to, the most. For the price of the items and how cheap shipping is, it is worth the wait. Considering it is coming from China. Like I read in another review; you get what you pay for.

If it's a"flash" sell where you can get items for. 50 or 1.00, don't worry you won't get it, but they will refund. They will say it already sold out. You will never get an item from any of those sales. If you see an item at a regular low price it will be for the smallest size only. Finally you find an average price on an item, don't worry, the shipping cost will be as much as or more than the item itself. Also you will always receive a low quality item. Consumers lose on this site.
I knew from the start not to expect the highest quality items, since they were so discounted, but once I received my items I was pleasantly surprised! My sweater was super soft and comfortable and fit perfectly. I also ordered some Sakura Pigma Micron fine liners, expecting a bootleg, but they were the real deal! I got all mine pens for only $3 with shipping and received everything really fast. I will definitely be buying from wish again.
I ask for a cancellation on my orDer as they changed the delivery date twice before the item was even shopped. They refused to refund my mon ey or cancel my order. The shipping date changed from two days to close to two months once I used my card. That is faulty businesd. Never will I buy from then again. This company is not operating in a decent way. I have order many many things from Wish. I do recommend that people look at description and the sizing. Some of the sizes are small. And what the material is made of You are also able to view in advance what it will cost to have it ship. Once you have ordered with Wish they will have items that are free. All you do is pay shipping. Another for discounts is if other people are ordering the same product.

They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
