Bad experience.

Not good! I had to wait 2 months to receive my order and could not contact anyone to locate my order or find out why it took so long? I still havent received my second order which I for since I ordered it twice. Im still waiting for my second ring. Bad service. I will no longer order from Wish again. No order should take over 3 or 4 weeks. Kathy Branson

I purchased the fake brick wallpaper after reading good reviews for this product i received it last week all i can say is that it was so cheap looking i dont have a wall that i would put it on and i will never buy anything from this company ever again, i feel like i was deceived on a product that should of been sold at a dollar store. So it was my first time buying from this company and my last time, i will not even bother to send it back not worth the hassle, i will chalk it up to a lesson and stick to US companies,

Yet on their website, my items that were refunded, are available?! What the Hell?!

They never sent us a confirmation number and I've sent over a dozen emails and no answer. Two different representatives answered my emails and repeatedly asked for information I had already provided and since then i have not heard back. I have to out a stop on my credit card.

Ordered several items... the prices are phenomenal-probably wouldn't buy anything or for that matter find anything incredibly expensive... but the stuff I've gotten has been ok. Customer service has been incredible... give them a reason and they may ask for a photo, but that's it!

I purchased 5 pairs of track pants & a top - one pair of track pants had a hole in the leg and had to be thrown away and one had the cord opening on the back of the pants. Very thin poor quality fabric. Top unbelievably poor quality. Won't be tempted to order again. Plus all items came in one bag but each item charged delivery fee. Feel entirely ripped off

I have purchased over sixty items over a two month period and regret to say that approximately ten percent of items bought are marked delivered and were never delivered because I was there the days marked delivered face to face with postman and in fact have not received these items, since I receive items in hand. Wish says in accordance with policy they refuse to accept this reporting from the customer. Since there Tracking is never up to date and is always questionable. All the items that I have been credited for still to date have never been received as well as the reported marked delivered items which were not received have also never been delivered and remain missing still. Extremely Bad unreliable shipping tracking technology unacceptable!

Where is it

Several of my items never showed up and although I was refunded my money it was very disappointing. There were quite a few things that didn't match the photos and that was a major let down. But the wish csr was very helpful in assisting with all of my issues.

Frustrating!

You see 1 item at say $1.00 with shipping at $3.00. Then look more see the SAME item for FREE and shipping only $1.00. Why are people price gouging? Stop! Makes me want to find another shopping source... having to look at a 1000 items to get the cheapest price!

Fraudulent

I ordered from Wish over 3 months ago and paid over $150 for items I have yet to receive. There is no way to get a refund. My delivery date has changed 3 times. Now my account says my order history is empty! I will Never order from Wish again.

On january 24th, I ordered some coins, and I am still waiting for them. I have contacted wish support or customer service and never do anything to resolve the issue. Don't buy anything from them, it's a scam.

I loved this app overall, but recently I found a lot of the same ideas at Walmart for almost the same price, but less. At first all the products I got were great but now I have revived a couple I wasnt pleased with. From poor shipping to bad quality.

Overall review is i am happy and anticipating the foward movements of the company. Dont really understand why i need to leave at least a hundred characters to get my point across. Fun to shop

Products are hit and miss, and the shipping can take a little long, but if you know what you're in for it's fun to look for deals and get things you otherwise wouldn't find! It can suggest some wild stuff sometimes, but overall pretty fun.

Cheap quality items

Scam... items are of the poorest quality! I bought six items, some clothing & misc items... all junk paid over $40 for the items, cheap but damn I could of purchased better quality at Walmart and spend the same $$. Shipping charges is what gets you! Buyer beware!

Both Wish and Geek are a terrible place to shop. While both Wish and Geek try to gain empathy for the merchant but stating in emails back after inquiries held up at customs or possibly held up at your postal service it boggles my mind how they show no empathy for the consumers.
The time to get a refund is at times ludicrous. The quality of a lot of items makes jt reminiscent of clearance items at a dollar store. Truly an experience you do not want to have. Avoid Wish and Geek like the plague for it truly is an experience as painful as going to the dentist and having all your teeth pulled out with pliers and no freezing!

Yeah their stuff is really cheap but be careful what u wish for! Sometimes things are too good to be true. I have gotten some okay things from wish.com that were okay... tshirts, tank tops, etc... but the purses and jackets and more intricately made things were not so great... you get what u pay forits the same stuff you can get really cheap on ebay from overseas. China, etc...
