Wish sent me a different horn 139 decibels. Then makes you jump thru hoops in getting the correct item, or your money refunded. Which didnt happen until I filed complaint with post office against them, and informed them. Then I recieve a response informing me I will be receiving a refund. WIsh.com is a scam. The horn I ordered was advertised at 300 decibels. I have not yet recieved a refund. Please read the other complaints against WISH, they treated me in the same manner. Then find a more reputable company to do business with you be happier.
I ordered two items in the end of March 2020. I have not yet received them. I sent an e-mail wanting a total refund and they keep stalling that I will be receiving them soon. They do not accept phone calls and website will direct me to someone that will send me another e-mail which I don't want. I have sent them countless information (Order ID, Order #, Item type, transaction dates, etc.). The two items that I ordered don't serve any purpose now. They are a B. S. company and will never do any business with them again. Beware of their advertisements.

Beware of this website. Nearly all items are of Chinese origin and ship from China. Customer service is non existant. Note that items may take months to receive if you receive them at all. Be very wary of this website. I think they are punishing the US customers for our blaming the virus on them. If anyone is ever able to talk to a person from this company please let me know how you pull that off.

I ordered from them and within two days i received a notification that my order is shipped and on its way. They sent to me track number and every day i was following and all of sudden i received Email that my item has been delievered. Checked then i found was delievered to someone else. I contacted UPS and i gave them track number. They said the number does not belong to me. It is for someone else. I contacted wish through emails and i explained the case and every time they respond to me with same questions. They were playing around. I sent to them more than 10 times and each time they kept asking same questions. Trust me these people are crook. Do not Buy from them.

Ordered three summer hats 25th May, delivery date was changed to 3rd August or later.
Contacted them, which is an automated nightmare. Informed I cannot cancel my order as product is shipped, my tracking info details confirm product still in China.
So now I have to wait till August or whenever, to return them for a refund!

I did a lot of bidding on the 1$+1$ shipping items to find out if the company is legit. I did win a watch but they charged my 14$+16$ shipping. It took a few months for delivery, which is to be expected if it were free delivery... The product box is damaged so I cannot give it as a gift. Customer service refuses to refund the shipping cost. They claim that if the product is not damaged, no refund will be issued. Then why charge me more for shipping than for the item. I had to open a ticket with them 3 times before getting a reasonable answer. They are indeed a scam, at least when it comes to the 1$ items and customer service. Never had issues with AliExpress or Amazon or any other online shop I have used. They have decent product selection but engage in fraudulent activities.

I order four different thinks back on may 7 still have not get them and i cant get a refund they keep telling me they are on the way but the day just keeps getting moved up and they say delivery is delayed bc of covid 19 but yet i can get stuff from amazon and best thought shipping in 2 to 5 days. Ordered a small kitchen accessory back then in April 2020; it was supposed to arrive in mid May. Wish keeps changing and extending the estimated delivery date without notice. Now that I got fed up and requested for refund; they replied that refund isn't possible for order within estimated shipping window! They are so sneaky! Of course it's still within the shipping window when they are the ones who keep changing the estimated delivery date!
Till date, I have neither received the item nor have they agreed to a refund.

Mensen bestel nooit meer iets bij Wish, Trap er niet meer in! Ik had voor ongeveer 25 euro aan gereedschap besteld en dan krijg ik tien mini steeksleuteltjes met een waarde van misschien 5 euro. Bij de foto's en beschrijving word je gewoon zwaar misleid. Bij de artikel foto's van mij zie je gereedschapskisten staan terwijl je dat niet zal krijgen! En bij de beschrijving staat 10-100PCS i. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
