I ordered on June 15,2020 to be delivered between Jun 26,2020 - Jul 3,2020. That was the time wish sent me.
Then the delivered time was modified for the end of July, then for August, then for September, an now it is for October.
I call the number that appears in the web site, but only answer machine.
I sent emails to *******@wish.com and Arbie Jane says the delivery is still on frame time. (I do not think this a real person, it is a name they just put in the email).
Please, guys this is a complete scam stay aways of this web site.
You will never see that in other portals.
Ordered nearly a month ago. Recieved one item out of 5. Postage paid on each individual item. Then had the nerve to charge for customs for over £11. Cheap imported crap from China. If I'd known it was a Chinese company wouldn't of bothered as boycott that horrible country and have done for years due to animal rights and lack of humanity

I ordered headphones in March 2020. They said will arrive by April 2020. Nothing so they say on the app allow for delays. I'm assuming because of COVID-19, plus items coming from China. Even to this day July 6. The app says items should be here by April 2020. After contacting them they tell me no refund after 30days of arrival date. They suspended my account because i brought up consumer law. They were not taking back a product that was falsy advertised. Under the law, we have 14 days the reject the item if it is not as described.
They tried their best to delay things by asking me multiple times to take photos of the product and also suspended my account so I couldn't even contact the help.

So when I got a laser pointer for $1 and after a month it actually came in a card with bubble wrap surrounding the item. The laser pointer I'll say wasn't metal (except for the insides like metal prongs for the battery "which didn't come with") it was mostly plastic but looked good. Something has to be wrong with this app because if something is too good to be true, then it's probably faulty as the saying goes. But so far this one thing went great. I wouldn't buy nothing over 20 (in case it never shows) and I would also only use paypal as I did. If you can get a pre-paid card of the exact amount so no one can steal more money from you with hidden charges.
I ordered one pair of shoes and was shipped and charged for 3. I tried to get in touch with them on their website and it would NOT connect. I emailed them several times. First, I had to send photos, then I had to give a better description, then they told me that it had to be returned through the website that doesn't connect. Oh, and by the way, my time was up and it couldn't be returned. Total scam and hard to work with. Photos of things are good but items are cheap and cheesy! If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I ordered an item to try them out my order was placed Dec 15th 2017, it's now Jan 10 2017 and I still don't have it. My son ordered a Christmas gift for me earlier in Dec and it has not arrived either. They also change the date of expected delivery several times, and don't give you a tracking number. The last location report of my order was Dec 19th. No updates since then. So who knows where its at or when I will actually get it. I had so many things I wanted to get from them if they were up to par. I guess that won't be happening.
I have ordered from wish multiple times. Probably 15 to 20 times. If you choose a particular color or style, you may get something completely different. Clothing sizes can be crazy different. Have ordered 3XL & 4XL to get XL and still clothes have been tiny. I don't recommend ordering clothes at all (except maybe socks). My advice would be, stick to low priced items, pay attention to shipping costs.On my most recent order, I got different color than ordered. Customer service responded very quickly. Agreed to refund cost of item and shipping charges without return. I would rather receive what I order, but I have no complaints thus far with customer service. Shop at your own risk!
I placed an order on April 24th, 2020. I still have not received any of my items. (It's been 6 weeks!) Tracking on the app is completely useless. I was supposed to receive my items within 10 days but each time I check, the delivery date is continuously pushed back another two weeks. The Wish Assistant on the app is completely useless. I have tried getting in touch with a representative but I have only had one reply. So much for the summer clothes I ordered. If I do receive any of my items, it may be winter already. So frustrating!

I learned something about wish.com not to long ago. Most of their products can be found on amazon. So here is what I do. I find the actual name of the product. Example jw18 which is like a "fitbit" type that into amazons search thing and read the reviews. I wouldn't buy any high dollar items off this site. I have bought a few cheap things and believe it or not they are worth what I paid. Its not going to be 5 star high end quality but you didn't pay for that kind of item. Just remember. Its cheap for a reason.
I love wish. I have probably purchased over $150 worth of stuff from them. Bag stuffers for kids parties, "as seen on tv" kind of things (love my hair curlers), and even baby toys.
I recommend reading the descriptions really well and if you question it don't get it. Also you have to look at the store review because the products come from different places. I have paid attention to the little things and give them a month to ship and I have only had one item not show up. They refunded my money right away.
You can get things on this site that are about a 500% mark up in the us, but you need to PAY ATTENTION! Also this stuff is from China. It's most likely made in China or a near by country. If you have an issue with that. Go buy something down the street for 500x more.
Ordered a couple of items, they were too small. The cost to ship was $16.00. To return I would presume would cost the same. The items themselves were 59.00 before shipping. Ordered non-fitting clothes, because I was having so much trouble returning the first items I decided to cancel the order less then 24 hours later - told I couldn't because it had already shipped.

Wish is a GREAT place to shop, if you pay attention to the reviews on each individual product and pay attention to what the reviews say! I never order anything that has below a 4-star rating and I ALWAYS read reviews to make sure to order a size or two up if needed. They always refund 100% of my money if I ever order something that doesn't come in by the date they provide. Most people who give it 1-star reviews go into it blindly and don't do research on each individual product they are ordering, which is not the company's fault! Wish does have a few issues, but I order from them all the time and have no complaints.
First they froze my account, so i cannot use it for no reason and then They asked one certain photo of my id a month ago. They said it will take three days. Now it has been over a month and i still cannot use my wish account. Bunch a scammers site i would say. Never trust this company.

After almost a month, only one of the three items I ordered arrived, it was poor quality, the wrong size (by almost three sized) and delivery was later than advertised. I still don't have the other two items I ordered. I will never order from them again
After reading some of the reviews on-line I decided to go ahead and purchase a couple of Christmas Presents. I purchased two Seiko Watches. Well as you can expect both watches were FAKE. Really nice fakes but fake all the same. I contacted Seiko and they sent me to their fraud Dept. I am in the process of packing the watches to send to them now as they are going to trade me a real one for the fakes and the receipts as I guess they want to follow up on who is ripping them off in China. The next problem was they tried to use my credit card a month after the purchase. The credit card company told me to stay off this website as this is a problem for them. In conclusion if a price is to good to be true, It Is. Wish is a website set up to help rip people off. Stay away or loose your money.

I'm all into trying the sketchy cheap shopping sites. I've actually had a really good experience with them. A lot of my orders got messed up (they let me order without an address, still in my city, because they thought they got all my info when I signed in with Facebook?) that's the only downside. So far I've gotten one pair of shoes which were a little small so I wanted a different size, the manufacturer couldn't do that so wish gave me a full refund and let me keep the shoes! They fit my sister perfectly. This is cheap stuff but I was impressed with it. Costumer support is super helpful and replies fast through the app and I've gotten a bunch of full refunds from my big address mishap.

Tried contacting the company because I'm moving to another company by mid-September. Can't get a hold of anybody. This means no goods and no refund. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
