Here's an example of what they do,(bait and switch)I purchased and item for 9.00 and 2.00 shipping but when reviewing the purchase they charged me 12.00 and 2.00 shipping. I took screen shots of what I bought with price of 9.00 and 2.00 for shipping and what they charged 12.00 and 2.00 for shipping sent it to them and their response was that one did not show shipping cost. What? These people can't read English or just play stupid. So I am having to contact my bank and sending the screen shots to the Attorney Generals Office in Alameda CA. We have found that 85% of goods are value for money some supplias do not tell the truth, mainly saying that it is solid Silver and with in two weeks you can see the brass coming through not very good at all. If you reasearch the company and product you should be OK. Anything guaranteed by Wish is usually very good.

I wear 5 X & item I received not even a large. The material it is made of is too flimsy to even withstand a hand washing. The matching pantie looked like 2 colored pieces of elastic sewn to a miniscule Triangle... I had to slide the elastic around to figure out what it was.

I placed an order on their app and it stated that it will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive, after that time passed, I checked on my order and now I had a new arrival date, I did not give it much importance as things happen, but then they missed the 2nd date and sent a support ticket and it's all automated, so the system says if I want to rather get a refund or keep waiting, well I waited this long, I did not mind keep waiting for another week or so, then I got very upset that it does not take that long to get an item, even if they missed the 1st or 2nd date. I requested a refund but the system said that I was out of the window to receive a refund. I reached out to support and they kept on sending me back to place a support ticket and after a long time going back and forth, they said sorry we can't give you a refund because of our refund policy.

A lot of the things don't like the picture so you have to be careful read all the reviews to see what other people said and it also takes really long for shipping and if you wait too long to tell them that you didn't get your item they tell you that they can't do anything. But if you try to tell them before 30 days at you still haven't received your item they tell you that you have to wait till after 30 days but would you wait to other 30 days I tell you there's nothing you can do. Also if you order multiple item for one person like say you order 3 pillows etc You're gonna have to pay shipping on every single one of your pillows even though you're ordering from the same exact store the same item but in 3. Shipping is overpriced as well you're better off just using eBay
Ordered dozens of products, the ones that ship from usa come fairly quick but most of the products with long shipping times don't come at all. It's really hit or miss. And the shipping is so long it's out of the return/warranty period so they keep your money

They used to refund purchases when not delivered on time. They lost a lot of money, so they changed their procedure.
Furthermore, they will promise one date then change it on your purchase page, then they will guarantee a refund if not receive after another month.
So only if it is lost in the mail over a month after the promised delivery date, they will reimburse you.
So don't believe the date of delivery, well the first one anyway. It might just take a lot longer.

Ordered phone, Now the item is showing some gel and not delivered. Expected delivery date is April 14 and changed to april 21, still it is not delivered.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
