Wigsis is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The wig I purchased was over $100.00, it took 5weeks to get the wig, it wasn't the wig I order it had a smell and matted it looked like a used wig. I followed their instructions for returning email before sending, I've emailed several times and the response has been they want to help PLEASE know they WILL NOT and you will not get a refund.

Horrible wig looks blue, they will not give me a return address and will not refund my money. This wig looks nothing like the one in the picture. Very unhappy customer
The worst company I have ever dealt with I ordered a wig and the first day I received it it was not at all the color or the style they made it look like in their picture. I tried to return it at once and they faught me and are still fighting me trying to get me to exchang it. I am going to my credit card company today I am not dealing with this company ever again and I would suggest that nobody purchase a wig from this company you will not get a refund. The wig had absolutely no dark roots and looked completely fake and phony it was really poor quality.
I ordered a wig. A month passed/no reply via e-mail that order had been processed. I e-mailed them/ no reply. Finally I contacted Paypal through which I paid for the order. They had no records. I requested my bank to stop payment; then I get communication. From Wigsis. They sent some wig which I didn't order asking me to accept this at a discount or sell it to someone. I asked for a return address to send it back/no reply. Finally today(10/26), I get communication from my bank that they received confirmation that an order was sent and that the stop payment would be rescinded. Mind you, my order was placed with Wigsis on 08/23. I really am skeptical of Paypal too. I will never use either again.
Ordered wigs and products in September, kept getting email run around about when it was going to be delivered. They are saying I can't cancel the order now and they won't give me a refund even though I have never received any product. Called the bank today to file a fraud complaint as I have received no products and they refuse to refund my money.
My order for two wigs was a nightmare from the start. 3 months after the initial order was placed, I still did not have the wigs. At that point, I realized that they were probably coming in from China and tried to cancel the order. Three days later they were delivered. One was just too small, the other was totally sewn incorrectly. It seem to be sewn upside down. I immediately informed them I would be returning the wigs and wanted a refund. I attempted this at least 8 / 9 times. Each time was met with a plea to keep them and offered a discount. Since they would not send me a return address, I sent both wigs to the return address on the original package. End result... they said they never received the return package even though I had the signature receipt from USPS. Even though PayPal is aware of this "distribution location" scam. They sided with these crooks! I'll never order a wig on line or use PayPal again!
I ordered a pixie wig, waited 4 weeks only to get a wig that was not styled and shoulder length. Asked for return and refund as website says you can do. They sent me emails 4 days in row of alternatives. Buy another wig, take it to a stylist and have them cut it, then 50% off o new one,... I got real mad and demanded my money back. I told them I would contact my credit card and write this crap review. I doubt they care and I will never see my money again!
I ordered a monofilament human hair wig and when it came it was a capless terrible looking wiggy looking wig. I have tried to reach them for the address to send it back because it is unacceptable. They will not get me the address all I keep getting is one email a day and it sounds like it's from a robot telling me I'm sorry that you were just satisfied with nothing more to it. I truly don't know what to do because I need to wear my wig and I don't have the money to go out and just buy one anytime I want to. I am so disappointed. As you can see from the photo it is not a monofilament wig that looks like it should this is unbelievable.
Don't order from this company. They're strictly a scam they won't give a return address if you want to return an item. My next step is the better business bureau
I paid over 400.00 for a wig I might have paid 20.00 for in a costume shop. Was refused a refund and was asked to buy another wig at a discounted price. PayPal did offer me a refund after review, but it took a long time to fight
I have gone back and forth via 10 emails with "Daisy" at WigSis trying to return my brand new wig. The return/refund policy on their website is very clear yet when you try to return it you are unable. SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSIS!
Wig received was nothing like the photo, also poor construction with visible bald spot in the front. Then they browbeat you over a series of emails if you try to return it. I had to escalate to a PayPal dispute, and then when they finally provided a return address I discovered that return postage was exorbitant.

I purchased a wig in August 2020 and cancelled the order later the same day. In compliance with their return policy, I should have received an immediate refund but did not. After a few e-mails with them, it became clear they never had any intention of cancelling the order and a month or so later, I received the wig. The wig is very low quality and looks fake, perhaps suitable for a costume or a children's play or something like that. Since I purchased through PayPal, I request their assistance for dispute resolution, but they appear powerless and keep shifting the estimated end date for resolution. It has been about 2 months for something that should have been refunded within 48 hours.

