Ordered Christmas gift December 9th. It was supposed to arrive between the 14-16. That didn't happen and they changed arrival date to 23rd of December. During all this time they had a UPS tracking number but no product was ever delivered to UPS. Then today 3 days before Christmas they have refund on information. So basically this company takes orders on the basis of it being a 50/50 deal if they'll ever get you the product. You can't talk to anyone because of no phone# so your stuck using their crappy website. I wish I had read these reviews before trying to do business with them. STAY AWAY!
So I waited for the daily giveaway and clicked every item every combination conceivable and it still said items were available but every time I tried to select an item it said it was no longer available yet the screen shots I took said there were many left... so I'm left to conclude they are not giving away any free items and it's a false promotion.
I placed an order a month ago and never received the order. When I checked my order status, it showed no order received. They took the money from my PayPal account even though they never placed the order. Now, I have emailed them several times and sent them a copy of the PayPal transaction but they still won't give the money back. I've been dealing with them for 2 weeks and have gotten nowhere.
For all idiots complaining for slow delivery I can say that if you want fast shipping order from Amazon.
Other wise the goods ordered from Wish are just as good as you can get from Amazon. Sellers from Amazon buy there stuff from China too. Wake up.
Ordered three summer hats 25th May, delivery date was changed to 3rd August or later.
Contacted them, which is an automated nightmare. Informed I cannot cancel my order as product is shipped, my tracking info details confirm product still in China.
So now I have to wait till August or whenever, to return them for a refund!

Ordered 3 picture frames only. Then 3 rolled up paintings show up. Wrote and complained they said we got what we ordered even though the paintings were only $3 each and our frames were $38. They would NOT refund. There is also no one to phone like Amazon. In the end our Visa card 9Bank) got a refund for us. The term Robbers Dogs comes to mind. The only thing I wish for is they fall off the planet.

Took two months for me to receive one of 2 of my packages. The later arrived first. The first order is still in translation. They refunded my shipping and handling oh, but I still haven't received the package, in another place they tell me that they refunded the whole order. So I have no idea what's going on with my package. It's also hindered plans that I have.

I ordered salt and pepper grinders and got just the pepper. They told me its only for one. So, i went back and read. It says salt and pepper. I refuse to deal with any company that participates in such shady practices.
The people giving it bad reviews are clearly sad because the didn't get stuff on Christmas. That is $#*!ed. It is just a holday. A day. That's it. You can give them the gift later. I have ordered several items of the past few months and I have only ever had one issue. They aren't perfect but they are from China. Things will take time. I personally am pleased with their service.
I've bought some things and been fine. Other things don't work or are the wrong size. Customer service has been good about refunding the items that don't fit. There even refunded items that don't show up by their delivery date or ever.

I have ordered four items from them and have not received one item. I cant track it, call them or contact them at all. I am very pissed off. They just lost a customer, im sure im not the first or last.
I thought I had a problem with my merchandise bc I couldn't get it to turn on! I contacted customer service they responded same day next day offered me a full refund and not have to send the item back but I finally got it to work it was the fist company that helped me in a fast manner without a argument or me having to pay shipping and handling fist before receiving the refund. Great company!

I purchased a large bottle of car wax. I had to wait two months to receive it and when it came it was so small you can't even do a whole car. When I contacted customer service they kept sending me e mails in Spanish. When I asked them to reply in English they replied again in Spanish. They are the worst and I would never buy another product from them! If you still choose to deal with them don't say you weren't warned. They cannot be trusted!

This business has been taking money since covid began and is now just saying packages are delayed. For over three months! They should be refunded but you cant even ask for one since they wont let you. The only way to get a refund is to wait out there timere then say it had never shown up. This is absolutely Horrible service and this site should be shut down for how much money its stealing from people during this national crisis!

Ordered the beginning of may still waiting mid July last updated. Site says to be delivered between 1st and 20th Oct site doesn't allow cancellation of order and they've taken money the other sweatshirt I ordered xl adult would not fit a ten year old child when I complained I was told you didn't order a child's size rediculous waste of money. Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
