Don't buy from wayfair I paid 3 grands for my orders and they took money from my credit card but they couldn't find my order number or even my name! Such a scam! Never trust to give them ur card!

Ordered a bean bag chair and Fedex and wayfair kept telling me 2 different things about the shipping problems cuz wayfair put the wrong address in even tho i had it right in their website. Even Fedex told me that they have 5 more shipment from wayfair they're having trouble with. I got really sick of waiting so i asked for a refund and wayfair customer service told me i have to pay extra to send it back so i got even more pissed and had to get aggressive and that is only when they took me seriously and said they won't charge me for the first time... YOU HAVE TO GET AGGRESSIVE FOR THEM TO TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY. Said they can only refund me when they get the bean bag back which i guess i dont mind waiting for. Few weeks after i asked for a refund, fedex kept calling me saying that the shipper wayfair demands it to be sent to the buyer, me... In conclusion Wayfair won't take you seriously. So i suggest looking for anything you want somewhere else. TRUST.
We had ordered from Wayfair on 2 occasions recently, not a bad experience however they had reduced the price of both items we ordered twice in a matter of a week. One of the items were on back order when we placed the order with an in stock date. During that back order time they raised the price by $100.00, the item came into stock before the in stock date so we ordered it and asked for the original pricing, they refused. We ordered it anyway because we had matching pieces prior. Our dresser came damaged (chipped) and the draw wasn't secured inside the dresser which means I would have to take off the backing to secure the draw. The night table had a obvious scratch on the top ( white in colour), the scratch could never have happened during shipping, it was too well packed for that to happen. It was packaged that way before packaging. The chip... they painted it in white to make it blend in, it should have been raw wood beneath the chip. To say the least, it was a mess. Constant pricing changes, where most legitimate companies would encourage you to note the change in price and they will give you the difference. We're not cheap people, just had a terrible experience with Wayfair. We do find them expensive for what you are getting, we are limited to we're we can go with this pandemic or we would have gone elsewhere in the first place. Let me just say that the customer service was great each and every time we spoke with them, wait times were great and efficiency was was also great. Managers decisions poor.
I'm disabled and paid extra for wayfair to have my sofa bed delivered to my apartment unfortunately it didn't fit at the door so it was returned. I found another sofa bed at Wayfair website which will fit perfectly this time and offered to pay extra to have the bed delivered to my apartment however, when l called customer service, l was told l have to cancel the sofa bed l have chosen so that the sales department can look for another bed for me which will meet their delivery requirements. Why can't l choose what l want since I'm paying- it's not free! The excuse is that UPS will not deliver to my apartment door and only freight delivery ( which I'm not eligible for due to the size of my sofa bed) can bring my sofa bed to my door. Both the customer service rep and her supervisor kept repeating the above policy over and over again without offering any concrete solution. The supervisor was unprofessional and rude. I'm not sure an abled person can carry a sofa bed up an elevator by themselves let alone a disabled person like myself. I was really disappointed that no provision whatsoever can be made even when l was ready to pay extra to have the sofa bed delivered to my apartment.
I am really disappointed that a big company like wayfair that advertises free delivery have nothing to offer customers and disabled people for that matter! My advise is not to bother buying from wayfair due to their poor customer service, delivery and unfriendly policies.
I ordered on line from Wayfair, a recliner chair and a high back sofa. Received confirmation of order with tracking # etc. Got an email products delayed. Ok it happens new expected date to Calgary AB warehouse. 2nd email, Due to popularity delayed and new arrival date give. NOT impressed. Finally got recliner and sofa. Well made furniture. Had ordered a cloth recliner as we have cats, received a Leather chair. 2 round legs and 2 square legs. WHAT! Then the delivery people unwrapped the sofa. Holly S**t. Wrong colour, wrong style, wrong size. Oh and they couldn't take it back because they had no return paper work. I called and got a person in customer service at Wayfair. Very sorry, keep chair will credit account and will give you additional $350 for inconvenience. Because of this 350.00 I re-ordered a sofa. I know, I know, how dumb could I get. 1st customer service rep Miss C. Could not apply the $350.00 as they had already refunded me full amount for chair. NOT only that the $350.00 for INCONVENIENCE was taken off of full refund price for chair I gave to old folks home. CAN YOU SAY RIP OFF. Now my second order, you guessed it. DELAYED. TWICE again. Still waiting. Good luck to anyone who does order. Seriously think about 2-3 or even 4 times and then don't do it
My order was cancelled without my knowledge and without any consultation or cancellation email. When we called back to rectify this error one of the items was then out of stock (it was not out of stock according to the website when it was originally ordered) and the replacement item offered not only cost more but it was also not an equal value to the item that I lost the opportunity to purchase. We were promised, at least, that the replacement would be offered at the same price as the item that was cancelled, but this was not indicated on the email receipt I received. I called customer support and I was told there was nothing they could do to lower the price. This was my first time ordering from Wayfair and this couldn't have been a more disappointing or frustrating experience. Nothing was done by any of the staff to correct the mistake that THEY made and in the end we're now paying more money for an inferior product. I will definitely never shop with Wayfair again and I will counsel everyone I know and everyone they know to follow suit.
I ordered for the first time from wayfair a 70 in. TV stand with a fire place, love it delivered on time and good quality I would buy from there again and recomend it...
Ordered 2 chairs. Simple purchase. Major PITA getting them. This would have been flawless on Amazon but I was saving "very" few dollars and thought I'd give Wayfair a chance. Never again!
They will no give you the current sale price on an item you ordered and has yet to be delivered. Absolute robbery!

