If you compare US pricing to the same product in Canadian pricing the price doubles, triples, quadruples… the exchange rate is currently 0.79, how these prices are established makes no since.
I would recommend searching for the same product as I have found it for much less at Canadian tire
This is my first and last order and will never order and will ask friends not to deal with this shameful and low profile firm. I ordered a bookcase and then realized the size was wrong. I tried on the phone the customer's services for over 2 hours to change my order but no response. Now they deducted over $ 20 when I cancelled my order.
I advise everyone not to deal with those types of looters.
I ordered bedding for my daughter. It arrived in a timely matter. When I went on Wayfair to show someone what I purchased I noticed that the price had dropped significantly in only 1 week.
I called customer service and they refused to credit me the difference. I am a frequent buyer of wayfair merchandise and was disgusted that they would not credit me the $80 difference. I am returning the bedding and re-ordering it at the lower price. I will not be cheated out of that kind of money. $80 difference in only 1week is just unacceptable. Any other store would honour the new price.

I will not use Wayfair anymore because their shipping trough Fedex is terrible. Especially when you live in Canada close to the border with USA. Fedex can't tell you the Canadian tracking number because it will be assign to your package once in Canada and with USA tracking number you are not able to change the scheduled delivery date. You have to call Wayfair to get the Canadian tracking number and then call again to Fedex. The problem is that once it clears the border it will be delivered to you immediately. So if you live close to the border with USA you will not be able to change the delivery time (or the chances are minimal because it will be delivered to you within few hours). And like in my case the delivery will be dropped in front of your home like a garbage. Thanks but no. This is not for me.
I bought a coffe table from Wayfair and I used it for few months and then it started to peel off and now it looks very bad. I asked them if they could do something and they said no. I'll never buy from them again. Think before you buy anything from them.
I ordered the more expensive Timberwyck 4-light track kit from wayfair.ca as the cheaper equivalent, Globe Electric's Sydney 4-light track bar, was unavailable from all online suppliers. I should have been more suspicious when I saw IDENTICAL pictures of both brands online. Incidentally, wayfair.ca didn't even have Globe Electric's Sydney available for purchase on their website. They charged me for the Timberwyck and sent me the Sydney. It's only a $10 difference, but it's the principle. Customer service was apologetic for the "confusion" (where's the confusion? You scammed me!), insisted that the two products were identical, tried to explain it away by saying that some products are made for "wayfair's brand" and were shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, and refused to refund me the difference. NEVER buying anything from them again!
I brought a $1300 umbrella from Wayfair, firstly no umbrellq stand included, second the umbrellq came with a cover but unless your 10ft tall there is no way of being able to put it on.
Lastly two days after purchase the price dropped $150 and Wayfair refused to give a refund for the difference or even a store credit.
From now on if I can buy the same items at a similar bigger online store I will.