They say you can return if not satisfied, however they'll go back and forth with emails but will not give u information on how to return for a refund. Not happy with this company, or the wig. Its toobig, the color is horrible and you can clearly see that its a fake. Who whats others to know you have a wig on! Definitely not me.
I'd think twice before ordering! Cause you won't get a refund and why would u want to exchange and gave to take a chance of the second not working out. If the first doesn't work, odds are the second won't

I ordered a wig on this site in haste because my hair was falling out so much. I noticed after paying the cap size? Did not know there were more than one and emailed the company within minutes to tell them. I emailed them 3xs different emails. No response. I left my phone number and still no reply. I then noticed upon searching google the amount of complaints against this company. I contacted PayPal explained the problem and asked to open a case and I wanted a refund. I can Not trust a company who doesn't reply back to their clients. Next day I receive an email from PayPal, they tell me the seller will be contacting me and they do asking me to please close the case and they'll make the cap any size i want. I told them I would like to cancel my order and do not trust a company who fails to answer my emails but not PayPals. Long story short, PayPal is affiliated with this company gave me the the biggest runaround about dispute/case never followed up with me and after 2 mths denied my case. Seller says they shipped item but didn't. They shipped a brush some caps and tape that cost me $128! Buyer's please Beware! This company is corrupt preys on women experiencing illnesses and diseases and further robs them of their money! Money some like myself do not have! Please there are wonderful seller's & legit companies here in the US! Stay away from corrupt heartless companies who Cheat customers! That Present cost me $128! Not worth $8! I hope your business is Shut Down!
I ordered a wig paid $180 it took 1 months to get her. I took it out of box and it was horrible not the right color there was something wrong with the bangs they wouldn't lay down. It was supposed to b human hair but it's not. They won't give me a refund. DONT buy a wig from wigsis. They are from China had u known that I would not have ordered it. Horrible
If I could give negative stars I would for this company. First of all the wigs took close to 8 weeks to arrive. While I was waiting I read all of the other reviews and decided to cancel my order because of the horror stories. I tried to cancel through their website and was unable to get a response so I went through my credit card company and canceled the order and got my money back. Then all of the sudden the wigs showed up. Out of curiousness I opened the package to see what they looked like. The first wig was nothing like what I had ordered and the 2nd was the same, but I was falling apart as I took it out of the bag. The colors were supposed to be the same and my colorblind friend could tell they were different... to top it off the wigs smelled horrible, every time I tried to look at them I had to throw up from the horrible smell. The moment they were delivered their customer service department started harassing me to pay for the wigs. I told them I didn't want the wigs and to send me a call tag for their return. They told me to send them back USPS and that it only cost $20 to send back. First off... their $20 was a lot closer to $40 and Second off... why should I have to pay money for return of something that I didn't order and couldn't even wear? We have gone back and forth for several weeks now with them telling me I can keep them for $70 then $50 then $30. They told me I could pay the $30 and donate them. I would never donate something that looked so horrible and smelled so horrible to my worst enemy, and AGAIN I am not paying for their mistake. They wanted to know why I got a credit and I am keeping the wigs. I am not "keeping" the wigs, I am waiting for their return postage, I would LOVE to get these stinky things out of my possession.
I feel like they have a game down and like to play it with everyone they can just to see how many people will fall for it.
I bought a wig and it was not what I ordered but still nice. I bought a second and it was so different to what I ordered - completely different colour and style, and ridiculous style. I complained and they wouldn't replace or give refund and instead offered another wig at half price. Because the first wig was OK I accepted. The third wig was again not quite right but still nice but had a huge issue that it was missing the essential pieces that hold the wig in place. I asked the m to send me the combs and offered to sew on myself but they refused. Took months each time to get a response and eventually they offered me a small amount of money and I accepted. They then failed to return the agreed amount and Paypay intervened and recovered the amount but in US dollars rather than AU, which I had been clear was the agreement. I am stuck with two wigs I am unable to use.
I wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering a ladies hair piece from Wigsis.com... I paid them $145.00 plus shipping. I received their item after a couple of months... the problem was that they sent me a toupee (the type that you glue on to your scalp). Unfortunately I don't have any bare scalp so it is totally unusable for me. After many emails where they claimed that they needed to do follow up, then pleaded costs, then their backlog was delaying any replacement, they then stated that they would replace the toupee with correct item if I returned the toupee and paid an additional $15.00 for shipping. At this point I flipped my lid, why should I pay extra for their error? I told them I would share this experience with anybody and everybody that would listen. If there are other places that I can share my experience let me know.

Answer: Wigs from Wigsis.com are garbage. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT place an order with them. After 3 weeks of waiting you will get a box with a Halloween style wig. All the positive reviews are fake.
Answer: Yes, contact PayPal. I did just that - took a screen shot of what I had ordered, also a copy of my order, and a photo of what I actually received. PayPal got the return address for me and refunded my payment in full.

Answer: Good luck! I am on about email45 with their email robots. You will not see a refund. My wig looked nothing like the picture, did not fit and is not made of human hair like I ordered! Call your bank and dispute the charges. It is the only way we can shut them down! I also filed a complaint with a worldwide org. That polices internet fraud.

Answer: Because the product is garbage and they have no customer service and they do accept returns once you pull the address out of them. But it cost $65 to send back cause they want tracking on it. Be for warned
