I have checked your order and can confirm it was placed on April 27,2019, base on our POLICY for cancellations "We can give you a refund unconditionally if you cancel your purchase within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us." It was already more than 24hrs after you have sent your cancellation request so we are sorry to inform you that we can no longer cancel your order.

Aside from that, your order has been shipped and now transit to your location.
STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT PLUS OTHER REVIEWS OF WHAT I ORDERED SAY IT IS A PIECE OF CRAP AND GOES IN THE TRASH IMMEDIATELY.

This site is terrible, things were added in my cart, junk I might add, and I was charged for the crap I didn't catch when I checked out. I would never go to this site again, it is a SCAM, stay away, you will be better off... this crap comes from China and the shipping was $28.
