These people are a sham. I ordered 2 necklaces for Christmas and they never showed up, then I ordered another pair of leggings. "One size fits all" they said. Yeah ok maybe if one size meant something between twigs and chicken wing. Then finally I ordered a matress topper and I sent them a photo of the item I recieved they wanted another photo as proof before they gave me a refund. I had to make a claim with PayPal. Such a bull$#*! app. I order online a lot and rarely have a problem - whether it be Ebay or Amazon or some other online shopping shop but this Wish app is a joke. Nothing but problems. All around issues. Never using it again. They try to suck you in with their cheap, rock bottom prices.
This is a terrible website to buy items from. I had no idea the item I purchased was from China and didn't have a choice for a shipping speed. Therefore, the item I was looking forward to getting will not be arriving on time. This is super frustrating when you try reaching out and no one is responding back. Never returning back to this site EVER AGAIN!
Just don't touch them... now they have COVID to blame. How convenient. Yes, I ordered before reviewing. AHHHHH. I'm out $50, so I was lucky. Ton's of empty statements as to the shipping and planned arrival of purchased goods. Assuredly, a snail could have arrived more quickly self-propelled. Having ordered directly from folks on ebay, foreign goods always made it by 3 weeks.

Can't make a full review but this is the first and last time I will ever shop on wish. All my orders are over a month late. They were suppose to arrive by may. 19th it is already June 20th and I have not received even 1 item yet. I think I'll just stick to Amazon. At this point I'm so tired of waiting I will just reorder from somewhere else.

This app has very poor customer support & service. My package went missing. Asked them to contact Canada post nothing done after 4 days. Its frustrating nor not satisfying at all. If I could go back I would never use this app. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Will uninstall this app absolutley. Too bad this should be getting more customers but this will just continue giving bad reviews that is all true. I don't recommend shopping on this app because even the pricing are very confusing. Cant understand, theres no clear explanation. This app has ruined everything that was promising in the beginning.

I had to call customer service about a air mattress I bought 2 months and 3 weeks ago and I'm the whole total and pump totally stopped working could have blow up her bed so I called customer service I called once I got hung up on. She transferred me to the supervisor and in mid conversation she hung up on me I have never ever had that route of customer service in my life. So when I called back when I gave all my information about the return I needed I was nowhere to be found so the supervisor completely deleted everything that I need done. They're nasty their scandalous it's awful

Bought a cellphone from Wish. It couldn't be registered on our networks, the memory wasn't what they said, photos were horrible. They wouldn't refund me my money without the shipping label. Also got some flash drives and SD cards. Every one of them wouldn't work correctly. When I complained, they just sent some more that didn't work.

I was totally in love with this app until I noticed that I would buy certain things (makeup) and the stores would delete themselves. It has happened 4 times so far. I will not be purchasing anything else once my other orders come in. I did file for refunds though. PLEASE USE PAYPAL!
I've been ordering from wish for a long time. Personally, my only complaint is length of delivery time. I've often waited for like 10 weeks for an item. And if you aren't aware, there are hundreds of sellers, so keep that in mind as you receive each item separately. Also many people complain about sizes of things. Everything. So read the sizes/amounts of things which are always in metric. Get out your metric conversion done so you're not surprised. Pics of items are not accurate. So... if you order don't forget these tips. Also remember that clothing sizes will always be super small. I weigh about 115 and I'm 5'2. I would need an xxxl t-shirt. Just saying.
I ordered some bumper stickers and a hat. Never got the hat. Got some bumper stickers and they were the total opposite of what I ordered. Plus they had foul language on all of them. This website is a scam. Not only did they steal money from me but I'm also losing money because I have to mail these disgusting stickers back to these clowns. I ordered an item from wish. Ten days after ordering I received a notice saying it wasn't available but I could choose from 100s of unrelated items at discounted prices as a replacement. So it's not really shopping. It's more like placing your money down for a chance to win random prizes. I guess this works as a business model? In my case I jumped through a few hoops and am promised to receive a refund... in another 10 days, because ya know, that's how long it takes to process refunds these days.

I reviewed a watch which was priced at $39.00 with an orifinal price (crossed out) of $1750. I checked the Internet and several sites had it for $22.50. Inflated pricing to create the apperiance of a good deal is false advertising. Buyer beware. Although I have received some good deals, one must be careful.
First, if you want to order something, read the reviews. The products are from China and like the dollar stores, not everything is worth it. If there's uploaded photos, definitely look at those too, just to double check.
Second, I asked for a refund on a package that took over a month and received one no problem. As well as an order I changed my mind on.
Some people are literally whining about 2 dollars. I could spend $16 at Walmart or $1 on this app. If it's not exactly right or broken? Get a refund. There's no downside. The only problem with this site is that people don't use common sense and their reading abilities. I received my first 2 items in a week, and usually receive others around 2-3 weeks. It's coming from overseases, it's going to take longer. If you're that impatient, like I said, then just stick to shopping at Walmart. Personally, I live this site. Don't ruin it for the rest of us.
What a horrible company... almost two months and still awaiting for products. They took the money immediately but still have not delivered with items that were "in stock". Equally horrible is their Customer Service. Wish.Com has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You are forced to download their app. Call the 1-800 number and the recorded message tells you to download the app. I don't want their App, I want what I paid for. I didn't force Wish.com to download MY APP for them to get their money.

Zero from them! Nothing sent. They won't answer my texts. They don't even have an 800 number. They send folks 50percent back. I want 100percent back. And I'm going to get it back! I haven't met a person yet that wish.com hasn't commit fraud on! Enough. They need exposed and shut down. I have my bank statement to prove I purchased from them. Do not buy from Wish! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes around June 15th. So far, only one pair has shown up and they stink like a Chinese swamp! So bad I had to throw them out! The other two pairs have not arrived, as of today, August 17th! To make things worst, the arrival date keeps changing whenever it gets close! So they have had my money for months and I have nothing! When and if they do show up, the summer will be over and I won't need the sandles I ordered! And they might stink too, who knows! I'll never waste my hard earned money with these crooks again! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