After not ordering from Wayfair I thought I would give the company another opportunity. I placed an order for a bed and it is pending shipping "preparing for shipping" for a month. There is no option to cancel this order either. I will never again be purchasing from Wayfair for any items. It is unacceptable for me to have to wait for a month. Be aware how long it takes to receive your orders. Thank you but no thank you. Sadly customer service was of no help either, Wayfair used to be a good company but sadly no more.
"Return policy" appears to be lip service only. In reality, when they ship a faulty product, they want to ship you another one. If you state that you're disappointed in the product and don't want to try another one, they ignore you. Only route is to hope your Credit Card company can help you retrieve your money. AVOID and stick to reputable online retailers.
I have ordered from Wayfair many times with no problems. BUT this time I ordered a outdoor seating set. When it arrived it was not the set I ordered. Tried to contact customer service and the recording was that The next customer service rep will be with you. After 1.5 hours I hung up. This happened more than once. The calls were made at different time's of the days thinking that they may not be as busy. I have yet to speak to anyone as a customer rep never comes on the phone. The set that I received was not the same price less that half of what I paid. I have finally received instructions via email to return the set but I have to pay to have It returned. Wayfair sent the wrong set in the first place. Wayfair you have just lost a customer.
I ordered a patio set (two chairs, a table) that had removable and washable cushion covers and the cushions could be secured to the chairs. Received cushions that had no removable covers and they could not be secured. Outdoor furniture with no removable covers (white!) and non-secured cushions? Repeated emails went unanswered. In addition, their communications on the delivery were misleading, wrong and infrequent. NEVER AGAIN!
Wayfair disappointment, I don't recommend at all.
As much as I was excited about furnishing my new Apt from Wayfair as much as I have disappointed and disappointed. The photos are not real, Quality is normal, or even poor if compared to prices.or even poor if compared to prices. I received a $ 2,350 dresser without the mirror, then they told me that the mirror (included in the picture when buying) was not included, and that was not available for sale through the site also.Of course I returned the purchase, but the biggest problem today is the seventeenth day I didn't get refund yet.
On web site it shows a Picture of office chair. With price Tag of CAD$107.99. When you try to purchase it. The price is $149.99.
I called and spoke to person in sales and Supervisor NIck, to inform him that it was misleading to have wrong price advertising. Unfortunately instead of apologizing they were adamant that the price of $ 107 was only for Red chair not the white color. When i told them the price is showing on white one, they still were adamant that it was correct. When You have a supervisor who doesn't see the error and the sales person jason (i think) who says that he Doesn't work in customer service and works in sales... First off I am done with way fair.
I ordered curtains for large windows( very hard to find btw 118" L), I just received my replacements that are the same exact WRONG sizes as the first time!
I just moved and havent been able to get the curtains I need, so this is very frustrating.
I also ordered a Gothic mirror, that was damaged during shipping so I got a call and email (very nice of them) saying that they are sending me a replacement free of charge. But just to my luck the replacement is ALSO damaged! The packaging was horrible... bubble wrap? Really? And no sticker on the box anywhere that says 'fragile'... Fed ex is the shipper, so I wasn't surprised when I saw who the shipper was...
Done with them, much nicer things are homesense!
When looking back at the mirror it is not worth 183$! It is garbage.
After looking through terrible reviews after we ordered a carpet from Wayfair, I was scared we would not receive the item or the item would not be good, however that was not the case! Our order arrived a few days early, and it was everything we expected. The item is great, the price was fair and the shipment went smooth.
The Canadian consumer should be aware there is no seamless after market support for the AKDY range hoods if they want to purchase items such as the filters unless they ridiculously have an American Credit Card. Maybe, as it was not pursued. It was thought this a roadblock and their website clearly states they will not ship to Canada and the filters are not available from the retailers in Canada. This is an Ontario Consumer Protection issue.
I went on line to order a crib set for my new coming grandchild and ordered a nursery set and dresser when received confirmation email it said essex nursery set when i received notification of shipping my email stated essex 4 drawer dresser only when i returned from out of town i called wayfair and they only offered me 40% off the purchase which they should have agreed to send my original order with crib as that was what i wanted most was crib i even sent the original confirmation that proved i ordered crib and dresser now i have to do another order and dont have matching dresser and crib but of course im not ordering from wayfair any longer. This is the second order ive received with major issues my first order i ordered a bench for my granddaughters room and the base had 2 cracks in it. Im am very displeased with this business and have no intention in ordering from this company ever again.

I have placed order 3 times from wayfair and after placing the order within hours the price of the products went down and they don't agree to match the price even when I have not received the delivery yet... and if I want to return the product they will deduct a return fee and credit the balance back! They are just running a scam business, they are hell over priced and do not have any customer friendly policies.
If they continue operating like this, I am sure they will see new locks on the business doors soon. Go for Structube or ikea for that matter they are the best! Hate wayfair, never buying again!
I ordered an item, delivery date was 10 days away. Item never arrived. Called them, they asked for 3 more days. Item did not arrive, called them again, they asked for 10 more days. Item did not arrive. Called them again, they asked for 20 more days.
This is day 32 and I did not get the item or my money

I want to buy a power lift chair for my mom and all of a sudden recliners are not shipped to Canada off the Canadian site.
