Lead time for Mexico is quite long, sometimes quality of products is so so, price is always inexpensive, service quality on returns or delays is very good, even some times you get your money back but it would be better to get your product on time

I ordered 3 items over 2 months ago. Have not received them, and when I log into my account, the items I have ordered have disappeared and I can't even see my status on them. Fishy! Then try to talk to customer support and it is a computer. Do not order from wish. It is a scam. I will also spread the word to everyone not to order from them. Very upset! They should be turned in, but no one can do that!

I ordered what looked like nice star lights to hang in my daughter's room. Never got a tracking# from the shipper. Did not realize it was coming from China. The lights are useless as they do not have a regular plug to put into a socket. They are some other country's electric plug. Completely useless to me! Will trash them as it is to expensive to send them back to china and they will claim they never got them back. Such a waste!

I have ordered at least 15 items from this stupid site. Their tracking shows the items were delivered, and yet they never are. I then contact them and they tell me my items were delayed? So then why do they say they were delivered? I believe they think if you wait long enough, you will forget about your items and then they keep your money. I would NEVER order from them again. Terrible and you can't even review the sellers until you receive the items.
Wish sold me a dodgy fake SD card, and eventually gave a credit to my account for this. So, I ordered 2 items over 2 weeks, to use up the credit, and had confirmation of those orders. Then I was notified that I had told them my account was hacked so they closed it. I had not! Furthermore, they had not sent either of the items despite their earlier confirmation. They wanted copies of my passport and bank details before they would reopen my account and release my credit - very disreputable. Eventually PayPal gave me the credit. They should be avoided at all costs.
I ordered and paid for many different things and put out a good thousand dollars. Only half of the goods came and were not the quality I was led to believe!. Many items never came at all. And they will not give me my money back... As far as I am concerned they are SCAMMERS! So be WARNED!

I strongly advise you DO NOT use wish if you want to keep your Money safe! Last sunday 12-04-2020 I received an email from paypal saying that i had authorized a payment for Wish. Of course I didn´t but someone did! Someone who entered my account. Wish customer service is MISERABLE! They send poorly translated automatic responses and ignore any explanation on the subject. Appaarently this situation also happened to more people, as I was able to verify on the complaint portal here in Portugal.

Too much delivery charges. If u order 2 pieces of anything the delivery charges doubles even if the ordered item is small enough to fit on one packet. Pictures are misleading. You will think you are ordering an item based on picture but it will be a part of that item in picture.
I started out buying items for my son's school and scouts projects. I learned really quick to not take the shipping time or the item quality too seriously. In this mindset I was ok knowing 50%of the time I may not even get the item or may get it 30-120 days late lol. The quality is questionable and if the item is "too cheap" there is a reason, it's garbage. I have had so many issues with shipping I chose to ship to a local store for pickup and still cannot get my items shipped in a reasonable time. Because Wish cannot keep a standard for sellers for shipping or delivery at all I was now flagged LMAO. I am buying items, paying $$$ for them and cannot get the seller to send them but I am at fault. WHAT? INSANE! I "Wish" I could give 0 stars like I get the 0 items.

Most of my dealings have been for jewelry. You do have to order carefully & make sure the items are sterling silver. If you order clothes, take your measurements and check the sizing chart. Also check the conversion of cm to inches, most of the items are Asian sizes and you need to order up 1 - 2 sizes for a proper fit. They are generally very inexpensive (except for cat trees).
So it was early December 2019. I thought I was in good hands with WISH. I had ordered before and received my orders with in 1 month. I was garentede my orders before Christmas. Long story Short. Here it is March 2020. Never received anything, though I did receive partial refund on some of my orders, I'm still out of pocket for more than 90 dollars. There reason for all my misery is you did not respond for a refund within the 30 day time... Shop at your own risk!

I placed a simple order wit the understanding that it may take some time to ship from China. After 2 months, I inquired and was pleased to see it was finally processed. 3 more months and after a move, I recheck, and it is still being processed. I ask customer service about it, demanding a refund, and the message I get back is:

I own a boutique and wish is ruining it for me. They sell a jumpsuit for $2 that I sell for $18 but mine is not see through, made in the USA, made of cotton and I never miss shipping an order. I contacted customer service regarding an item that I ordered. The item supposedly shipped and I was given a FedEx tracking number. FedEx showed that a label was printed but no further action was taken. Two different customer service people did not check with FedEx before telling me to wait for the shipment

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
