I have been purchasing products via wish for over 2 years and I have been very happy with the quality and price. Takes a little while for delivery for some products but it doesn't up set me as it does eventually arrive. I have saved money buying through wish as well. One very happy customer.
The shipping come out more then the items an some of these items is not worth the price. When you think you getting it cheap ur not shipping makes up for it. Just order one thing you will see. It less sale it at a price an have free shipping when you by over 50 bucks that's fare.
Very poor experience. Feels like a scam. I placed an order for two dresses and paid $3 shipping on each to be delivered in a month. The order still shows in transit. When I tried to cancel with their support team they said I cancel an pick up in store item. This wasn't clearly mentioned in their cancellation policies on the app when I ordered. They charged in a shipping fee and now they haven't delivered the item on time and also refuse to cancel the order. Dont have a support number. And their chat support rep keeps copy pasting a canned response. Same response over and again! Is there anyway I can report this website/App?
Service does not exist. There are LIMITED questions you can ask on their site about your orders (usually not what you want to know). They email you to see if you received your item, only to tell you to "wait" anyway.
VERY difficult to find a "phone number" for this company, and emails are only "template" forms for responses.

Pretty darn great app. You need to look at reviews before you buy. It just sucks with the coupons and rebates that they are timed things. Leveling up is also meaningless because anything you receive is timed. Also returns and refunds are too much of a hassle to deal with.

I have been reading all the reviews and looks like everybody is complaining about one thing or another. I placed my order on sept but I haven't received it. Its not a car just a small little thing that can be put on a box and might weight about 500grams not hard to send. I wonder how many people this site has scammed.

Product comes in a thin paper rectangular box necessary to hold 100 individual pieces. This Box was packed and mailed in a small flat padded envelope. Needless to say the Box was destroyed. Company never responded to correspondence asking to make the situation right.

Wish has great products, and good cheap prices. But the biggest let down is that the Customer Service sucks, received a lot of automated responses to a problem with my account, and then finally got a voucher code from someone for the mix up... the code didnt even work and I got the generic "we're sorry we couldn't help you this time" response.
I ordered in August and was told expected arrival dates in September. In October, I was told it might be late (changing the expected arrival date) and given the option to wait longer. When it never arrived, I applied for a refund and was told I applied too late (more than 30 days after original delivery date). I was cheated. I will continue to warn everyone I can about this scam until I get my money back.
I was charged $66 for a product that was supposed to be $0.75. I didn't realize it until I received my shipping notification. I have had more than one thing that was sent wrong... or incomplete. I tried to send back, it told me to keep it and was refunded money... I had another item that was incomplete and I reported it. Was refunded... BUT now I have been marked, I can't even contact customer service since I had problem with their items at no fault of my own... Tried one more time, foolish effort... they sent this item that is not even what is described... and since I have been marked... I can't even contact them... till I proven myself... but I can buy item... NOT...

They won't take back items that do t fit despite their policies for returns. They are ridiculous. I ordered an item that never arrived although I got a notification it was delivered. I contacted them and they won't refund but told me to contact USPS. I did. There is no record of the tracking number provided. I shouldn't have to go through this. They won't do anything but say the issue is resolved when it is not. I'm deactivating my account as soon as the one item left to deliver arrives.

I ordered a baby doll described as silicone. I received a doll the was vinyl. Not even close to the the doll Pictured. They refused to refund my $100.00 because I could not get the 2 shipping labels separated to show the original tracking number from China. Rip off artists. I provided them pictures also.

They continue to give me the run around. I ordered items in March and they advised it would arrive by the end of June. Did not arrive then they claim it would now arrive the 1st week of September. They keep using Covid as an excuse but other companies can seem to deliver. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
