Please don't not buy from this company the quality of the wigs is awful and so is the customer service, they look nothing like the website photos and make it very difficult to send back and get a refund, I'm still trying to get my money back. I brought this for my sister who is undergoing chemo and this has caused more stress which we did not need, I spent £177 on a wig to try ease the pain for my sister and this company have just added to the stress.

I ordered 2 wigs 12/18/20 thinking I would have them by New Years which did not happen. I sent email and was asked to allow more time since it was the holiday. I received email my package had shipped on 1/13/21. As of 1/25 I still do not have my wigs. I wished I would have read the reviews before ordering. I'm scared of what I may be getting IF I ever get it. I usually use Wigs.com and have never had this type of problem. Guess this is what I get for trying to take the cheap road. So disappointed!

I received a wig nothing like the one I ordered. It was longer and totally different style. And it was synthetic, not the human hair that I ordered. I emailed twice and after the second email was told they already replied and that I probably didn't read it. I rechecked and no other reply. I was told it was the wig I ordered and they went to a lot of trouble making it for me. That's nice but if it isn't my style, it is useless to me! All they had to do was look at the picture in my order to see it was not even close! They did offer options, but would still be out even more money! I wasted over $200 on this useless wig. BEWARE!

My company ordered a wig back in October to give away at our breast cancer event to a cancer patient. We are a professional Med Spa and wanted to give back to people who visit us for a tribute event. My first complaint is that the wig did not get here in time. We ordered it weeks before the event and it came weeks after. Once we received the wig I'm glad we did not give it away. It looks like something you would buy at party city for $10 not for $160! When we got into contact with the company they wouldn't respond to our messages until 1 or 2 in the morning. They told us they can do one of the following...
1. Enjoy 10% discount for next purchase
2. Get partial refund without return.
3. Return the items for exchange.
4. Make a new wig at discount price, and keep the original wig.
I told the company we are not interested in having anymore business with them and we will gladly send the wig back for a full refund. They then asked us to consider the exchange offer again. They then said they will not accept a return they can offer us a $20 refund and we can keep the wig. This wig isn't even worth $20 but we spent $160. We went back and forth and they could only offer us a $20 refund so at that point we told they we would dispute the charge and throw the wig away. They then very quickly offered a $45 refund or if we sent the wig back a "full refund." They told us the only option was to send the wig back with USPS otherwise they will not receive it. I asked them to reimbursed for shipping cost as it will cost us over $40 to ship it back to china and they said they will not refund us shipping cost. So long story short we will dispute the charge. Do not purchase from this company they make cheap, horrible quality wigs and sell them for ridiculous amounts of money and then will not send you a refund. BEWARE.

This store is a complete rip off. Better read all fine print because even though they say satisfaction guaranteed. They will only refund you 1/2 or 1/3 of what you paid for it. Even when you ask them 3 times not to ship it they still will send it so you have to pay return shipping. I have never encountered a worse company in my life. The wig was not real hair and looked nothing like the pictures totally tacky. Every rating should be -10 they do not listen and are determined that you keep their tacky wigs.

I ordered a real hair wig they sent a fake hair wig that is heavy and looks awful wont send address so I can send it back.
The wig they sent to me was not anything like the wig I ordered they tell you that they don't have wig's in stock that they make hem when your order get to factory well if this was true I would have got the wig I ordered.
They are crocked don't order anything from them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company or buy a wig from them! This is a complete scam and fraud! The wig looks NOTHING like the picture posted. It's been a complete nightmare. I paid $273.00 for a wig and after receiving it, I immediately contacted customer service and told them I wanted my money back because the wig looks TERRIBLE and NOTHING like pictures! They said they could only refund me $30.00 when I paid $273.00?!?! This is completely WRONG! THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Remy Human Hair wig in a mixed blonde color that was suppose to have darker roots. What I received was a cheap looking pale blonde synthetic wig that looked nothing like the one I ordered. I would never wear a piece of c!@#p like this. I've had dolls with more natural hair then this stupid looking thing.
I e-mailed Wigsis and told them I was very dissatisfied with the wig. I told them it was synthetic, NOT real human hair, and that if the strands were thicker it could be fishing line! I requested a return authorization and a refund. I received an email back from Mildred telling me she was sure the wig would look very nice on me. I should keep it. How does she know what would look nice on me. Besides, it's NOT HUMAN HAIR! I am currently on my fifth email and it looks like there is no resolve in sight. She actually wants me to purchase another wig at half price and keep the one I received as an alternate. What?! Why would I waste more of my hard earned money on another cheap synthetic piece of s%&! T. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before throwing away $200. Take my word for it; if you buy a wig from this company you will be extremely disappointed.

