My bad, I didn't check the reviews before I ordered! Everything I've read here is what I'm going through since I made my order in mid May. The order was supposed to be here between May 20th and June 1st. On June 1st they bumped it up to June 17th. Now after reading everything here, I have no faith in getting my item before midsummer. It's too bad that sites like this are allowed to continue their bad service. Once I get this settled, I will delete their app and never order from them again! I'll stick to Amazon and eBay, everything I've ordered from them has come before the date they quoted when I ordered the item.
They will take your money today and if you are lucky you might receive your order in 2 months.
Regardless of the Coronavirus their service is crap. You following their tracking and the parcels sit in some distribution center for weeks.
Amazon. EBay, anywhere is better than this.

Wish sent me a different horn 139 decibels. Then makes you jump thru hoops in getting the correct item, or your money refunded. Which didnt happen until I filed complaint with post office against them, and informed them. Then I recieve a response informing me I will be receiving a refund. WIsh.com is a scam. The horn I ordered was advertised at 300 decibels. I have not yet recieved a refund. Please read the other complaints against WISH, they treated me in the same manner. Then find a more reputable company to do business with you be happier.

I payed foe prouds. Wish keep saying it was coming then tracking could not be found and I never did get my products. Even tho they say they were coming. I ask for a refund. They gave me a partial and then took it back out of my bank account. What a fraud and scam. Do not ever use them. They lie and cheat you out of money.

I was really surprised that I received my items from Wish.com as I had read so many negative reviews. I just recently received two of the five items that I ordered and everything thus far is just as advertised. The length of time it takes for shipping is accurately posted.
Very happy with all the products I purchased. The only problem I have had was an opened package and to contact Wish the automated questions didn't fit. I can't believe they have never heard of a tool falling out of the packaging. I purchased another tool and am happy, again.
Wish is a good way for shopping when you want to buy a lot of products for less price. Just it takes long to arrive, But they arrive well. Also, sometimes products come really early then what it says. I'll recommend it for everyone who likes to buy a lot of stuff.

I order three watches that never arrived. And for the stuff that arrived they took over a month to arrive. Most of their stuff are cheap and low quality. I had a pair of pants that tore up on me on the first day. That was a complete waste of money and time. You can go to Walmart, Kohls or Amazon for better quality at about the same price. Also they charged me for some unknown stuff. I tried going through my order history to identify what the extra charges are for but there were no evidence in there of any new orders other than the once that I was tracking. I called them multiple times and all I got was voicemail to call again later. I also messaged them multiple times through their customer support and it’s been two weeks with no response either. Just stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off or deal with the extra stress.
My products never arrived and they promised to refund my money since August but now they just stopped responding to me. They have my $200 and are just ignoring me. This is no way to do business. They take your money after you build trust and order something large. Something needs to be done.
I ordered a knock-off pair of Oakley sunglasses about the middle of December In no rush) i paid $1 for the glasses and $1 to ship. They arrived nicely packaged with no issues. I set them next to my real Oakley's and they are close but not the comfort. For a $1!

I just attempted to buy a clothing item advertised at $13. As soon as I entered the size and colour, price changed to $21. Still a good deal, so I went to check out, and now the price says $27. So within 2 minutes, the advertised price more than doubled. No thanks.

Items did not ship together but in bits and pieces. After two months of waiting finally received most of the items but there are still items I have yet to receive. Some of the products had no labels and no instructions so at that point I wasn't even sure what they were. I actually had a negative reaction to one of the products. Also, wrong sizes and wrong colours. Any attempt to reach out to the seller was unsuccessful. I am a newbie at on-line shopping so was very disappointed. I think I will just stick to ordering close to home or wait until I can shop in person. I would recommend a big "NO" if you are thinking of buying from this site. Maybe I can save someone else some trouble and anxiety.

I ordered an iphone from wish.com. After about a week of the processing date getting pushed back i tracked my order and it said that the item was no longer in stock. There was no option to get refunded. I emailed with the wish costemar support but after over a week of emails i got no where.

Don't expect your product to be the same as the picture. I've heard about this before and it is true-- the company uses the picture to entice you and then makes a much cheaper and low quality product to send to you. I had to prove it to myself so I ordered a "sweater" and "sweatshirt" and literally got t two tops made it of thin tshirt fabric. Don't buy unless you're ok with cheap looking imitations.
I purchased a "leather jacket" which in the add didn't specified "leather imitation" or the material made, and the product is plastic, smells like petroleum and the manufacture is really poor. I should have thought of this, given the price of $32.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
