WISH in my mind is a scam... quality is the same as getting at the dollar store. Shipping is ridiculous, long wait times and when it arrives, the products are junk. I thinik this website is very misleading touting silver as real silver and gold as real gold. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! Fortunately, Wish will never have the opportunity to take advantage of me again. It just plain sucks!
Okay the site is like EBay or Amazon only a lot more scammer's. You can not trust all sellers and Wish support will not help if a seller performs a simple tracking scam where a fraudulent seller will get a real tracking number but not for your item or your address. Wish is satisfied that someone in your general area received something, they don't care that the tracking didn't come from the sellers location or that the item wasn't delivered to your address! So if you want to play Russian roulette with your money try it!
Absolutely terrible quality. This site is a real rip off. Don't chance it. First of all delivery received after two months. Ordered few long sleeve t -shirts as a trial order to see delivery and quality. Garments received were of such poor quality that some of the trims, like buttons or studs were actually out or falling out of the garments.
Initially i received my items from Wish. The last two orders have not arrived and although i request that it be resent, they opt to refund my money. To me this is turning into a ponzi scheme as they take your money and keep it for two months and then when you dont receive your item, they refund you but in the mean time have earned interest on MY money. Just my opinion.
I ordered a t shirt on April 20th and still have not received it. Every time I email Wish they keep extending the delivery date. I think if the plane from China or wherever it's coming from could have circled the globe twice and I would have received it by now. I had ordered a pair of off brand air pods. I ordered them march 17,2019 and they are still not here. They were supposed to arrive April 21,2019 which is Easter. And today I had found out that they will be April 28,2019 if that is true. I have not had a good experience with wish.com and I don't think I will use it again.
I WISH to give negative stars. Never got my fidget cubes and they wouldn't refund me. Said to continue to wait for them. It's over 3 months since I ordered them. Customer service response is a joke. I had to dispute with my credit card. Thankfully they credited me instantly. I would never ever use this site to purchase anything ever again.

The shipping is months long with no tracking information in the U.S. If you did not get your items, then you gets partial refund which is about 1/3 of your total purchase and not including shipping fee and tax that you paid. So, if you want to buy from them, just make sure of the risk of you will not going to get your items and you will not be fully refunded.

My order was placed 8 June 2021. 5 October 2021 and still not received. Wish refuses to refund me. They say the refund period has expired but when I was in the refund period, they didn't want to refund me as they kept on promising that the items will be delivered shortly. Now they want to refund with Wish cash... I did not pay with Wish Cash. I paid with my own cash.

I noticed that they have items on here that you can buy a lot cheaper at your local store. Why buy something and pay more and then pay 7 dollars for shipping when you can just drive to your local department store and get the exact same item for less. Screw you wish you suck.
Really wish I would have read this before I placed my order. My order tracking information has disappeared and I still haven't received my package. Never again! Not worth the headache. I have received all the items I ordered by chance but most of them had arrived much later than indicated by the date line. I did appreciate to be announced I will get reimbursed the all amount spent for the purchase because of the unacceptable delay but still I have to say that by no way it is possible to trace back the parcel on the Wish website to know where about it could be or if it's to arrive. This has absolutely to be improved as we can accept the very long time it takes to arrive justifying the good bargain but not acceptable to know not where the parcel is.
When my order arrived it was something completely different to what I ordered. Initially Wish.Com agreed to fully refund me. The next day they e-mailed to say the wrong item that was sent was the same weight as the item I had ordered so they are not going to honor the refund they promised. Basically the have sat back and thought of an excuse not to refund me as promised. In doing this, they have also basically called me a liar. So there you have it: If Wish.Com sends you the wrong item they will not refund you. They will use any excuse to save themselves the time and effort to put things right. From my personal experience I have found Wish. Com to be totally fraudulent and outright liars. Do Not Use Wish.Com Under Any Circumstances.
You get a confirmation that your order has been placed and the total value. Then you get the surprise! First it takes between 2 - 3 months to get to South Africa. And then the grand finale. They first deduct a small amount from your account - probably to see if it is legit and then the real surprise. They deduct almost 3 times the amount that you bought - I "assume for shipping". But that is not all - 3 months later and still no goods. South Africans beware!

I have had great experiences with WISH. It hasn't taken over 3 weeks for my items to arrive. You can't expect to pay a dollar for an item and have it look like a hundred dollar item. My kids and I order fun stuff or stuff that we want to just see what it looks like, and, so far so good.

My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
