Everything I ordered took at least 2 months to arrive at my address and@ 8 of the items I did not receive at all. I have better things to do with my time to try and email this company several times a week regarding their non existant customer service. Avoid this site. Tey are scammers, will take your money and not send you the product and there is nothing you can do about it.
I had a terrible experience with the wish
In fact, I did not intend to buy at all and only stored the goods in my list, but due to a software bug, the wish software was purchased without my permission and was paid automatically from my PayPal account. The wish app has automatically paid for your PayPal account since my previous purchase. I tried very hard to cancel the order, but every time the message came that this was not possible and I had to wait until the goods arrived. This is actually a scam and I will not buy any more
I bought a mp3 player and it was suppose to hold 1000 songs. I loaded 30 onto it and it only registered 18. However it didn't play them. It played part of the first track and shut off. Keep in mind that it was fully charged. If I tried to search through the tracks it would immediately shut off.
Ordered a couple of items. The dog coats came very fast but we're very small ordered size medium but they are tight on a very small dog. Ordered a coat and a blouse for myself. Still have not received then. It has been over a month. They keep telling me the package is on its way. I'll see how long it takes to get a refund. They take your money but you don't get what you ordered.
I ordered some leggings and never received them. They wrote me and said the shipping was going to take a little longer than expected and then when I wrote back a month later to tell them I still had not received them they said I had waited too long to receive a refund. They stole my money and I will never shop with them again.
Wish has been a fairly reliable and easy place to shop from, an even get refunds from. Everything that I have ordered, clothes included, has been fairly good quality. There have been a few experiences with items never arriving, but you will always have those experiences when you shop online. Overall, Wish has been mainly positive experiences for me.
Everything I have ordered from Wish has come in and is exactly as the description describes. When I had a problem, I contacted customer service, it took a couple of days to get back to me, and they offered me a refund. I followed up a few days after that and my refund was posted to my account. Shipping does variety. I use paypal so I know if I ever have a problem paypal has my back but so far I have nothing but praise for Wish.

Most sale items will not ship. If an item is on flash sale, they will take your money wait two days, tell you it took too long to process your purchase for the discounted price and then try to get you to accept a store credit saying it will take 14 days for a refund to your CC.
I ordered 16 items to see how the platform performed and of those 16 items Wish canceled 12 with an offer of a refund in 14 days.
I have yet to receive the 4 items they actually did ship, but I don't expect anything more then I have already found on the platform.
Do not go near. Liars and thieves. If an item is not delivered by due date they make it impossible to contact support. I waited 3 months for curtains and a tapestry. Now due date has past they've made it impossible to get a refund by not being able to contact support. They should be closed down.

At first I received my items quickly, but of lately they have not been turning up, or are up to 4 weeks late being delivered.
Also some of the items seem to be of a second grade, not first grade as they should be.
If this continues to happen I will find another place to buy my items from.
I love the products and love the prices! They have things id never be able to find elsewhere. Some things take a while to ship but its okay when its something that only cost 2$ and would have cost 10$ if i bought it at a store. I recommend wish to everyone and will use it forever!
I love Wish prices and customer service, but the shipping is terrible. When it comes to getting my stuff I'm not getting them. Wish is a great company they just need to get there shipping issues straightened out. When they get this issue straightened out I will definitely be back. Who orders an items looking prior at the shipping and return policy? While buying, Wish.com charges shipping cost for every item, however small the item cost be (e. G for a $1 item too it has $1 shipping). And while returning every items, it does not cover the shipping cost. And the shipping address I was provided with was in Canada. Imagine how costly would it be to return every item there? A big chunk of my refund will go in that. So I decided not to return even if I did not like some of the items and keep them as it is, eventually going into the garbage.
I ordered items a month and half early for a birthday party. Nothing arrived by the party, even though the party was 2 weeks after the 'arrive no later than date' Wish provided when I ordered. One of the packages did end up showing up a few weeks later. The order had 2 items, instead of the 3 I had ordered and 1 of the items had a huge hole in it and an arrow sticker pointing to it. They obviously knew there was a hole when it was shipped. Don't waste your time waiting long shipping times for the terrible quality items Wish sells.

After this you submit it, BUT REMEMBER to keep the page you did this on, because their response will be there. They do not write to your email address. They answer you there.
If you have to send something back, and it is under 16 oz send it first class. They refunded me without having to return it.

I was charged for my order and the next day I received email that my account it's been blocked because of suspicious fraud activity and that I will be refunded which of course never happened. They asked me to send photo of my credit card with the credit card number covered, so they will unblock my account. I sent them photo, they unblocked my account but I never received my money back. After many emails sent I always received the same copy/paste answer that "the amount is refunded and I need to check with my bank", I have the bank statement to prove that I was charged and never refunded, but they're still telling me that I need to check with my bank. I read a lot of bad reviews about them, it was all suspicious to me and that's why just to test them I ordered a simple USB cable worth couple of euros, luckily I didn't ordered something bigger. Until today I never received my money back! Be careful people!
I ordered a pet grooming table. It showed a picture of a table, described it as foldable, adjustable, usually $198 but today $38. So I paid and waited for it to arrive. When two dog grooming brushes arrived I guessed someone had simply mixed up the order, but when I went into my Wish login there was now a picture of the brush. The description was still a grooming table but the picture had changed and 2 dog brushes had been added. I contacted Wish who responded that I had clicked on an offer of a table OR a couple of brushes (not true by the way). I contacted PayPal who opened a dispute and I will be requesting my money back, closing my Wish account and posting on every scam site I can find that Wish is dodgy.

I have ordered a smart watch on Jan 2nd 2016. My order never deliver to me as of now. I have sent couple of notes to customer service, no response from them. It's a complete fraud site. Please stay away from Wish.com.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