By far, the WORST experience of buying online. By no means does this review apply to Suzanne (customer service rep), she did what she could to try to help me. She's just bound by the WORST, STUPIDEST company policy that I've ever seen that they WILL NOT MATCH THEIR OWN SALE'S PRICE. We bought a shower stall for our bathroom on March 23rd, 2021. The advertised price that day was $1939. 99 + tax. On March 25th, 2021, the advertised price went down to $1599. 99. That is a difference of $340.00. I called Wayfair to inquire if something could be done to match the lower advertised price and was told nothing could be done. I can't even cancel the order because apparently it's already been shipped. I then considered ordering another one at $1599. 99 but was told that if I am to return this item there would be a shipping cost of $510,00. Then spoke with Dominique (also tried to help but couldn't) then transferred to Bryce who was able to issue a $97.00 dollar credit on A $340.00 price difference. I'm not buying a $50.00 item here that I ordered weeks ago, we're talking about a $2000. 00 item ordered 2 days ago. This was my FIRST time and my LAST time that I buy from that thief of a company! And, I will be very loud and upfront with all my friends and contact, and posting reviews wherever I can so people know NOT to buy from Wayfair. My mistake was to NOT read the reviews online about Wayfair before buying. They have the POOREST, MOST MEDIOCRE reviews that I have ever seen. Good luck to whoever wants to deal with them.
They never send you your package so they have your money hostage for months! Don't buy from them! They are rude and unprofessional!
They take way to long to deliver. Ordered a chair from Wayfair Canada and it had to make 5 pit stops before it even left California.

I have ordered tens of thousands of dollars worth of items from WayFair in the last year as I'm furnishing my newly built house; I've never waited months or received broken products as others have, I got the odd item that wasn't exactly as described, but I returned it without issue, customer service was always top notch, they diligently and quickly answered any questions I had about products as well.
But sometime in the last week WayFair decided to change what they consider 'rural' shipping, I'm 20 minutes from a city, they have to drive right through my town to deliver to that city, yet I am now considered rural and get a $25 shipping fee PER ITEM added onto my total, something as small as a spatula or as big as bar stools now costs $25 more, EACH. The shuffleboard table I was going to buy now costs $500 more to ship to my house when it was free shipping a week ago.
It no longer makes sense for me to shop on their website, if you're not in their 'rural' zoning and can sort through the stupidly priced items, WayFair may be for you, but this is the end of a good thing for myself.
Waited for 6 weeks for a bedroom set. After 6 weeks, I was told that the set arrived at the delivery centre but is missing some pieces that are lost.
