First buyer 1.00 scam

Wish has some good deals but be careful of promotions some are in place only to benefit wish such as there first buyer 1dollar promo this is a scam I have friends and family who have put through orders for this promo and have never been the first buyer including myself we have put in well over 1000 orders and have never been the first buyer so do yourself a favour and don't waste Ur time wish is good for savings but can also be quite sneaky although it don't do any harm financially to u it does still cost u time and frustrations

Disappointed

I was going to buy a pair of shoes they were advised at $16.00, when I pushed the button to buy they became $31.00 plus $16 for delivery, I tried and few times over a week, at one point the shoes became over $250 and the Normal price was over $1,100.00. I found this very misleading and dishonest.

Custom charges

I have ordered quite a few items in the past from Wish and had no problems with my delivery to South Africa, Today I received three items and had to pay Customs Duty
Of R72.00. I think you might want to inform clients of this. I have never paid for my other items. It was most annoying.

Disappointed customer

I recently purchased a kerosene lighter, From you. A lighter is so small. I can't believe how long it's taking. I really appreciate the value on items you present on your site. You disappointed me. Thieves

I want to report that this is a thief company. It confiscates within 30 days any money that has not been received by the parcel within the time period specified by them and has not applied for or managed to apply to Wish. I think about 10% of the goods are not sent to them at all. Let's face it, if you haven't received the item and haven't managed to contact their service within 30 days, Wish is simply confiscating your money. Of the 1 million 10% of buyers paid 20 each and did not receive the goods, 2 million remains for them. Is this a really honest company? Can our money really disappear so simply?

Deceptive platform.

Deceptive platform. The promotional pricing is a scam. You pay money, and after a while you are informed that the product has not been sold and the wish has returned the money. Of course, you'll never see the money. The most expensive sales platform in the world. Shipping costs from space and poor quality products.

SCAM!

If you inquire about shipment, they request you wait 30 days. Then when shipment doesn't arrive, they claim you are outside 30 day refund and want to give you store credit. I ordered 3 items and received none!

I ordered mini glass jars that were supposed to be 3.5 cm tall. They arrived and they were 1.8 cm tall. So I was already upset with that. Then I ordered 5 different colors of mini artificial flower heads. I got... feathers... a lot of feathers. This is terrible and I demand a refund immediately, these things were for sonething important and now it's ruined, if I can get a refund and my correct items, MAYBE I'll purchase again, but until then, I don't think so.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH
January 9, 2017

I will never order from this lame website ever again. I ordered a pair of boots on December 9th, and today is January 9th. The arrival date was January 7th. I mean really? Then I wanted to speak to a "live" customer service rep, they make sure that "they" do not have to talk with the customers. Horrible service. I only WISH I had read all of the terrible reviews before being enchanted by the lovely boots, I may never get.

Stay away from this site

So Cheap you will never even imagine. You are trying your luck to purchase from them. I had purchased 5 times in 2016, one never arrived, one arrived but broken because the cheap packaging, one is good and happy, one is fake product which never work, one had the most beautiful image but arrive rubbish material.
Buying is fun. But not from them!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They charged me for an order that didn't go through and keep replying the same messages over and over again. I did not have an email or reference number and Klarna said that Wish havent even informed about a refund. I have already waited for a month. It seems like a scam.

Rip off company

Never buy from this company! I ordered a dress for my birthday two monthlater, I get an email its out of stock! To get a refund is a hassle! They should be out of business, promising items and not delivering! Better off with Amazon! I ordered 10 items and 3 only came!

No Item No Refund

I ordered an item before Christmas. After waiting 6 weeks, they informed me that I would never receive it. After contacting them twice about a refund, they explained about the huge amount of refunds they were having to processand I would be contacted. It is now July and I am still waiting!

Run away from Wish.com

I have purchased several items from wish. 97 percent of their items are NOT what they advertise. They should be shut down, due to all the false advertising they do! I purchased clothes, shoes & house decorations from wish. They lie about prices, the quality & quantity of most items! They will promote a certain price, but when go to check out, the price is much more! They advertised some shoes, on sale for $2. But, when u check out the shipping fee is a bout $30 to $40! Be careful shopping on wish! I bought shoes & when I received my package, they shoes were the same color I ordered, but the shoes were NOT what I ordered! PLEASE, listen to what I tell u... Wish, FALSE ADVERTISE EVERYTHING. I will NEVER shop on wish/wish.com again! Run away from Wish.com!

I purchased an item on Wish back on 27. 11. 20 and was sent tracking information that my order had left the shop on 3. 12. 20 and due for delivery on 23. 12. 20
I than received an email on the 20. 12. 20 advising that my item I ordered was no longer in stock and offered a Wish credit or refund
I chose a refund and than was given a refund of the item only and not postage which I paid $29 for.
I do not understand WHY I wasnt given a full refund as they did not have the item in stock.
I have been dealing with the Customer Support which are NO help and if anything are just plain RUDE.

I think they're a RIP OFF and will never ever use wish again.

I am absolutely disgusted with the dealings with this company
