I placed an online order 10 days prior to Christmas. The website stated GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS. I received an email the next day stating the order had been shipped. However, the tracking information showed 12/26 delivery. I emailed the company regarding this. After 4 days without a response, I called their customer service. After waiting on hold 10 min, a representative came on the line and informed me I'd have to contact UPS and there was nothing she could do. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. She then hung up on me. I will NEVER buy from this company again.




I purchased a dress from Upon receiving it, I realized the dress was spandex and did not look as pictured online. I did not even try the dress on and returned it in the original packaging. I called their customer service a week after the tracking information showed the package was delivered and was informed they had not received it. I also sent an email to their customer service with no response. I then called again over a week later to confirm they had received my return. I was then informed I would not receive a refund due to an alleged stain they found on the dress. Since I had not tried it on and barely took it out of the package, I knew this was untrue. I asked if the bag had anything on it when they received the return. The customer service agent stated it went to a different department and she didn't know. This is completely ridiculous. I will NEVER order from this company again.




I ordered items a month and half early for a birthday party. Nothing arrived by the party, even though the party was 2 weeks after the 'arrive no later than date' Wish provided when I ordered. One of the packages did end up showing up a few weeks later. The order had 2 items, instead of the 3 I had ordered and 1 of the items had a huge hole in it and an arrow sticker pointing to it. They obviously knew there was a hole when it was shipped. Don't waste your time waiting long shipping times for the terrible quality items Wish sells.



I placed an order 12/1/16 from Aosom as a Santa gift. My credit card was charged 12/4 and a tracking number was sent to me for the order. When I checked tracking information, it states the anticipated ship date was 12/2/16. I called into the company today (12/19/16) because I have still not received my order. I was informed the product I ordered had sold out and I could get a refund. When I inquired as to why I was not notified of this, I was informed the company does not share this information with customer service. Now, I have 4 days to find something for my daughter from Santa. Thank you, Aosom, for ruining my 3 year old's Santa experience. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
