I ordered 5 items 6-7 weeks ago. Each one shipped separatly. The arrival date was pushed back on every single item. NOTHING EVER ARRIVED! Ever! The inly good thing - they refund w/o question. What a waste of time though. I don't know how they stay in business. Never shopping here again!
I have unfortunately purchased several products from Wish.com because the prices seem to very good, but with shipping costs, not so good. In general, the electric products tend to not be as advertised and have issues: Memory cards are not 128GB, but 16GB; USB cords are not "fast" charging ones; the Drone flight lasts 4 minutes (not 20) fully charged and less if using the camera; Seeds that never germinate, travel phone telescope does not work. The sizing of clothing is all over the place and at best, a guess is anything will fit. Decorative pillow cases were safe purchases. And they tend to CANCEL some purchases two weeks after taking your money, but yes, they do refund. On a positive note, the shipping tends to be quicker than the expected target date.
I will not order from Wish.com again. The Wish APP has been removed.
Scammed my wife & I by charging triple beyond agreed price. Then, gave us the runaround.
Seems Wish makes millions by offering relatively cheap product, then scamming extra money once you pay.
They have no one to speak with by phone, except Chinese & Portuguese subtitled responses seem geared toward just putting people off in hope's people will give up & not follow through, i. E., extracting extra for items seems to be their business model, and likely making millions.
There are too many other sites that are both honest and accountable.

Crappy knock offs that take the standard month to arrive because theyre being shipped in from over seas... cheap products... someone even got their credit card info stolen from one of the venders... its all crap. Please be aware you can not refund as they play hide and seek with you so every time when i check the app they change the delivery schedule so I can not ask for refund and when i contact to support team they pass me to different section!

Last February, I bought 3 woods (1,3 & 5) supposedly Taylor Made. I dought Taylor made as anything to do with these articles. After 2 games, one shaft broke and the driver is totally erratic. There is no repair offered at Wish, only reimbursement for 30 days. Do yourself a favor, buy your clubs elsewere.
Was introduced to Wish by a coworker. Promptly placed multiple orders for headphones, which are my favorite item to buy. None have arrived, the first being a week later now (even after the rather long shipping window). So won't be buying from them anymore, but they are responsive and OFFERED to refund my money if items do not arrive. Summary: don't bother, too slow, seems like there's a high chance items won't arrive/will be "misrouted" along the way, even with cheap prices this is ultimately a waste of money.

I use to thoroughly enjoy shopping on wish. Sure it's mostly dollar store quality but given the prices not surprising. However, after recent shopping experience I am absolutely done with WISH! Several items I ordered are marked as delivered. Yet I've not received any of them. After contacting customer support if you can call it that was told "your items were delivered ". I have a locked mailbox box, couldn't have been stolen, neighbors didn't accidentally receive package, and mail courier doesn't have it. Plus I have security cameras at all entries of my house. There were no deliveries made. After relaying this information to wish, their response is sorry, here is a tracking number and our records show delivery was made. Summary save your money snd avoid the headaches don't buy from Wish!

It's a big scam don't buy from them... when you purchase on your debit card they didn't say anything about it coming from frieking China! Or and take forever two months to send it! And then I wrote them and requested a refund... and they said you have to wait to receive it. I was so angry I told them to keep the money, and then when my product gets here I'm gonna step on it! I ordered grow bags on June 2 2020, The delivery dates changed from June 18 to July 17, from July 17 now September 10. I requested a refund as I no longer need these items. Refund is impossible as the company keep changing the delivery date and the new one will always be the most recent date. As of now, I have not receive my ordered goods and refund. The company tend to scam customer this way, so customer can never get the goods and refund. There is only online Tech support and Customer Support. 1-800 phone number is just online support, no real person, or department that is in charged. My advice is not to order anything from this company.

I bouight a bracelet, yet to recieve it and the tracking info is made up stuff. Emailing customer support just sends you automated messages that they send at random. Never has anything to do with my question. Luckily I only spent $1 on shipping to try it out, because I was going to order more since prices were great, but after reading all the complaints, and dealing with poor customer svc, I will never buy from this scam company again.
I ordered several items in October 2016 for Christmas! The remaining items finally arrived January 26,2017! Two of them were damaged! I sent my first email to Wish on February 1 to say I couldn't upload pictures and was there any other way? I tried to call them - no customer service! Long story short, nearly 15-20 emails later and two months - they now tell me that I'm outside of their 30 day return policy! Can you believe it - they have been giving me the run around for 60 days and then they tell me they can't reimburse me! Most of my return emails were to repeat something that I'd already told them in the original email! Only idiots need apply for a job - because common sense is not something you need apparently! I will NEVER buy from them again and will let anyone I know considering buying from them what cheap products and horrible customer service they have!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
