WISH is a nightmare. 1st the site is not secure. Then you cannot EVER (phone service is not supported at this time) speak to a person when your account is compromised and money is being stolen from you. The email contact is unable to fathom what your needs are so make the situation worse. So you have to cancel your payment method which you have no memory of allowing them to store. And since by the time you discover the problem it's now up to you to fight WISH for a refund. NOTHING they sell is worth the BS that comes with dealing with them. And just an added hoorah, when the Russians or Chinese or whoever get your info not only will they spend your money they will send threatening emails to expose your sexual deviations via VIDEO that they "have" OK that one made me laugh but it was still part and parcel of what WISH allows to happen due to their lack of security. NOTHING on or about their site is safe, STAY AWAY.
I ordered a pool at a higher than normal price. The charge went through on my card. Prior to sending it out they canceled my pool and said it was because there was a problem with the card. The truth is it's because they were suddenly able to get double that price and canceled my order. I never got the pool. I still haven't got the refund. I will never order from Wish again!

I ordered a dress 3 months ago and just got it today. I tried to cancel this order after waiting 2 months, was referred to Customer Support where I filled in my request. I never heard from them again. I normally were an XL but seeing that it was from China, I sized up to 2xl. I can't even get it over my head. It sort of fits my neighbour who's a size 14. The photo looked like a soft linen... it's more like Kleenex tissue and totally see thru. I would strongly advise you stay away.

Cheap stuff with bad quality and it will take weeks or months to receive your stuff, and sometimes you do not receive it at all if it happened you ask for a refund for the things you did not receive they will refund you immediately but they are counting the times they refunded you if it reached certain times they will blacklist you even though it's your right to get a refund for the things you did not receive

I am not a mean person but I am made as hell that I ever had any contact with this scamers. Whatever you buy from them is crap. You will do much better in goodwill. My sincere advice is STAY AWAY from this THING. I wish you that you never have any experience with crap called wish.

I made an order 2 months ago and have yet to receive any of my items that I order from them, also my husband placed an order for 200 face masks for 30 dollars and has received only 3 my husband has also ordered a different assortment of items which he has still not received. With the masked he had received they are of terrible quality which upon trying it on is already broken so instead of risking it he has thrown them away.

I purchased two matching shirts one for my daughter and mine. One shirt arrived after almost two months. The shirt was very tiny i ordered size small but I couldn't believe what they shipped for me. I contacted Wish on their website no one responded because I wanted to return. I haven't received the other shirt up to now. The item was supposed to arrive since June10th today is June 18th. I wanted my money back. They won't refund me the whole amount the only refund me Partial credit. What a scammer

I purchased 8 items in March 2020 and the orders were accepted and showed they were shipped but in June2020 they cancelled all 8 orders and said they had a problem in shipping. This is fraud and malpractice. I emailed customer support but I know that they come back with s silly excuse unless they prove me wrong

Very difficult to reach someone when there is an issue with an order. The site is designed to prevent you from getting actual help. Also delivery delays are treated with zero accountability.

My first (and only time) shopping at Wish. Estimated delivery (mid-Covid) was 2 weeks. 2 months later I am still waiting for it. It's still in China. The delivery date keeps getting moved out by several weeks. Wish should just quote delivery date "whenever it gets to you." You can't talk to an actual person and can't seem to cancel an order that you no longer need because 2 months later it hasn't arrived.

At one time they would deal with delays and even give a refund but lately they won't even offer anything and just move the delivery date until the product arrives. One of my items has been in China for almost 3months and they still won't offer me a refund like they used to when I started using the app. Its been going downhill for months now

I have bought so many items from WISH. I am currently awaiting of my last item so I can delete the APP. The constantly change arrival date, without so much as a curtesy email. Very is very inconsiderate of the customer and very unprofessional. I used to be so fun to shop on WISH, now each purchase has become a pain in the $#*!. I will be deleting both WISH and GEEK upon arrival of my last items. I cannot with good conscience recommend this site.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
