Some of the things from wish are great for the money but the clothing is terrible. I have bought a few items of clothing now and they never seem to fit properly. I always go a few sizes bigger than my actual size and they still don't fit.
Most things here are OK. Pay attention to size and the description.
For the most part this is a good site if you don't expect quick shipping.
Most items ship from China 4-8 weeks.
BUT, if you don't get something they a very quick to refund you money.
The problem is when the item stated FREE, paid only shipping cost, when you choose the size n colour they no longer as a free item. All the items/mostly are quite misleading with the advertisement item $$$. Anyway, I just don't purchase from those misleading advertising item.

I only received one of five items ordered. I checked on my order and was told it was on the way to allow so much time. Follow up again and now too much time has passed. I'd like a refund before I order or recommend to others again.
Prices changed between me adding the item to my cart and checking out. Shipping costs are high. Customer service is extremely lacking. I have been trying to get a refund for an order cancelled 2 minutes after it was placed because the prices changed. They continued to process the order and shipped the item several days after placing and then immediately canceling the order.
They are a scam who steal your money. Their is no one ever available to chat. I sent 3 emails and no one ever responded in reference to my card being stolen and someone changed $500 to my account. I have since filed a claim with my bank
I ordered a full sized metal detector and a hand held metal detector in April 2020. I received the hand held one, but haven't received the full sized one. Customer service just has their automated response, you can't get through to actual person to ask for a refund. So I email their corporate headquarters in San Francisco only to be told they can't do anything, I need to go through the wish app. So looks like they got my money and nothing I can do about it. They are scammers and thieves, they collect your money and laugh all the way to the bank.

I ordered 7 different items from 7 different sellers. The expected date of delivery for all but one has long gone. I requested a refund on these items, the response I got was I could either be connected with the merchant directly or have my money refunded. I opted for the money refund. I have since been told funds have been refunded, I will be checking my credit to make sure it happens. I don't recommend this site at all. I can understand one company not fulfilling an order but all 7?
I placed an order & cannot login to track it. I have tried for more than a week to login without success. The support team keeps sending me the same message to login & change my password which does not work as I do not receive a code to change my password. This is a fraud company. DO BUY FROM THEM. I have made several purchases and received everything by a timely manner and as described.If I purchased an item and did not receive it, which happened only once, I was able to contact Wish who made sure I received a full refund ASAP. Very pleased with this company/web site.
I have gotten so many great products from wish and your refund program is so good that I'm not willing to walk away just yet. However, I have had so many disappointments that I have cut way back on my buying. The size is wrong so much of the time. I donate more clothing to the woman's shelter than I keep. I know my measurements and I use the appropriate guide each time and I still seem to get the wrong size 50% of the time. Sizing should be a bit more uniform between sellers. The other thing I am noticing is "knock-off" merchandise. The picture shows one thing and you get a home made version. Sometimes they're actually pretty good but others... well... After almost a year of spending probably a good thousand dollars on this account, I got the message the other week that they were putting a block on my account. They asked for my bank statement proving I made purchases, so I sent it. Comes back, there is a block on my account. So then they ask for my Visa (that they don't have for a reason) with the last 4 #'s covered. So, I did it even though I didn't want too. I get back a message, there is a block on your account. So, I go to them and ask why nothing is being done, yup, you guessed it, there is a block on my account and he can't get access to it. So, nobody can remove the block, I have things that have not come in, and they have ultimately stolen from me in the process. Do yourself a favor, find another site. I should have listened when I was warned, could have saved me some money.
I ordered several items that were never received and now the return window is closed. The Wish Support Assistant app kept telling me to wait a few more weeks and contact Support at a later date. I waited and then the Wish Support Assistant app would not refund me once it was 30 days passed the delivery date. Shipment Tracking shows that these items were never shipped. I emailed Support and they keep telling me to go through the Wish Support Assistant for a refund though that is how the email to Support was generated in the first place. Wish engages in deceptive and unscrupulous practices.

I ordered a CCTV cameras system and it was shipped back to the shipper because of an address mistake on wish, now wish refuse to refund me back $276.00 or send me back the item. Wish just give me the run-around, from saying that the item is in transit to go to the wish app and get a refund, but when I try you can't get no were.My recommendation is you'll have better odds to take your money and go to Vegas

Wish is a scam! You can get almost anything free on it. Once you've received your product you can open a return request and attach any picture of the product and they will grant you a full refund. What a good way to get free gifts from Wish. This is a lesson well learned as a garment seller on Wish. They would just refund the customer if they say "does not fit" even if it's not our problem. The money would just go out like that. They even tell the customer to keep the product and there's no need to return. As a result we lost the product, the shipping cost and the money! So go ahead and get your free gifts from wish. It's like Christmas everyday.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
