I did a Live Chat with Neacy, April 3,2018 around noon EDT. I explained to her in my email saying my package was out for delivery, it showed I had ordered a case for Samsung Galaxy S7. & that I was sure I requested the S8. She said she would replace the case in the correct size and style and cost. The closest case I could find was $5 more, I asked if I could pay the difference. Zshe said not to worry about it. She took care of the re-order, as a one time courtesy. I feel she went above and beyond to help me. I used to work in customer service. I recognize an exceptional customer service person immediately. And Neacy certainly is one. She is kind, personable and knows her job & does it well!
