Favourite Wig

This wig is very nice. Very natural looking and the color is super fun. I've worn this wig for a couple of years and still get a lot of compliments on it. Often from total strangers.

BUYER BEWARE

This company is NOT REPUTABLE. Their website details a return and refund policy that they do not honor. The human wig I received was not as pictured on their site. The hair was flat in color - with no dimension at all - like a doll's fake hair. The color (14H) I received was menopausal red, not at all as shown on website. The company does not honor their return and refund policy. After two weeks and 15 emails, they are offering me a 10% refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The quality is terrible and I keep going back and forth with them to get a refund, the response I get is "we can exchange for you" the English used is more like CHINLISH. What you order is not at all what comes in the box!

Received a defective wig after waiting about a month. Ended up disputing the charge through Visa after sending Wigsis pictures and trying for 2 weeks to get a return address from them (they said the return address on the package was not their return address.) Wigsis offered to refund 30% and discouraged me from returning the wig to them and still didn't give me an address I could send it to.
Should have read the online reviews of this company and not purchased from them!

Poor quality

I received my $198.00 and it did not have the wave shown in the description and it had a about 20 percent grey hair in it. But no worries I'm a hair dresser so I'll just color and style the wig. Well we tried that we could not color it. I could not figure out why it would not except color other than Wigsis coats the hair with something or it's not human hair. The wig can not be used and they refused to issue a refund. I should have read the reviews before hand. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order for a wig and they sent me the wrong one. I asked to return it but the lady told me it was "custom made" (then why didn't I get the one I ordered then?) it was terrible quality. I asked repeatedly for them to send me return instructions, they only offered me another crappy wig. If I paid an additional $40 I told them no, please refund me and the company only offered me $15 refund. Now I'm stuck with a terribly ugly wig I will never wear and paid over $100 for it. It's the most I've ever spent on a wig and now I will never buy one without reading the reviews first. Really irritated by this.

Didn't get order

I have sent countless emails looking for my order that was sent so they say 6weeks ago. Total scam stay away. Waste of money. I am reporting them to my credit card company which in turn wont allow anyone with a discover card to order with out a advisor. Stay away

I paid 164.00 for a wig that was nothing like what I ordered! The color was wrong, the length was wrong, the underside wrong, bare spots and the hair is falling out! I have never even had it on my head. I piece of garbage! I am trying to get a refund but it's very difficult as they keep giving me the runaround. Stay away from this place!

This company should be out of business. They send wrong wigs, treacherous, ugly looking and they force you to keep it or they keep pushing you to buy a different one for a half of price and keep the bad one on top. Better Business Biuro should close this outfit. PayPal is not helping either, they support the bad service, instead stand behind good customers. DON'T BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT! You can see first photo what was ordered and the couple next what I got in the mail.

Not Wendy's Wigs.

I waited for a couple months to receive a wig that was totally not what I had expected to have purchased. I ordered a Blonde Capless Wavy 16" Wendy Williams Wig. I received a wig that was hard to comb with bushy hair that looked nothing like the one I thought I was purchasing. I wrote to the company to get return information and was told that I needed to send them a picture of the wig for their record. I will send them back the wig, why do they need a picture of the wig before they send me the return information. I guess I have just thrown away $200 dollars plus. I needed the wig because I am losing my hair do to Cancer Chemotherapy treatments.

First, I would like to give ZERO stars, After about a six week wait, my wife's "custom made" wig finally arrived. She ordered a Modern Auburn Curly Chin Length Classic Wigs (SKU: HW*******) in color 29. Wig looks nothing like the picture and could never be styled to look like the advertisement, there is just not enough "hair". Color was more like 130 or 131 (Red). Olivia was no help and kept asking me to have her "try it on again", this after I had told her it was never tried on. There return policy states no returns after it has been worn. So after a couple of weeks trying to get Olivia to allow us to return it (for a full refund) she refused to even entertain a refund and offered 20% off another wig! No one in there right mind would order ANOTHER wig from this company. Read every review you can find (you will notice all the good ones seem fake) and stay away from them. It's in the landfill now.

