Wish, what can i say about Wish? It's additicting. You find items that are free but they charge you 10.00 shipping. If you don't get the items that have the orange truck, you'll wait 2 months to get it. That's the bad part. Good part. Makeup is great! Jewellery is great. Kids clothes fit good. Order from the same shop. That way they deliver it all together!

I order summer clothes in early April 2020 and they updated the denim dry date about 5 times now. Now my orders are expected to arrive in September! The summer clothes are no good to me then. I am reporting Wish to the Better Business Bureau and I'm contacting my credit card company to explain that these are fradulant charges as I paid money and revived nothing!

My husband several times tried to get something he likes from this site, but either didn't get it at all, or instead of silver. 925-he received something "silver color". He could not get money back-just order something instead, but every time it was fake, or not coming at ll.
I have only ever had 1 problem with an item being damaged when I received it but wish quickly refunded the money for the item. And I'm still waiting for an item to be delivered I ordered in December to be delivered. Other than that I've ordered a lot from wish and everything was reasonable price and I received no problem.
Purchased disposable gloves, on 8/2020, they told me it would be here 10/15/2020, I contacted them on 10/31/2020 and they issued me a credit for the shipping (which was about 1/2 the money). They said if it wasn't delivered by 11/19 to contact them and they would provide a full refund. I'm now trying to get a refund and they tell me it's too late, it went past 11/18. There's no one to call and paypal won't give you a refund because you received a partial refund. What kind of scam is that. When you deal with these companies from China you get scammed. It was for only $16, but I hate when they do this on purpose to rip people off. I will call my credit card tomorrow

A complete ripoff they charged me an arm and a leg for month-long shipping and then sent the wrong sizes. The products themselves are cheap crap materials. Their customer service is a joke, a 1-800 number that directs you to the website that only implements a ticket system akin to the gm ticket from an early 2000s Everquest clone, which they ignore the tickets anyway! Do Not Use! You will regret it! And I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them Zero stars!
Great cheap bargains but you need to be very aware that what you get is not always the same as what the pictures look like. Ie: clothing looks great but when received its very cheap material or poorly made.

Never received the merchandise I ordered and paid for last year (Aug/Sept 2018). When I wrote to the customer support, I was told to send them my bank statement that shows the wish, com transaction, I did so. Then there was long silence after this from them. When I finally wrote to them again, I was told to send another bank statement with wish.com transaction, like before I complied and, to date, nothing happened. Each time I write to them, my email does not get any response.
Don't believe people saying buying from WISH is worth it. There is a high probability that they are linked in a certain way to WISH and are here to make up for the bad reviews. There are 2 possibilities when you buy from Wish: 1. You never receive the item you paid or 2. You receive the item VERY late and it's just garbage. The customer service is also terrible. I always read reviews of products before an order so I was supposed to be safe. BUT HERE I AM writing a review about them. Congrats for this WISH. Please guys, dont ever think of ordering products from this site. Its been 6 to 7 months since i ordered. But iam still yet to receive the product. No proper customer service. Dont know whom to contact. A month before when i checked the status, its said tat within particular days you will receive the poduct. If not you ll receive the product later for free and also money will be refunded. No updates till now.
I received the order confirmation with the correct shipping address. Then days later I received an email with shipping info. My address was completely changed (from NY to Washington). I sent numerous emails and private messages to rectify this. I have no idea why the address would change. Item was delivered to an address in Washington and accepted by an individual.

Often items never arrive or they arrive broken and usually it is obvious they were placed in shipment defective. I plan to de activate my account as soon as I find our if my last three items even arrive.
Getting awfully deceptive in what you order and what you think you ordered.
1) Ordered Sharpie (desc. Said 12 diff. Colors) Order page did say 1 Blue, but then desc. Should have been modified.
2) Order pack of 10 pcs. Toilet tablets, received ONE
3) Ordered one wall outlet USB charging cube, fell apart first time I moved it.

This company honestly needs to be shut down! I placed an order on 1/13/2021, for which I received a confirmation and ship date. Immediately after this confirmation I received a notice stating that my order had been cancelled due to fraudulent activity on my debit card (FALSE). The day AFTER Wish cancelled my order, the money was taken out of my account. I have contacted their customer support division TWELVE times and get nothing but the run around. Supposedly the money was credited to my account on 1/16 (FALSE). I have filed a report with the BBB of California, but I am not going to hold my breath. I am certain I am not going to get my money back. It was $136.00 and I would spend considerably more on an attorney. How can they get away with this? It is infuriating!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
