The hair they sent took almost 2 months and it was HIDEOUS. It was supposed to be an auburn/chestnut color and it was orange. And it didn't for AT ALL. You could see at lest 2 inches off my scalp. I PLEADED with them to exchange it but they refused because there was no "quality issue" and they generally DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AT ALL, even though it was thin and stringy. They told me I should just keep it as a back up (I explained I could never wear this) or send it bank for $130 so they could adjust it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'm out $300 now with the ugliest hair I've ever seen in 12 years.

They don't deserve one star! I have a hair and wig salon. I have been in this business for 27 years. My client decided to search for a human hair wig without my expertise and purchased two wigs through this pathetic site.
She brought these wig's to me for a custom color. (Easefull) 100% Remy Human Hair. Paid $241.00 for each wig and thinking that "this is human hair*" What a deal! Unfortunately she was deceived. These wigs are not human hair! They are made of synthetic, Heat friendly/ Heat defiant synthetic fibers. These fibers resemble human hair. You can use heat for styling however, you Can Not Color this fiber!

I purchased wig of $247, had to wait 1month to get the wig, I ordered human hair wig they gave wig which is no where around what they advertise, plastic hairs, I contacted cx service and they are the worst instead of guiding me to return and refund policy cx service rep is been forcing me to get another wig, I have been talking for refund since last 10 days, worst cx service experience, it's a trap with no way out!

I bought a wig which was horrible it took 7 months to get I asked for a refund but they kept giving me excuses, finally received it and it was not at all what I chose, I wanted to return it and asked for a refund but instead they offered me another wig of my choosing and to keep the one I have I did with $15 shipping I received it and it was not Even close to what I chose. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Ordered a wig for my mother who is battling cancer. Figured they offer a 100% moneyback guarantee and they accept PayPal so double covered right? LOL wrong!. Ordered a pretty long auburn wig. Receive the wig in a timely manner, but it had 4 inches of black roots showing! Crazy right! When I try to send it back all they kept wanting me to do was send them more money to fix it replace it or have a different company make it. They would not give me a refund at all! Crazy how they can offer a moneyback guarantee but refused to give any money back. Honestly stay away from this company they will not work with you.

I ordered a "100% human hair" wig from WigSis for almost $200, and a couple months later, I received the cheapest-looking wig that exist. This wig could've easily been part of a skanky Halloween costume. The wig was NOT human hair, the wrong color, and not even close to the style I ordered. After many emails and corresponding with this company for weeks to get a refund and replacement, they've offered a 20% refund. They stated that they ordered the wig from a manufacturing company and they cannot afford to take a loss! So I am supposed to take an 80% loss while they only lose 20%? Worst customer service ever! All I asked them to do in the beginning was to pay the return-shipping and send me the correct wig. All of the "solutions" they offer involve me keeping the wig and them refunding a VERY small portion of my money. If they offered to refund me 90% and keep the wig, it wouldn't be worth it. I couldn't even sell this wig for $10 because it is so fake and ugly... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The wig I received was NOTHING like what was pictured, it looked more like a drugstore Halloween wig with orange nylon hair. I was shocked when I opened the box! No luck returning it either, after weeks of my emails being ignored I filed a claim with Paypal to get my $130 + shipping back and Paypal denied the claim saying that the product was delivered, in spite of my providing them with more than 100 better Business Bureau complaints about this company scamming people over and over again! Shame on Paypal for not supporting their customers. I no longer use Paypal!

Do not buy from this company or you will be ripped off. Gave WigSis my order on May 25,2920 at a cost of $277.00. They sent me 2 emails notifying me that the items were shipped. Have checked numerous times and was informed by the mail carrier that they have no record of the tracking number. I have also contacted the BBB and noticed many complaints against WigSis. This is a Chinese company and so far have asked them for a refund and they won't acknowledge my request. From now on I will make sure whenever I purchase something on the internet it will be made in the USA with their company here in America

I ordered a wig and before I ordered I inquired about their return/exchange policy. I was advised that their would be no problem, even their printed return policy indicates that return/exchanges are possible. I checked to be certain. I ordered a wig which took a month to get to me. The wig was horrible, too much hair, I ordered an above shoulder bob, but it was just too much hair. I requested an exchange (I was willing to try again). I was told by the CS Rep that the wig was deformed due to the extrusion process in transportation (which might account for too much hair), but it was still okay and I should take it to my stylist to get it cut and washed. I did not want to do this. This Rep also told me that the company had went out of their way to design a wig for me and could I please be more cooperative. WOW. I am the consumer and if a company goes out of their way... well that's the cost of doing business. After many emails back and forth. They offered me a $10.00 refund, and told me to keep the wig. I declined. I filed with the BBB, (I hope they assist me and will shut these people down). I sent the wig back (they would not give me the proper address for returns, so I sent it to the Fairbanks, AK address which is listed with the BBB. I will make it my mission to get my full refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
