I have purchased many different items from clothes, jewelry, household items, and electronics. I love the electronics. My jewelry some are still wearable while some are a one time deal. Whenever wish makes a mistake they have you covered 100%. The items may take awhile to receive but worth the wait!
The very first product I ordered I didn't even get. The second one I did receive and they sent me the wrong size. So I think that will be the end of my shopping experience with wish. However I know your partners with Geek and that side of things is great.

Wish fraudulently charged my credit card. For starters they charged me double per item than the advertised price. Two ilI ordered only one but they sent five and you guessed it they charged me for all five. Three the delivery took a crazy amout of time over 5 weeks.
Ordered an item and paid with PayPal. I had notification from PayPal before I received anything from wish.com that it had gone through. Fine. That was last evening. This afternoon I received an email from wish.com saying it was sorry my payment was denied and wants me to give them a credit card. PayPal says it was cancelled on wish.com's end, so there is no way I'm giving them a credit card number after reading reviews where items people looked at were mysteriously being charged from the app. I had looked at some clothes after I had placed the first order, and when they went into the cart, the price had changed to about double what it had said it was. So give them your credit card at your own risk here.
Excellent variety of products. Lots of different colours and styles to choose from. Prices could be better labelled. Eg, could say $2 but when you select what you want its $10. Shipping is also deceptive. Eg, could say $5 but when you go to pay it say the actual shipping is more.

I ordered cage and cover for it. They returned me money for the cage (not sure why) and sent only cover. I was trying many times to contact support and get the label for return post for cover but got just an auto-response several times. Absolutely unacceptable that you can't return item and can't get onto support. Email support directed me to the same unresponsive chat.

I ordered some Shopkins for my little girl. You're ordering from China, so you expect things to take a while. But, it's cheap. But, my daughter's Shopkins NEVER CAME. 3 months later, when I demanded my money back, they finally sent them. We received them 5 months after we ordered them. They were knock offs, very rubbery, smelly, bad knock offs. I'll not waste my money again.
I ordered two harnesses one on January 30,2018 & one on January 31,2018. The harness I ordered on January 30,2018, that was almost to my destination, then suddenly, it says the shipment would be delayed and they would be sending me a new expected delivery date. Now, the harness I ordered on January 31,2018, that one also has a tracking number, but it hasn't left the country according to the number. I contacted support but they are no help whatsoever on anything. They refuse to do any kind of refunds unless its passed the estimated delivery dates. Then what, they'll say its passed 30 days and a refund isn't available. Last time I ordered, I got my exact item. I'm starting to believe it was a fluke thing that won't happen again.
This is a mess of a company. They use photos of products lifted from other companies (I recognize some of the photos) I'm still waiting for a Tee shirt I ordered almost 2 months ago, and a jumper I ordered a little later is jumping all over China, per the tracking. Will it ever leap over to me in the US? Seriously, don't be enticed by all the photos of products that flash around in their site.
UPDATE- The tee shirt arrived about 10 weeks after I ordered it and the quality is awful. It's very cheap material that doesn't stretch, even though its supposed to be a tee shirt. Also, the jumper I ordered never arrived.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I placed an order, never received it, was given a "new" shipping date, never received it. Then, was told if I didn't receive my item by April 17 to contact them. So this morning, April 17, I click "contact support" and say I haven't received my item. Was told "We're sorry about that. Unfortunately, the refund window for this item closed on Apr 17,2019." So I click "escalate to Wish support" and get this message: "Although your request is beyond our refund policy, for this time, we're happy to make an exception and offer you Wish Store Credit (Wish Cash) equal to the purchase amount. It will be instantly available to use towards any purchase on Wish. Please view our policy to ensure you get your refund in the future". Well NO THANKS! I won't be spending any ""store credit" only to pay shipping on an item I may never receive! Will never order from this lousy company again.
Wish is good... mostly... there are a lot of venders that put pictures of great items but that's not what you get! There great about refunding your money or returning items. This is after you wait 3 to 6 weeks to receive the item then the hassle of a return. So if it is something you need your better off buying it here for a higher price.
There have been a few times now where orders were supposed to arrive by a certain date and didn't come in the time they said, so the date was changed to a later time. It then still doesn't arrive by the later date, and the package tracking doesn't always help. Other than that items typically arrive early or on time, and can be pretty well priced.
I was looking at some items on wish when getting ready to check out. Some fishing reels popped up to up sell me at a really good price I said why not. So I bought 3 of them and the other product I was looking at because now I was buying something. I get a email a few days later saying the deal is no longer available you can have a refund on them or in store credit. I wouldn't have bought the other thing if a was get the good deal on the fishing reels. Trying to email them with no responses do not recommend wish at all

I about died when i ordered some small light weight jewelry and the shipping came to $44.00! The jewelry costs 80. So the shipping was half the price of the items, RIDICULOUS! Thats where they make up for the cheap stuff u pay it in shipping!
Their shipping used to be so good, not anymore, promised to be arriving such day, than it was changed to 2 weeks later when you don't receive your item. Not only one item but more. Guess I'd better not order anymore. Takes more than two months?

There "customer service" is no help. Never received my order they said I'm passed my 30 day return date, but I never received my package. They keep sending me a like to their return policy and it states 30 days after delivery, not projected delivery date.
I have ordered a piece of furniture. After one week I have received an information that my order is delayed due to high volume of order's. I know that manufacturer have discontinued this range of furniture therefore I have requested to cancel this order. For almost 2 weeks my emails have been ignored. I have warned Homewish about consequences if I will not get my money back immediately. After 6 weeks I have finally refund. No apologies, no one even bothered to answer. I am buying lots of things via Internet but I will never ever consider this site again. Please stay away.

I love wish, it's just that sometimes the shipping and handling can take an inexpensive item to an expensive item. If you're buying a number of items and they're coming from the same place why do you have to pay shipping and handling on each item?

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
