I purchased a WiFi router from wish.com. However, it was faulty and although I submitted precise details to Wish, a support agent responded and requested the very same information I had already submitted at the outset. I acceded but then another support agent requested the same information all over again. Again, I acceded but then another agent too requested the same agent again. And yet again I complied but then yet another agent, then another, and then yet another agent and the cycles just continued indefinitely all requesting the same information again and again. My complaint was never addressed. I asked for my money back as per the Wish Guarantee but agent after agent just persisted in requesting the very same information I had submitted multiple times. I have still not received a refund, nor a replacement router. It is an absolute waste of time trying to talk sense to any of the support agents. I even requested that my complaint be referred to someone at a higher level for matters to be resolved but in vain. I will never buy from Wish ever again. It is unlikely Wish intends to honor its guarantee. No doubt, I have called its bluff!
UPDATE: Following my post, this morning to my surprise, WISH refunded me in full. Thanks you WISH.
Many items are very poor quility and over priced and wish won't listen when we do tell them that businesses are over charging more. You buy a jacket it says 11.00 but you click the size you need and its 19.00. Switch and bait.

Ordered size 40, 9, 5us size and got a shoe with a measurement of us size 6,5. After 12 emails back and forth. Company allowed me to return my item for a refund but have to pay shipping more then the item is valued.
I ordered 3 garden items and a couple hrs. Later when they sent me a confirmation email I was charged $425. They had charged me for every item I had looked at over a period of months. I immediately emailed to cancel all and was told it was to late that items were being prepared for shipment or already shipped. What a nonfunny jokr! So I will have to be at my bank early Mon to stop payment on this charge and what's er is necessary to keep them from recharging and any items that show up will be refused. Wished I had read reviews before ordering.

Gosh where to begin. They are not as cheap as they want you to believe. They might have good prices but they will get you on shipping, charging same amount even for same items. Problem is you don't really know what you will get from them. But wait till you need to return them something. It's practically impossible. Yeah, so their prices are good. Almost too good to be true, right? Well... there's a reason for that. They're without a doubt a full on scam and someone should look into them. You don't get your item, you don't get a refund, you don't get ANYTHING. How are they allowed to continue operating? And why are we not allowed to give zero stars?

I bought Transcend 32GB micro sd card and it works fine about 30 day, and it stoped working.It's "dead". Wish offers a 30-day return policy, but they do not give any warranty on the product. Certainly I will not buy anything from they anytime.

I bought an XL t-shirt and it fit like a medium. It was obviously mismarked (I only buy XLs so I know what they should fit like). They immediately said please refer to size chart and were asking me to pay for return postage. Forget about getting anybody to listen and try to help you in their so-called "Customer Service". It was clear from two weeks of trying to get them to pay for postage that it was their job to run you around in circles and refuse to give you a postage paid return label. Needless to say I won't be buying from Wish ever again!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
