Never received the merchandise I ordered and paid for last year (Aug/Sept 2018). When I wrote to the customer support, I was told to send them my bank statement that shows the wish, com transaction, I did so. Then there was long silence after this from them. When I finally wrote to them again, I was told to send another bank statement with wish.com transaction, like before I complied and, to date, nothing happened. Each time I write to them, my email does not get any response.
