I ordered an item and when the package arrived there was nothing inside, it was empty! I immediately took pictures and sent it to customer and asked for a refund, which I was ultimately denied. They claimed since the weight of the package printed on the outside was correct, therefore I received the item. Treated me like I was lying. I closed my account and won't ever order from them again. I spent a lot of money on Wish and had accumulated over 38,000 in points and customer service couldn't care less.
I love wish. I dont mind waiting a month to get my items. I usually forget I ordered them then when they arrive it's like Christmas surprises. Sometimes i do get low quality items or the products break easy. Sometimes I get something I didn't order or dont get the product at all which is why I rate wish with a 4.
This company are awful. I ordered an item from them over a month ago and still have not received my parcel. Each time you try and contact them they have automated messages which help you with nothing. I managed to get in contact with customer service who told me I can request a refund if my item does not arrive within the estimated arrival date. So I waited and as expected it did not arrive. Instead I found that my estimated arrival date was further pushed back for another 2 weeks which means I cannot request a refund.
The company are refusing to give me a refund and have no idea when my items will be with me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
It's fun to try products you didn't know were available. But my favourite are the rings. I order a lot of them. At my job I would never wear expensive jewelry. But I love flashy rings so they are readily available and very affordable. They obviously don't last as long as expensive ones but who cares. I get to change them out every few months. Roxi rings are my favorite.
I ordered earrings and a watch from WISH. They were beautiful however, the poor quality of packaging caused both items to be damaged upon arrival. WISH did refund me for the earrings after I took pictures and sent them in. I did not bother with the watch because it is a lot of trouble to take the pictures and send them in.
I've had so much fun shopping on Wish! I have never received a bad or poorly made item. I love all the jewelry. The clothes and shoes I've purchased for my grand daugters' 18 inch dolls are so inexpensive and good quality. You have a customer for life!
I purchased the bamboo chopping board, what what arrived was NOT as advertised I did get a refund from PayPal but that did not cover the return shipping cost. Never again.

I have ordered in the past and have received items within the time frame indicated which was 2 weeks to a month. Now, due to pandemic, their delivery times indicated are all wrong and there is no phone # or email address to get more information. Automated system 1st stated that delivery was June 11, (order made on 4/30), I was ok with that and then changed to June 29, now stating that is tentative to be August 7th. That means 3.5 months since I ordered, not acceptable. I ended buying the same item at a local store. If I had known that would have taken more than 1 month I would not have ordered it. Now they refuse to cancel and credit my account. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

While I don't buy clothes you have to realize you get what you pay for. If you are only willing to spend $1 on something do you really think its going to be top notch? Not likely. But for the simple things I need this is a good resource. As long as you don't try to order it for last minute needs. I've seen other reviews about not getting their refund. You can only get a refund AFTER the delivery deadline arrives otherwise they have to assume that it is still on its way. In fact after the deadline arrives they send you a message asking if you want a refund. Its up to you if you want it or not. I have done this on a couple of occasions and was refunded immediately. Not a scam, you just have to have patience for delivery. All in all for the nail items I have purchased they have been great.
I ordered a few things from wish the first thing was some of the clothing that they sent me they sent the wrong sizes. Second thing was that I ordered five different sets of handbags I never received the order I tracked the package they had no information on the package I even emailed them three different times with my concerns asking for a refund it's been 4 months now and they never got back to me or refund me my money I will never order anything from this app again totally dissatisfied with their service also there's no customer service number that you can call to speak to a live rep this is unacceptable
Keep in mind most of this $#*! comes from RipMeOffChina. No country in their right mind would let anything from China in without check so expect delay in shipping. I always got what I ordered but I noticed how they like to pretend everything is worth more then what they sell it for, bull$#*! lol
I would advise to stay away from this site. They take your money and even not delivering the ordered item and then when you have a problem take forever to get back to you and when you need a return they ignore you. As well as deactivate your account as after making purchase your order history page do not shows any purchase. So you cant track your order.
Wish made me pay shipping on all my separate orders but sent everything I ordered In the same parcel. I also was missing half of my order and then items i did get were faulty and of bad quality. I tried to get help but they blocked my account. They asked for copy's of my order history and when I gave it to them they said your Wish account is blocked.

Some things take a little while to come but shipping is $2 so I cant really complain!
Anytime I've had a question about my purchase I can contact the seller and I get a response back very quickly!
I've also had a couple items come in that were cheap looking and didnt really like them I requested a refund and the money was in my account within days and I didnt have to ship back the product!

I'm new to wish having bought my first order but I can say that Wish is definitely a keeper. The Items are very reasonably priced and the delivery of the products are quick. I enjoyed my first visit, bought several items and will repeat the process many times more in the future.
I have a habit of searching on Wish.com and I find so many items I like. Everything is at a decent price but you do need to make sure it isn't the same cost somewhere closer to you. (Example: A footbath on Wish.com could be $20, and at your local grocery store it could be $25. Shipping out of the country could add up to the same or more as if you got it locally.) If you order from Wish, it could be 1-5 weeks for delivery, so you have to weigh the pros and cons. I have gotten a few great products from this website and a few not so great, but I always test my luck because of the selection and price. Clothing can be tricky if you like form-fitting clothes. I have noticed that a good amount of clothes I did get would fit, but were not form-fitting at all. I will continue to get more items from wish.com, but most likely not clothing unless it is a "bandage or Bodycon dress".

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
