After seeing advertisements on wish getting orders in 2 weeks decided to order on 4/29/20 order was shipped 5/4/20 it's now 6/26/20 still mo packages. I ordered other items from ebay from China days after ordering from wish Ebay items came in last than two weeks wish is a joke, never again will I order from wish never ever
Most items Ive ordered were never received or not the quality or merchandise described. Even after reordering the merchandise that was not received, I still havent gotten anything in the mail. Honestly, I have just given up.
Also, when I return was made I was told a gift or credit could not issued. I dont see that this was the truth.

Wish people are criminals and committing financial crime. Do not trust this scam business and if anything happen to you take Emmeline legal actions.they will play the game with you and waste your time and no solution to your issue.be very careful. Although notified that orders had not arrived they string you along until you request a cancellation and then tell you your cancellation period has elapsed and you must just take the loss. Unacceptable!
Purchased an item that was incorrectly described. When I notified them they took days between every tidbit of computer communication. You can't talk to anyone! They literally responded that I had to remove the item from the packaging to be able to use it! Seriously? That is how stupid I am?! After a month, of this ridiculous back and forth garbage they agree to let me return it, at my own expense! Now that I have... no money back! Do not buy from these lying theives!

Time, you why you guys don't have a customer support over the phone? We want to talk with real people not and answer machine. And people make orders, and never deliverer on time, you guys solved issues by refund the money, people order because they want the product, what a shame.
Ordered an 5500 lumen 3d 1080p projector an once it came hooked it up an didnt work wireless didnt work couldnt access the interactive screens not at all what was described crappy picture no 3D. Ordered item beginning of June. Wish tracking states it has arrived at terminal in Canada 23rd June. First delivery date was July 24th. Now that that date has passed, I am informed that I should expect delivery between August 24th and September 24th. Canada Post maybe slow but not that slow. Chat doesn't work, unable to contact Customer Service, nothing. It's my guess the item never even left China and I've just been had. I hope you choke on the money you crooks.

I brought a number of clothes and the quality is cheap and they don't fit so I have thrown them away, I did buy some chair covers and they are fantastic. One parcel was lost and they did refund the money very quickly. I would not buy clothes from here again.
This is bull they change the arrive date on my items 3 time and things are still not here after two months.
They not refund the money the it's were for a gift and I had to buy something else for the gift.
Their support is is tarable if you want to call it support. They don't support you in any way even if you email them.

Be aware that the Wish Platform is all about taking your money and nothing else. They block communications between buyers and sellers. Claim that the seller didn't issue a refund and the reality as buyers don't get their money back and sellers also don't get their money.

Best place to save a lot of money on stuff you need. Just don't buy SD cards, the are fake most of the time
I love shopping on wish. My only issue is there are 3 items I never received. And 2 arrived broken. But was credited for the 3 items. And some items you wait over a month for and the quality was not worth it. But the good products out weigh the bad.
I ordered 2 items 1 that was only $1 and the other one was $6. Both of them were to be delivered by the 17th of May. Neither were received. They refunded the $1. I wrote to them and said that they could keep the money I was very disappointed in the way they handled this issue. According to Wish the refund window was closed on the $6 item which I don't know why

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