This company is a fraud, DO NOT BUY from them, I cancelled within 30 minutes after the purchase by sending them a cancellation email, they replied the following day why do I want to cancel, and I said I changed my mind as as per their own 24 cancellation policy underlined on the website, they have to refund. Long story short they never refund, they kept saying the order is good to go and I will enjoy etc etc. Had to go through the bank disputes department to get my money back.

I ordered a human hair wig from this company a few weeks ago and paid with Paypal. About five hours later, after seeing many negative reviews online, I decided to cancel my order. Their policy on their website states that if you cancel order within 24 hours you get a full refund. Within three hours, I get a response mocking me. Telling me not to cancel my order because the wig will look good on me. I email back asking for a full refund (still within the 2 hour period) and receive another mocking email. To date, I have received no refund and no wig. It hurts because I lost 300$ to this bull$#*! company...

One star because I had to select in order to enter a review: If there was a negative zero star that would be my rating. Ordered wig in September 2020. Date of delivery stated 4 to 6 weeks. Wig arrived November 24,2020. I ordered the Remy wavy Brown. The wig I received is a Blinding Platinum Blonde! The quality is what you would find in a cheap costume party rental service. Everything about this company is deplorable. The statement about the "Remy Human Hair" being so close to real human hair is a JOKE. The hair of horse mane feels and looks more like human hair than this wig!

The wig took a month to get to me. They took the money out of my account immediately! They have ignored my inquiries about a refund and the reviews from women having chemo and radiation are horrendous. They've scammed these women and some spent even more money than I did. This is not just shameful it's criminal. If you received your wig through the USPS it's called mail fraud and you can submit a complaint to them. Which I will be doing if they don't refund my money. The wig is like a bad doll's wig. I've never seen anything as bad. It's like a fright wig you would buy for Halloween. I paid $135.00 for this and I'm a senior. Don't buy from wigsis.com or the other name they go by is Wig Sale Inc. Let's put them out of business. I wouldn't give them even one star but as usual, l they won't allow a review without at least one star.

I ordered a shoulder length bob it took 1 month to get it Irma when it arrived it was about 6 in shorter in the picture, it was the wrong color, there was hair missing around the temple area of the wig, there were white shorts Reds all over throughout the wig that were sticking out. It was unwearable. After several e-mails back and forth with these people offering me another wig for half the price and telling me they were handmade specifically and all this bull, I finally contacted my credit card company and they are dealing with them at this point. I faxed over to my credit card company all the emails from these people and hopefully I will get some sort of a refund. Do not purchase from this company they are a scam! Run run run do not under any circumstances order from these people.

I waited a month to receive my wig. This is the first and last time I will every buy anything from this website. The picture posted was amazing. When I finally received the wig, the front of the wig was very thin and you can see the seams! I have been back and forth for a whole week asking (Olivia) to please instruct me on how to return the wig and get my money back. First its, get a stylist, then order another one at 50% off, second we will send you one for free from their stock and just pay $15 shipping! I am so done with this company. They are not honoring their return nor refund policy. What a big SCAM - Do Not buy from these people! I just invested $166 in a wig that will probably be donated. Totally disappointed!
