Place an order on the 2017/06/28 it's pass a month, haven't received it yet I ask for a refund and was told I cannot get a refund because it's pass 30 days who's fault it is? When the tracking info shows the item wasn't delivered, that's a rip off and i would really like to have my money back.

But than I ordered an electric warming brush to straighten hair in came with the European style plug. I didn't even call customer service I just tossed it. Like I said just be careful.
My sister ordered a ring from wish and received it on time. She did mention it looked slightly different from the picture, but oddly enough she liked the one she received better than the one in the picture. I used wish for the first time and already got disappointed. I placed first order including my information of address and visa card, than second order went through without even me knowing it. When I try to cancel the second order within not even 24 hours the website telling me it is too late. When I called my visa I was told the wish already got my money. I try to call to wish but looks like they don't even have customer service to speak too. All communication going through website and email. Now they blocked me asking for 2 pieces of identification.

Worst company I have ever encountered. I made a purchase for an item that they confirmed was processed plus gave me notification that my item had shipped then send me a refund and said the reason for the refund is because the item was not in stock but, you send me 2 notifications that my items were processed and shipped. Not only are they LIARS but, completely unprofessional! They need to be fined and put out of business.
They're crooks. Was suppose to get my item by May 22. The tracking number showed it china, then finally in the US and now back in china. They wouldn't let me cancel my order or refund my money. They keep pushing the delivery date further and further away. If I ever get it, it probably won't work. Terrible company

Takes too long to deliver and pictures dont look like product. I wish the products come a little faster for the price its priced at. Besides that I love the selection of items. And that its affordable.
They keep putting off the delivery dates, and well 2 months is too long to wait. One refund, they wanted a copy of my photo id... wasn't going to happen.
Just beware, the only communication is with a pre-programmed bot, so if you have any issue, which is a probability, and your issue is just left with nothing done

I've been using wish for a bit now. I order alot of stuff. Never really had a major issue with any items I've received. Except a bracelet broke but was my own fault. Sometimes my orders are here in a week sometimes longer, always by estimated delivery time. Now I've had major issues with aliexpress. Late items 2-3 months
I absolutely love wish, I've ordered many things off this website and everything has been perfect. Sizes are off but read the size charts and order what will fit you! Everything I have purchased has been amazing.
At one time they would deal with delays and even give a refund but lately they won't even offer anything and just move the delivery date until the product arrives. One of my items has been in China for almost 3months and they still won't offer me a refund like they used to when I started using the app. Its been going downhill for months now

Wish is hit or miss. Shipping can be four days OR four weeks (or more). Customer service is great. Clothing is... eh. Unreliable. Hit or miss. For clothes I'll usually order from Aliexpress. I still shop Wish, especially for accessories and cheap boots (faux Uggs, order a size up like normal). If you're an 8 order a 9 but, that's with genuine Uggs or Bearpaws too. I ordered luggage from Wish and love it. Research and read the reviews. Remember to size up! With clothing, take pictures and send them to customer service immediately if there is a discrepancy. Most everything I've purchased has been great. Usually exactly as described and pictured. The only issue I've had is with clothing sizes. Even following the size chart provided is a gamble.

I ordered two items at the beginning of December last year, I was supposed to get them by December 23 at the latest. When I asked what happened, they told me to wait for another two weeks... and, then, to wait until the end of January. After that, they changed it to the end of February! I was only reimbursed for the "shipping costs" but the rest of the money they're keeping it until God knows when...! I deleted my account, did the huge mistake to trust this site and I warn you: stay away from them!

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
