I went to the Walmart Grocery Store on FM 518, in League City, TX this morning. I have been here many times, and never had a bad experience like I did today. The produce floors were discussing. They were wet, and pieces of produce all over the wet floor, where the workers had been just running over it all with their carts. Then, I noticed a small bird trapped in the store. I asked "6" different workers about it, and all were aware about the bird. They would just smile, and doing nothing about it. Next, I went to the self check-out, and started having some difficulty with my check-out. The manager was standing at a booth directly in front of me. He could clearly see I was frustrated, and offered no assistance at all. Instead he just stood there staring at me, making me even more frustrated. This was a horrible experience! I may never shop there again. I hope that someone helps get the bird back outside, cleans up the awful mess on the floors, and offers the manager some customer service training.
