All items received were broken, badly cut, horrible tissu, way too small or way too big. Cheap cheap tissu. Must items don't look like picture at all! I kept 1 item on 10 and did a PJ with it. The site is thrusthworthy. No credit card problems and they give you your money back with no conflict. I have to give them that. But their stuff is the cheapest ever!
You Can't Expect Quality With Everything From Here but some things are good. I usually get things for my nail Designs here. They're Great For That. I use the eyebrow liquid very good too. Not Much Else
I have ordered at least 7 times with over 7 or 8 items each order only received one broken item and received a refund immediately. I don't know what others are talking about if you pay a dollar for a item do you expect it to come from Zales jeweler seriously. I am very pleased

The quality is OK and some of the sutff comes faster than expected (ca. 2 weeks) Although sometimes the stuff comes late, they will directly refund you if is over the delivery time( I always use Klarna). Support team also answers in 24 hours. Price and quality matches.

Ordered a watch off of the Wish app in April, was supposed to receive it in May, got it in July. The watch was consistently slow 15 minutes every hour. Requested a refund after 3days of receiving it. Keep getting robo responses from their "customer service" department that they are sorry about my poor experience with them and they are contacting the vendor... it has been a month and counting. I will never buy anything from them again

They have lots of selection, it does take less time than it did for deliveries, they will always refund items that are wrong for any reason, I have had all good experiences with this site I use it all the time!
I ordered sunglasses in August 24. Checking the tracking, it was indicated that they were returned to China and now the estimated arrival date was Sep 28th. Checked on the tracking on Oct 1st. No progress. Canceled the item and only got a shipping refund of $8.
Lost $27 and never received the anything for it. This is a total scam, don't waste your money on Wish!

I am very disappointed with service of Wish. I had 4 orders, 1 of which was a birthday present for someone who really wanted the item I ordered. I had to eventually cancel 3 of the 4 I ordered. Now I am waiting on 1 more order, which I really want. I ordered this item on the 30th May 2018 and I still have not received it. The arrival date keeps changing even though it says on the carrier site it has reached the country destination. For my First time shopping online I am really not happy with the service I am currently receiving, because no one can tell me where my parcel actually is.

It is not the best. The charge a shipping fee for all the items. It also never accurate about arrival time. Sometimes item never arrive & it is very difficult to contact customer service. But some item are actually worth it.

I followed the tracking of my item and it said it was delivered to someone in California. I live in Ohio. I contacted customer service and they immediately removed my tracking number from the site. After that, I contacted PayPal and have been sending the company messages through PayPal only. After that 1st contact with customer service, I went into PayPal and found out someone had tried to get into my account and they asked me to change my password which I did. The message I am getting from the company now is that my item doesn't have a tracking number assigned because it is being shipped by a company that doesn't use tracking. What delivery company in the US doesn't use tracking numbers? They claim I am still going to get my item between 5 and 13 days from now. If not I am going to file a dispute through PayPal and hopefully get my money back.
Everything they sell is junk and it takes like weeks to get your product. I do not like the store don't like anything about it I'm trying to get to a hundred words or they won't let you leave a review

Well it is September 25th I rode in to talk to somebody and was told that the 22nd was the longest that I could go to doctor somebody about the refund on this period so wish has screwed me out of over $32 I will never shop with wish.com again if you want to keep your hard earn money in your pocket my suggestion tell wish.com to take a long walk off a short pier

I purchased 2 items from the same seller, the seller said that he had sent my expensive item that he had put a tracking number on, but in the package was the cheaper of the 2 items that was junk in itself. I have been arguing with wish moderators for 3 weeks and sent them two pictures that showed everything they needed to find in my favor and yet they still want more pictures and I'm still arguing with them to get my money back. Yes wish has some awesome items at very cheap prices, but remember this, you may not even get those prices or your items. This website is at best a scamming website
I allowed my daughter to order from Wish with my debit card, she removed the information immediately and I have a new charge from them and can't get an answer either from the phone number or their "customer support" email. I now have to wait for a new debit card and file a complaint with my bank to get my money back.
The only reason for one star is I can't leave it blank

I ordered a security system from wish it contained in discription 1 dvr, 4 cameras, manual- all i got was 1 camera, i text wish 3 times and all they say is they see what i orderd and what was sent was wrong but they wasnt going to do anything about it- i have contacted the state attorneys office of consumer fraud and my family attorney. This is not over by a long shot- since i am in the broadcast industry my tv station will be doing a long report and broadcast on wish and it fraud ways of taking funds from hard working consumers

You will never receive all the items, and you will never get a full refund. They will keep buying time by giving partial refund with the shipping cost and finally say the time is over for a refund. Never waste even a $1 in this site. The item I received as damaged or with very poor quality.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
