They marked an order I made as delivered on 20/1/17 I contacted them to say not delivered and was told to wait till 15/2/17 to see if product arrived before they would process a refund. After I called Wish.com and told them that I still not receive my order yet. They refund total $ to me and apologized about and told me that if I received item I could keep it for free. A month later I did received the item! I guess I'm trying to say that the customer service is good and truthful!
The only thing is some store say you are going to get your order. In a time limited and your order either come very very later. Or some time it don't come at all. But overall. I love wish and i thank god for wish.
I had an order for pick up at store, the store was closed for the week of Thanksgiving. With the store being closed I was unable to pick up in the time frame, was charged a restocking fee because of it, and have been fighting with customer service for over a week now. All I want is the code reinstated so I can pick my item up or the restocking fee refunded. The agent says they understand my frustration and that's it. The first time I ordered from wish i received 1 correct order, 1 wrong item, and 2 other orders were incorrectly addressed. Stay away from this site it's not worth the frustration

I have never received one item that is the right size or one item that worked. When a refund is promised I never saw it. On top of that delivers take 4-6 weeks as they come from China. Run away as fast as you can.

Shopping with Wish was a big mistake. I ordered a basketball jersey in May and have yet to receive my product in late August. Wish' customer service is deplorable and it is impossible to get anyone to help you. I am regret ever downloading Wish.

I ordered an evening dress for my daughter in late Oct of 2016. They changed my delivery date twice and two months later (Dec 2016) I still haven't received it. Sure they offered me a refund for the inconvenience, but they didn't offer to send another dress. I wanted a dress for my daughter. The've lost me as a customer. I finally got it just before the New Years holiday. The dress that was delivered didn't look like the one I ordered. The color was the same, but there was no beading. The quality was terrible. I'm so done with Wish.
My wife and I started using the Wish app at almost exactly the same time. Within a few weeks, she gets a call from the bank asking about some suspicious transactions for some gaming website (my wife is the last person in the world that would spend $100+ at some dumb gaming site), so she has to get a new card. Now, a week later, I get a call saying the exact same thing - someones trying to use my card on a gaming site. Wish.com is the only thing we had in common. I'm 99% sure it happened somehow through the Wish app. BEWARE. (ps - my items did arrive, some were decent, it's typical low-cost Chinese stuff, decent pair of sunglasses, cheap jewelry for my daughter, etc - I'm not saying anything about the items or even the slow shipping - but now I'll have to wait at least 2 weeks for a new credit card, which makes me wish I'd never found WISH - hey, maybe THATS why they call it WISH!)

Shipping carrier lost a few packages, since they don't let you communicate with customers, they just take decisions based on whatever they think. They will just steal your money without giving a chance of clarifying things up.

I shop with wish quite frequently. I have never been disappointed when I have had to contact customer support. I know that shopping in China the items take quite a while to arrive. The site is much better than others that I have used from China and will not be using the others again

I ordered several items from Wish, based on the reviews, totaling about 150.00. I ordered the items in May 2020... it is now July. Every week the delivery date is pushed out by 1-2 weeks. I am beginning to believe this company is a Scam. If nothing arrives by the end of July, I will file a formal complaint.

There is a reason this company just had a big writeup on yahoo and other news sites showing that they've made over 3 billion dollars in the last 3 or 4 years. They take upwards of 2 or 3 days to reply to an email (There is NO excuse for this) and when they do, they make it nearly impossible to get a refund, so I'm assuming most people just give up and they lose their money as wish.com owners laugh all the way to the bank. Products are junk, never as described, and can often be found on other sites for cheaper, even amazon. If you are gullible enough to believe that ANY of their "retail" prices are honest, you deserve to be scammed. I have seen watches that show they retail for $400.00 that you can buy most places for 23.95, full price, not on sale or clearance.
Would highly recommend you stay away from this junk.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