Ordered a wig, did not fit, did not like the wig at all no big deal, usually you can just send a message to a company to say " hey I'm not satisfied i want to return the item and have a refund " then you get the return info and you send it back and get your money back. NOT WITH WIGSIS! IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS OF BACK AND FORTH OF SENDING PICS AND HAVING THEM TELL ME I SHOULD KEEP THE WIG AND TRY TO SELL IT AND IF I DON'T WANT TO DO THAT THEN TO JUST SEND IT BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE?! THEY LITERALLY WANT TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIS IS CRAZY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T FALL FOR IT!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company pretends to be based in Canada but in fact, it operates out of China. I ordered a wig over a month ago and I have still received nothing. When you email them, they pick an answer from a selection of prepared responses and hope that you will go away.

I have now asked for a refund... I'm not holding my breath.

IF I COULD RANK IT ZERO STARS, I WOULD, AS WIGSIS DOES NOT EVEN MERIT ONE STAR! I paid good money for what was advertised as a "100% Remy Human Hair Wig". I wanted to modify the color a bit and my colorist applied the color solution, and after the instructed length of time for the solution to work, the hair was washed to remove the solution. The solution completely washed out leaving the EXACT ORIGINAL COLOR. She tried to curl the hair to style it, and that was not possible either. My colorist determined that the wig was in fact NOT HUMAN HAIR, BUT A CHEAP SYNTHETIC WIG that cannot be curled/styled or colored. WIGSIS never admitted to the deception, but advised they would give me a very small refund. I corresponded back and forth with them for weeks to try to get a fair solution. This went no where. They said that I could return the item, but that it WOULD PROBABLY GET LOST IN THE MAIL. I eventually had to file a claim through PayPal. I was able to get about half of my money back. The piece of garbage wig I have is TOTALLY WORTHLESS AND UNWEARABLE. Because there is no way to style it, it is essentially the shapeless wig as it came out of the box. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I HOPE THAT BY WRITING THIS REVIEW, POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS WILL RETHINK USING THIS COMPANY AND WILL SEND A MESSAGE TO WIGSIS THAT THEY CANNOT CONTINUE TO CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS IN SUCH AN UNETHICAL WAY!

First, the wig took forever to arrive. Upon receipt of the wig I could not believe what a piece of garbage it turned out to be. It looked nothing like the picture and the material, which was supposed to be "natural" felt and looked like some sort of burlap junk. The color was nothing like the picture and looked like some comedy clown wig. I was never given a refund and was told that if I paid more $$$ they would give me another one. Totally refused to refund the pricey garbage. Telling me to pay extra for another wig that's better. Very doubtful, like I'm going to pay these scammers more money. Don't order from them or any overseas company like that. I will look for a reputable made in usa company that I can at least talk to and get decent customer service.

I used this company for many years. My last wig was a disaster. They sent me babydoll fair. Once I contacted them they refuse to return my 187.00 or send me another wig for a 67.00 fee. Terrible company in how I was treated

I ordered a wig for a dying love one. The wigs quality was simply ok. I love the style. The color was drastically different from the color chart! I simply wanted to exchange the wig and have sent 4 emails almost pleading for an exchange. Olivia, the signature of the email person says she's sure the wig looks nice and i should keep it. She also said it will cost up to $50 just to mail another wig. Finally, I was told to buy another at a very small discount! Wow! All this hassle to get an even exchange. Save your money. This very unprofessional site is trash.

This company is scam

This company is based in China, the only way to get your Money Back is by Calling your CREDIT CARD and have them cancle the payment.
Please before you buy something online look if they have in contact, address that is NOT registersted in CHINA.

I ordered a 100% human hair wig. It was advertised that, as it was human hair, I could safely use a curling iron. When I did use the curling iron on it, it immediately went frizzy. I knew then that it was synthetic.
When I contacted the company to ask how to return it, they said I could not because I had "tampered" with it by using the curling iron!
They refused to refund. They would not even provide a return address. I wasn't able to talk to a representative personally, They would not provide a phone number.
After months of fighting with the company I ended up getting my refund through PayPal.
This company is actually located in China and is a total sham.
BEWARE.

I bought two wigs and they sent a completely different wig. Not as advertised. Not human hair and no baby hair in front. We went back and forth through PayPal. The vendor said they would only pay 20 usd out of 58usd. I declined their offer. The hair company later can be back with two embark counter offer.

1 pay me 18 dollars to keep bad hair

2 or I return the two hair with my money for postage.
We are still on in. It a bit so much about the money but the fact that this Chinese's companies are rogues and PayPal Is encouraging such dubious transactions.

See below pics of hair sent. Shedding was same day it was received. Not human. And no baby hair in front as you can see patches in brand new hair
