I have ordered from wish multiple times. It takes forever to receive an order. Of my orders I am seldom satisfied long term because the products either quit working or break. You get what you pay for, with wish you get cheap stuff cheap.
I ordered several items at the beginning to mid-may. I'm still waiting. They keep sending notifications saying the orders have shipped but they do not tell you what carrier they're using and when I demanded tracking numbers all I got was an email notification that consisted of a goofy picture of an airplane and the words "Your order is on it's way!" What am I a child? Most of my orders now show an expected arrival date that is toward the end of July! That will be months I've been waiting. THIS IS BS. They've got 2 more weeks and if I don't start seeing the items I ordered, I'm getting my damn money back(I hope) I'm notifying the Federal Trade Commission since Wish is apparently based here in the States(San Francisco)
I placed my first order with wish about two weeks ago. When my order came I was disappointed that the their recommended sizes were completely off. Since I ordered their recommendations I was surprised that most of the clothes were too big. One was about 3 sizes too big and then one the same size was too small. When I go to their return site they say I made no orders. It wont allow me to return or get a refund. I tried to call their customer services numbers. There were more than one. Most of the calls had a busy noise, one did not answer at all and one referred me to the apt and it takes me round and round again.
Whatever turns up isn't what you expect to turn up! Either cheap fabric, sizes are way to small, or the quality of the product is awful! They won't cover postage cost to return it which is usually as much as the product!

I truly have ordered a lot of stuff from wish.com. I really find their stuff good quality and very interesting. I love the jewelry and I love the stuff I bought for my bedroom mosquito Nest bedding exedra. I have had a lot of fun ordering. Yes it does take a while sometimes for items to arrive and that's a little disappointing though once I get them they're almost always worth the wait.
My account was Hacked. All of my orders were being diverted to an address in Miami. The delivery address was being changed after I placed my orders. This went on for over a year, until I Stopped ordering from this Horrible Cro. They Refused to help. They Refused to offer a Refund. Do Not use Wish. They had the audacity to tell me to stop putting down the wrong address. Why would someone living in Indiana put down an address in Florida?

So, I do keep in mind that almost everything is one dollar or very cheap. So, I always click the filter where the reviews are at least 3 starts. I've only ordered 2 items so far and I understand that they will probably arrive a month from now. I've looked at a lot of clothes and jewelry but I bought some make up brushes and if the quality is good enough for me to use them, then I will continue, carefully, shopping on wish. I'm looking for a lot of things that aren't always cheap and accessible in nearby stores so this is very convenient and again SUPER CHEAP! I will write another review after receiving both orders!

Item is advertising as $ 17 after choosing the size and color it becomes $40 by the time you go to check out is $ 100+ shipping, this is ridiculous. I had to call my visa to cancel. This site is a scam.
Easy to order and use. Some descriptions of product a bit vague and product picture not the same as the final product, delivery time sometimes long, sometimes incredible fast, but in general very good
I ordered 3 dresses that looked super cute on the site. All were pretty much transparent, all were mediums but one was tiny, one kind of medium, and one was huge. All really cheap fabric. And to return it you have to pay shipping and it was more expensive than the dress itself to return so now I'm stuck with 3 ugly, cheap, crappy dresses I wasted my money on. I deleted the app and am trying to spread the word... you get what you pay for from the wish app. Cheap clothes = cheap quality. Total crap!
I deleted the app when I realized the stuff is mostly crap and the shipping time is ludicrous. I am drowning in emails from them now. Their "unsubscribe "page is bogus also. You can't do it. I just want them to go away.

I'm still waiting on a coat I ordered for the second time. The first time after a long wait I got a wrong size and image on my coat. Their sizing charts are off.
I only had 1 item that I ordered that did not come which I was disappointed with but wish customer service help me out and got me a full refund and apologize for the inconvenience and the were very quick with their response.
I have been happy with most of the things that I have ordered. But I have 2 pair of boots here that are defective. I haven't had time to send them back. The top of the boots opening is not even wide enough for a child to get their leg down in it. And I bought one pair as gift for my sister.
Items arrived late. Some items have STILL not arrived. Went to the store and picked them up and they would not give them to me. I was refunded and charged a "restocking fee" even though the items were not restocked according to the store. I don't want to refund, I want my items. I order from wish in May. It's almost September and my order never arrived or even sent. I tried contacting wish several times. By the time the app opened up refund action it was too late.

This company clearly makes money selling cheap fake items from China to people who don't realize the difference. And then, when someone complains, Wish "flags" their account and says they need to buy more cheap crappy items to get the flag removed. Do not buy from this company.
FOUR months now and emails back and forth time-wasting and refuses to refund money when item has not arrived.
There is no method on the website to ask for a refund if you stupidly agree to the bot asking you to wait for another week or so. BE WARNED.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
