Most were good, one never came, but i got a refund. I just do not like it when i look at an item and check on the shipping charges, it will state the price. I put the item into my cart and the price of the shipping increases. I usually remove the item. I can afford the increase, but i feel store is not being honest with me. For that reason i will not do business with them. I consider it as false advertising, which is against the law.
I've used them for 1 or 2 years now and i have little to no complaints. Skip the complaints, because Wish are the best shopping mall, you can find in your pocket. The best costumer service, money-back gurantee and of cause, some awesome products. Some better than others.
This is the most deceitful website I have ever purchased anything from. What is pictured IS NOT what you receive. The jewelry is very cheap & WILL turn your finger green. The clothes are very poorly made & look shabby. But what really angers me, is that they advertise an item's price, but when you choose a size or color, that price changes, to about double what it said it cost. These people are not trying to give you a great deal. They are trying to rip you off. And they are laughing. All the way to the bank.

Date: Before May 1st, then it was the 12th and now up to June 13th. I wonder what the chinese version of Santa Claus is, for me to write to him/her and ask for my ordered merchandise or my money back.

I ordered 3 items, one item shows with very low quality and two others never showed up. After following 3 time they returned the money to my credit card.
They get the money and after 2 to 3 months delay. They return your money. BIG SCAM.
I ordered a memory card reader on December 26th and it said it would arrive by January 24th. This is a long time for something to ship, but I didn't get too upset because it was only $1 for shipping. I DID get upset when my product never came... After two days passed, I went to track my package and the estimated delivery date had been changed. I don't really think you can just change the estimated delivery date when it doesn't arrive on time and pretend that was the date they told me it would be here? On other websites, packages usually come BEFORE the estimated date. I would much rather spend more money somewhere else to ensure that I would actually receive my package... I read the reviews on the item and they were all good. I went back there to add my own negative review and there was not even an option for this. So I am not too sure where all of these reviews are coming from? Seems to me like they are a trick to get people to keep buying. Definitely won't be using Wish again.

As i normally do most of my online purchase from Amazon. Its pretty scary they have already taken the money out of my account but still waiting on the merchandise.
For the most part I have no real complaints except I have had more than a few items that never were delivered. However Wish has always been prompt when asked for a refund, one or two days is the longest I have waited for a refund.
The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is their have been a few items I didn't receive. But I was refunded for them in a timely manner. It is usually around Christmas time that it happens. Other than that I am pleased with the site.

Then received an email telling me i have to pay for the item... AGAIN IT HASN'T ARRIVED! When i informed them of this for about the 5th time they said their records state it was posted through my letter box ( i don't have a letter box!) and that therefore i have to pay for it... this isn't the first time something hasn't shown up or has got lost in the post but usually they are ok with it and either send a replacement or refund the money. I dont see why i should have to pay for something i haven't got!

I like wish because you can find awesome deals. Things are very cheap. Usually shipping is also. The only problems are that the sizes are a lot different than what we are used to. I discovered that you have to order 1 to 2 sizes bigger. Also sometimes it shows you one price but after you add it to your cart it's a different price. All in all I like to order from here. As long as its about a month in advance.

Nearly impossible to exchange an item of clothing that is sized incorrectly. I have always worn a size L 36 waist. Pants received were no larger than a S/M. Did not fit. It is impossible to successfully process an exchange through their on-line system. You are required to attach at least one (1) photo of the item. Their system will not accept my photos irregardless of the format.

This is a horrible site, they sell poor quality things, mostly from china and they don't help much when you have an issue with an item you but. Buyer be aware, things from china can not be returned and you might not get your money back.

I bought some garden metal hoops To support roses that were falling over, the price looked great online and so did the product, the first notification of delivery was that I had to pay £12 as the item came straight from China and the duty wasn't paid, when it arrived finally after 3 mths I was appalled to see these mini cheap metal garden stays, if I push them in the ground they are about 4 " high so unfit for any purpose, I contacted wish support and the experience was just awful, they said that it was normal to pay duty fees and that I would t be getting any refund. Lesson learnt! By local and beware of these types of companies who prowl Facebook sites with adverts and draw you in.

Someone suggested wish that's the only reason I went on the site. Oh I loved what I saw. Enough to order $317.00 worth. They canceled my whole order and refunded me $144.00. The way they add and subtract in China is different in the USA! I might be out the extra but I was just ready to order another $150.00 I guess it could have been worse! So the guy that said we were whinning, you probably work for wish!

Terrible - most of the items don't arrive and if they do they charge you a re stocking fee for non collection even though you have! The rare items that do arrive are cheap fake low quality tat - and you cannot contact anyone human as it's always a robot response! And if you return something they give you a fake address in Schipol! Avoid totally! Believe me I've bought many things given them the benefit of the doubt - but tooooo many times I have been scammed by this company.

Never use Wish! I ordered a pair of shoes and although they arrived on time they absolutely stunk of some sort of toxic chemical substance. Wouldnt put them anywhere near my feet! I asked if I could return them for a refund but they told me there was no photographic evidence of defects. I mean, how do you convey toxic substance by photo?!? They refused to refund despite me offering to pay for return shipping costs, plus I was well within the 30 day return guarantee. Total scam company - never again.

I am fed up of Wish. I am frustrated and stressed.
I think Wish refund system is a big elaborate fraud.
Their Customer Support and also Royal Mail confirmed my returned items arrived Wish Return Centre on 19/05/2021.
I also sent them photo of the return postage receipt over 30 times.
Yet till this moment of typing this review nothing has been done.
Each customer support keeps asking for the same photo of the receipt and then disappear from the scene.
Either Wish has thousands of returned items from unhappy customers OR Wish is being fraudulent refusing to make refunds.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
