This site is just a place like eBay and Amazon but with more scammers because there is little to no costumer support. I have not bought from this site but I have had bad buys with others like Ali express... Everything and everyone on these sites is not a scammer it just depends on what your buying and how good you are at spotting scams.
Made a small purchase to test the legitimacy of the site in December 2016. Item was a £1 laser pen with £1 postage. Tracking number seemed to work until it hit my local sorting office, then was marked as delivered on 27th December. Requested a refund on 10th January to be told they think it will still turn up and I have to wait... Shall be seeking my refund via PayPal, always pay with this option on here or you'll more than likely regret it on bigger purchases
This site always had cheap items and I loved that, I didnt care that it took a month to get. But now they have priced everything way higher than it should be, 75 bucks for a wire metal book stand? Are you kidding me? And if it does look inexpensive just wait til you check out and see 16 dollar shipping for a 3 dollar item. I sell online items too and I know when someone is jacking up the shipping to get extra cash. Just use ebay you can find the same crap without the overcharges.
I should have known when the price on the page and the price in the shopping cart did not match. I figured the clothing would be average at best in light of the price. But I was okay with that for stuff just to wear around the house, or running errands.
On April 29 and 30th I placed two orders. NEITHER of them have arrived and we are almost at mid June! The delivery dates keep getting pushed back and the shipping information has not been updated since May 7th! This is the worst experience every! Poor customer service and poor shipping. Can't comment on the clothing because haven't received anything!
I had come across online advertisement for pendrive and some other products at Wish (it came as promo of the product on my email) I tried to purchase online and placed order for couple of items including pendrive
After waiting for more than 2 months the product did not arrive and on contacting wish.com and complaining the customer care first said it takes minimum 30 days for delivery of any product and when I mentioned it's already more than 2 months they said I have to give token number etc ( I told is it not their responsibility to see which product is delivered which is not delivered and take appropriate step to solve problem rather than putting entire onus on customer when customer has already made full payment for product by credit card and waiting for same.
I did not listen further from this company, This company cheats customers

The saying goes you get what you pay for. People see a usual expensive item that is so cheap and think "jackpot"... but in this case it was crap-pot. My hubby bought a smartphone watch that was "intended" to be used with the IPhone but when the watch came it was noted the watch was not applicable with iPhone. To set up you had to go to a website that is not in service of course. All instructions were in Chinese. Customer service did contact him but said they couldn't refund him because the company the watch came from is out of business. But they could exchange the watch with a $4 item. Well he paid $16 for the watch. Overall I never trusted this site and with all the bad reviews I have good reason.

I never received items that I ordered and then they will unlawfully report that product was delivered even when product never arrived to the United States. The associates don't seem to understand English not making sense in the reply which is a way of ignoring my complaints and won't even reply to my electronic complaints and some random reply not making sense nor acknowledging my concerns, due date of some products would arrive they would change to another month delay, while product says that it is still in China. Got tired of requesting a employee contact me nor they bothered. I will be contacting AMEX to place Charge back on all of the products that they never shipped. Shame on you WISH for false advertising and not fulfilling your customers with order's that have been paid.

I just started ordering from Wish in Dec 2016. I did not have any expectations since I have ordered online items from other "China" companies. I absolutely love the eye liner. I had used it before from another shop, but the price here is much better. I have also received all items ordered. Some came very fast and others came a day or so after the estimated date. However, I ordered 5 watches of all colors at $1 each. They have leather bands and they work. I can't buy one watch for that price. I don't order clothing because I do realize the sizes can be extremely small even if they say 5XL. But for what you pay, even if it only lasts a couple of wearings, you can't beat $1 or $2 for jewelry and makeup. I like this site very much.
Ordered 5 things. Told me that 3 of them were shipping. Next day said everything was refunded. Tried emailing them but customer service literally sucks *. My card was still charged and the money wasn't refunded.

I've had no issues, shipping takes time which is understandable since its coming from China I usually get what I ordered within 2 weeks never had a problem with anything ordered clothes do run a bit small so ordering a few sizes larger is recommended

Asked to return an item and was sent an email but the return address sticker was not attached. Ive emailed twice to ask for it with no response. What happens if the return by date passes and then I cannot return the item, which seems like if nobody answers my emails!
Well I've ordered a few items from wish. Only two tops fit and out of everything I've ordered 8 tops only 2 fit and looked exactly with was depicted in the pictures on website. But the rest looked nothing like and way to small than what was shown on website. I gave what didn't fit away considering I only spent 5 - 10 bucks per item. So in a nutshell I wouldn't recommend shopping through wish.

I've spent alot of money with this company and all the clothing is rubbish none of it fits its all made by cheap material I will never order again and you can't get in touch with them theres no complaints email address its degusting buyers beware
I read the reviews and wondered why my experience has been good for the past 10 months while others are so upset. I never buy clothes or more expensive items so that may be the difference. Shipping takes a very, very long time (4 to 7 weeks) but after my first two times I realized this and never buy if I need it right away. My daughter collects Harry Potter and the little trinkets are really a nice quality. Change purses, wallets, key chains, and necklaces have always been nice as well. The jewelry is comparable to costume jewelry at a Sears or Kohls. Only one item out of many (at least 25+) was not to my liking, it was a band with a little flower for your hair but for $1 I wasn't upset. Other than that I have been happy. I always use PayPal and do not store my credit card but I do that with most sites.
I have placed 3 orders, of which only one arrived after about 6 weeks. The other two have not arrived and were resend according to Wish. Six weeks later and they still have not arrived. Only upside is that Wish paid back without any further questions, but is does mean that I have been waiting for three months without getting my order. I won't order there again.

Of the 10 items l ordered 3 have arrived. All others still in China orders have not left the country of origin. No customer service what so ever. I have received orders from the UK in less than 2 weeks. Orders from the US same. It should not take more than 8 weeks to receive items ordered but they sure take your payment lickety split. Buyer beware.

I have had both p oily positive and negative experiences on wish, now first and foremost, all items are from China, even if it states a US seller, that just means they drop ship and have their items here instead of mailing/shipping from China itself. I have gotten decent, not great, but decent items from this site and I've gotten items that made me turn my head sideways and look confused. It really is a 50/50 shot on this site but the prices don't make you run away thinking " they want what for that!" It's normally a cheap price and decent shipping charges, but not always great items, it is definitely the epitome of You Get What You Pay For.
I straightened it with wish, they cancelled my wrong order. Some took a few days but returned my money back to my credit card. Make sure if you did a wrong order, cancel it 1 hour post wrong order. They are still courteous even when I loosed my cool.
Bought several things all broke or didn't work at all total ripoff nothing is what is advertised plus if you buy multiple items all at the same time they charge individual shipping when all 5 things would have fit easily in one envelope... sucks stay clear

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
