They had clear instructions to leave the parcel with my neighbour but they didn't. Then they said they had three delivery attemps and that i had to pick up my parcel form their depot which is 2 hours of commute. Customer service said that it will be ok to reattempt and deliver on a Saturday but guess what, they came on a Thursday and noone was at home (cause some of us indeed WORK). It's a legit company in that it's a company that exists. It's not one I would recommend - even on the TrustPilot page you can see one in four customers are eating it one star and not getting their packages, and that's with a bunch of frame and paid for five star reviews artificially bumping up their ratings,
