Warning, don't buy anything here! 2 times shoes in the wrong size, umbrella never arrived, customer service is not answering after many many emails from there service side. No money back, nor umbrella, 2 shoes with the wrong size! Nobody cares!

The delivery was promised at my door step instead all the items reached the post office Of Dubai.
Now I have to pay extra bucks to get my items.
They should use delivery service not postal service.
I'm hating it now.

I purchased an item on May 1 2020 where the estimated delivery time was 30 days. After that time I checked the history and it showed the item was delivered yet the tracker showed it was still being processed in China. I freaked! Finally after 7 weeks and complaints to the company with no response I took it to PayPal. I finally received it after a total of 9 weeks. I had already replaced it In the US for a few dollars more shipping.

I ordered three different orders from wish and I waited 2 whole months for my orders, it never came to me. I still do not know if my refund will come back to me. I suggest ordering off a different website.

Fraud

Here's an example of what they do,(bait and switch)I purchased and item for 9.00 and 2.00 shipping but when reviewing the purchase they charged me 12.00 and 2.00 shipping. I took screen shots of what I bought with price of 9.00 and 2.00 for shipping and what they charged 12.00 and 2.00 for shipping sent it to them and their response was that one did not show shipping cost. What? These people can't read English or just play stupid. So I am having to contact my bank and sending the screen shots to the Attorney Generals Office in Alameda CA. I wanted to share the screen shots showing all of this but there was not an option to do so

Things come broken or size is WAY OFF.

I have ordered many things and have been completely satisfied. Then again I have gotten broken items and the size chart is WAY off. I wish I could see my account receipts because I am often wondering what I am paying. I will say this site is addictive.

We have found that 85% of goods are value for money some supplias do not tell the truth, mainly saying that it is solid Silver and with in two weeks you can see the brass coming through not very good at all. If you reasearch the company and product you should be OK. Anything guaranteed by Wish is usually very good.

Scam

I have been scammed by them multiple times. I will not be giving them any more chances.

They kept pushing back my contacts until they were out of the refund window and say they cant do anything as a result. What!

They were the ones that told me to wait patiently!

Most recently my item was said to be delivered in record time. Except it wasn't! Now they are screwing me over by saying to wait, but i cant even cancel the order because it claims it's already arrived! I cant even get a refund and nobody will talk to me, just a bot.

Too much bait & switch.
I wear 5 X & item I received not even a large. The material it is made of is too flimsy to even withstand a hand washing. The matching pantie looked like 2 colored pieces of elastic sewn to a miniscule Triangle... I had to slide the elastic around to figure out what it was.
How can u send samples when u show a bottle of product.

I placed an order on their app and it stated that it will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive, after that time passed, I checked on my order and now I had a new arrival date, I did not give it much importance as things happen, but then they missed the 2nd date and sent a support ticket and it's all automated, so the system says if I want to rather get a refund or keep waiting, well I waited this long, I did not mind keep waiting for another week or so, then I got very upset that it does not take that long to get an item, even if they missed the 1st or 2nd date. I requested a refund but the system said that I was out of the window to receive a refund. I reached out to support and they kept on sending me back to place a support ticket and after a long time going back and forth, they said sorry we can't give you a refund because of our refund policy.

The worst part, you can not talk to anyone on the phone with this company! I don't recommend anyone to use them...

Nothing works and i waited 6 weeks for a 200gb hard drive and as expected it didn't work when it finally arrived. 4 other items i ordered either didn't work or where of poor quality. I can't believe they used a famous footballer to advertise their scam based business. Harry Kane stick to scoring goals for Tottenham Hotspurs

A lot of the things don't like the picture so you have to be careful read all the reviews to see what other people said and it also takes really long for shipping and if you wait too long to tell them that you didn't get your item they tell you that they can't do anything. But if you try to tell them before 30 days at you still haven't received your item they tell you that you have to wait till after 30 days but would you wait to other 30 days I tell you there's nothing you can do. Also if you order multiple item for one person like say you order 3 pillows etc You're gonna have to pay shipping on every single one of your pillows even though you're ordering from the same exact store the same item but in 3. Shipping is overpriced as well you're better off just using eBay

It's hit or miss

Ordered dozens of products, the ones that ship from usa come fairly quick but most of the products with long shipping times don't come at all. It's really hit or miss. And the shipping is so long it's out of the return/warranty period so they keep your money

They used to refund purchases when not delivered on time. They lost a lot of money, so they changed their procedure.
Furthermore, they will promise one date then change it on your purchase page, then they will guarantee a refund if not receive after another month.
So only if it is lost in the mail over a month after the promised delivery date, they will reimburse you.
So don't believe the date of delivery, well the first one anyway. It might just take a lot longer.

Ordered phone, Now the item is showing some gel and not delivered. Expected delivery date is April 14 and changed to april 21, still it is not delivered.
After the transaction, My card has been hacked, there are multiple transactions in my card. Thanks to my bank reversed all.

Site is completly bogus and it is onion site

The item say it was delivery, but I never received the item. They wouldn't give me a refund. This is what they say.

"I apologize for any inconvenience. I can imagine this must be very frustrating for you. As previously mentioned, the tracking information confirms that your item was delivered. I understand that you have already checked with your your post office and neighbors. As it is, we are unable to issue refunds on items with confirmed deliveries.

We hope this clears things up. Thank you for your understanding."

Stole money from me

Placed an order for magnetic charge cords for Galaxy s7 waited months for the order to arrive. Did not receive the order contacted through geek app and at first they ask is I wanted my money back or another product I ask for the product. Then they said it was past 30 days of the order. Duh... they are trying to keep my money! Don't use these creeps!
