Shocking robbing company! I have been doing eBay for many years however the new policies are terrible - sold an item, buyer wanted to return, paid for label - however several hours later eBay simply sent a refund despite me following all the return details correctly - what was the point of purchasing and uploading a return label if eBay simply go over your head anyway. Impossible to contact them too!

Did have doubts after seeing all the terrible reviews - live and learn! Will have to take it up with PayPal now.

In the space of 3 weeks I've had 4 parcels not delivered - 2 already declared lost - the rest STILL in transit two weeks later. Totally given up with Yodel and the website has been down twice in 3 days sort it out Yodel - off back to Evri - you've cost me a fortune!

Ordered a mattress - delivery stated 'will deliver to room of your choice" however the delivery guys refused and dumped it on the doorstep. It then turned out they'd sent the wrong size mattress, arranged a courier to collect however when they turned up they had no collection number and had to call the depot. Then we watched them drop the mattress on the floor - to top it off I still haven't been refunded for this item that was returned several weeks ago and am fed up of chasing it up. The app keeps coming up with the same error - wouldn't use Wayfair again

Terrible - most of the items don't arrive and if they do they charge you a re stocking fee for non collection even though you have! The rare items that do arrive are cheap fake low quality tat - and you cannot contact anyone human as it's always a robot response! And if you return something they give you a fake address in Schipol! Avoid totally! Believe me I've bought many things given them the benefit of the doubt - but tooooo many times I have been scammed by this company.

Sadly this is cheap tat - actual garments not as advertised - impossible to return due to coming from China - unable to contact - replies in Chinese then postmaster delivery failed.
