I ordered a wig about 4 months ago. It is terrible quality and unwearable. I went to return it immediately and did what they required. They have refused to refund the purchase per their own return policy and have tried to make a deal. We have been back and forth now for months and they have finally offered me 30% of the purchase price. So they are not honoring their own return policy and have really pissed me off. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THE PRODUCT IS CHEAP AND UNWEARABLE! I'm a cancer survivor and I really do not appreciate being taken advantage of in this manner. SHAME ON THEM!

This web store is one of the most unethical businesses I have ever had the disgrace of ordering from.
First of all, they use false advertising and their customer satisfaction is a joke. The images of the wigs they advertised on their website are images of people's natural hair that they grab from the internet. I researched the image and found it on a different article showing a before and after look on a makeup tutorial. They use these images to make their wigs look natural and give you false expectations. They claim to sell 100% human Remy hair but their pieces are as synthetic as they come. Not only do you end up overpaying a huge price margin for synthetic wigs trying to pass off as the real deal but they don't even make an effort to make your wig the color and style you selected. They will send you different colors and/or styles and pressure you to keep them because "they are custom made and it costs them too much to make them" Lies! If the wigs were in fact custom made then they would look the same as you requested! I had to go back and forth for days asking to please allow me to return the wig for a full refund and they just kept ignoring my request and my complaint continued insisting on making me keep a wig I would not wear. They offered I keep the wig and get a $15 refund on a wig that cost me $251 dollars! Went as far as suggesting I keep it and sell it myself! Unbelievable! I had to take matters into my own hands because these people are extremely persistent and are trained to not allow you to return your wig under any circumstance and offer you solutions that only benefit their company. Thank God I used Paypal (I recommend you use Paypal on online stores you don't trust) I filed a claim with Paypal and they were able to give me a full refund. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this website.

We ordered a 14 inch length woman's wig and got a precut mans toupe of ridiculous poor quality. $307.00. They promised to return my money if I returned their Ronald McDonald wig. Then they lied nd said they didn't receive it. Then they found it, but wanted to send a new wig. They ship through New York, and I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and they have agreed to pursue them. This is a scam, I am out a total of $347.00. Run away from this company. They are scam artist.

I have been fighting with wigsys for three months over the quality of this wig and the looks also. Supposed to be human hair but was very coarse. I finally had American Express kick back the cost to them and I paid the shipping to return the wig. Their last offer to me was to refund me 80$ of a 117$ wig and I could keep the wig. I told them no thanks I would not wear the ugly thing.

The wigs this company are absolutely terrible. I bought two "human hair" and they were nylon junk without the lace cap etc, $360. I complained, sent photos, and they said they would give me a 10% refund, or have a really good wig made if I sent an extra $20 for shipping. I spent $50 to ship the two back to China, and months later I receive the good one, which is absolutely terrible as well. Trash bin material. Lesson learned. Do not buy!

It looks nothing like what I ordered! Oddly, they have since taken it off of their site. I ordered a layered sandy blonde wig with highlights and low lights. What I received was a very blonde, very puffy wig with a straight part right down the middle. I'm not even sure they sent the wig I bought it looks so different. Before I made the purchase I sent a message asking about returns and was told that absolutely, I could return if necessary. Now, after a week of pleading, they offered me 20% back. They are stalling till the 2 week "return" time frame is up.

Ordered 100% human hair wig. Not only did I wait more than 4 months for product, but what I received was nothing like I ordered.
Wrong product, wrong colour, hair the equivalent of straw. Does not curl, does not dye.

The wig I ordered was nothing like what I ordered. It was awful, so bad I can't wear it. I emailed the company many times. They want me to send the wig back and they will remake it but I have to send half the price of the first one. They have offered to give me $50.00 if I return the wig but it costs $54.00 to mail it back to China. Please don't get ripped off by this company.

I suspect the 5star reviews were written by these scammers as all the 1 star say pretty much the same thing. Doesnt matter to them what the TOS are as the company is based out of the country.

I paid thru PayPal and will get my money back thru them as 20% refund and keeping the wig is not an option for me. Its POS COSPLAY wig worth about $20 maybe.

This is a real nightmare. I ordered a wig paid $170 because it said if I didn't like it. I could return it for a full refund within 30 days. It took many weeks to get it supposedly because they hand make them. So it finally comes in it is to small, and you can tell it's not real hair. So I send them several emails and they email back with ridiculous offers. Basically refusing to give me a refund I've started a complaint with the BBB. I'm really mad and can't believe I fell for their lies. So DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From THIS Co. BUYERS BEWARE! CHINA CRAP AGAIN I'm pissed.

The wig I bought from here transformed my look. It just like a magic spell. Any new person with no prior knowledge never seem to figure out I am wearing a wig. This very fact gives me so satisfaction. I love the wig.

They are broad wigs. They wigs have its own trademark looks. I have had a great experience with them. I am going to refer to as many people as I can.

This is the best hair wig online centre ever seen by me. The customer service is the best wig setter ever seen, gives proper attention to each and every client. The process of placing an order is very simple. Everything about them is just fantastic. I can browse hair wigs, select one and order the same at one go. Awesome.

I ordered the very short Jamie Lee Curtis wig. Nothing like picture. TOO MUCH HAIR to even style like picture.

Specially the customer service was so nice and frank. The service provided was also up to the mark. They. Showed me many hair wigs to chosse from. Overall experience was great would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

They are stealing money from people that really need a wig, I ordered a Human Hair Bob wig and they sent a synthetic Bob Wig.The return policy is a scam, They will not give you a refund. But I didn't. Thus far, $165 down the drain! I ordered the wig from their website and got the wig in the photo on the stand. The stand I ordered and got. The brush too. The caps, too! The wig? NOPE! And so I contacted them, with the same photos I have here and got an email back saying I needed to send them photos. Really? I did that already so I'm doing it all over again. The reason I ordered the wig is that I lost my hair and wanted something similar to what I had naturally. Well, that hasn't happened!

The site has nice pictures of legitimate wigs and advertises that they are human hair. Once I give them more than $200, there was no email acknowledgement of the order and for 4 weeks there was no communication at all. That was when I started to get worried. I found my paypal receipt and sent THEM an email asking for a receipt and the status of my order. They responded in stilted english and with a name different from 'Wigsis'. A few days later the package arrived. The wig was not the color, style, or length I had ordered, and it was did not look like human hair. The wig had no resemblance to the style I had chosen from their site. I began trying to arrange a return and refund and I got Paypal involved. I didn't know that Paypal is not what they used to be. They ended up being completely unhelpful. Wigsis just kept trying to negotiate a substitute wig or a partial ($20.00) refund. Long and short, I have this monstrosity that is not really a wig and I got zip for refund or compensation.

The wig that arrived took a long time and was not even close to the color or style ordered. No satisfaction guarantee as stated on website. Offered 40% credit. Too expensive to return to China. Avoid this company and find one in your own country.
