I made several purchases from Wayfair Canada in October and November 2022. I have yet to see anything appear in my account. In the past, I have contacted them and followed up a couple times this time I did not bother. I have just stopped using them altogether.
Do not order from this company. Too many third party involvement. Ordered a couch, 3 wks later no couch and now I'm being told it's damaged and it hasn't even arrived. So very disappointed. The company is in the USA and all merchandise crosses the border and from there it's a nightmare. Needless to say I was able to cancel order and get refunded. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN.!
They sent me an unsolicited email highlighting items on sale. I purchased and paid for this item. The order was a set of 4 items. They arbitrarily cancelled 2 of the items, not because they were out of stock but because they had 'over-reduced the price in the ad' but "good news" the items are available at a higher price. Which is a total bait and switch. Went on their customer service chat, agent asked if i wanted to speak to a manager, he said wait time was 10 minutes. An hour later another agent came on and explained that the managers left 30 minutes prior to the time i was told it would be 10 minutes. She said she would have a manager email me by the following day at the latest. They didnt. When I went back to the chat to speak with a manager, she told me they had cancelled the remaining items. Which they had not communicated to me and was still showing shipping pending. In short this company lies and scams. They are a joke.
I used to enjoy shopping from Wayfair. They had very nice representatives and large variety of products with easy to use website. Lately if you have questions or you have problems with received order they really make you regret ordering from them.I ordered a set of furniture and coffee table. Coffee table came with a label which was saying materials used in bottom glass might be cancerous and also table came with scratches. I called 3 times in 2 days. Everytime you order something, it becomes an international order...so absolutely no tracking #. How can things be shipped without a tracking #? You only get notification the day before it arrives!
I bought two vanities from wayfair the first one I was satisfied with but the second had a gouge out of the sink and a few other marks on the vanity, the drawer are hard to open and they did nothing and now the top has stains that I can't get out, as far as I'm concerned it's a piece of junk and they should of given my money back. Wayfair if you want to charged those prices you should have better quality. Very upset with this product, you have lost me as a customer. I think your customer service stinks, I'm not the kind of person who wants something for nothing but I do want quality when I pay that much for an item. I have ordered a few things from Wayfair and not once a good experience! The delivery date is always way off. Customer service only tells you what you want to hear yet nothing about the order changes. I have at leas 5 people who I told about Wayfair order things and the ALL had the problems and more! I have had a millwoid pines fireplace in my cart waiting for it to go on sale from 1019.99. Which it did to 889.99.when I went to buy it didn't allow me. So I thought there was no stock. Today I checl again the name has changed exact same picture and now the price is 1699.99. This is outrageous it was in my cart and should have allowed me to purchase for the price that was there. I had my heart set on this after searching forever and now I hzve to start again. Very disappointed and angry!
I order a mattress 3 weeks ago during boxing day sale. Paid for the order, paid extra shipping fees (despite their misleading advertisement claiming free shipping for orders over $50).
After 3 weeks got their email stating my order has been cancelled and monies will be refunded!

I placed an order for a sauna that was on sale for $5,899.99 and I received an additional 20% coupon. My order went on hold for low margin. One week later, Wafair cancels my order because they listed the sauna at the wrong sale price. The price is now listed at $10,399.99 and they are offering a 10% discount. BUYERS BEWARE! Shady business and they don't look after their customers or accept responsibility for their mistakes.
I was looking to buy an L shaped computer desk for my son for Christmas. I checked on Wayfair.ca, and found a really nice one,but it was $1139.99, that was way too expensive. I decided to check around for this same desk to see if it was sold somewhere a little cheaper,and well,to my surprise,I found the identical desk,with identical pictures, and description on Amazon.ca for $198.00 which I then bought! My review is for executive resolutions team Ryan. This guy has no common sense, it's like speaking to a robot. I returned a dining set from wayfair through FedEx label that he provided and apparently the package wasn't received by wayfair. When I spoke to FedEx they're giving me a different tracking number and saying it was delivered to wayfair. But Ryan doesn't want to look into this and keeps saying no money will be refunded because wayfair didn't get the item. Is this guy stupid? I can't even start a claim with fedex because I'm not the sender. So pretty much stuck here! Will never shop at wayfair again and people please refrain from buying from this website!
I have had the same issues on purchases with defective items or missing parts. Waited a full year and never received missing item. This week, our Harriet Bee bunk bed arrived and we are missing the second box. Called Wayfair who states the item is discontinued. I check on the site, not only is it not discontinued but it is also back to original price not sale price. Call them back and let them know they lied and need to give us our missing box. Refused and told we would get refund for 80%off sale and price we paid but no replacement. They did not honour our purchase, did not replace missing box and refused to replace for another and outright lied! Basically, they don't care about their customers. Never again!

I purchased the sofa bed. Pumice I have been in pain within the first week. This sofabed in my opinion is one of the worst. Medal pushes right through the mattress. They did give me me a percentage back but even the sofa is horrible. Way too much money. I'm just waiting to replace it. My body hurts from this!
Last year 2021 I bought an electric fireplace from Wayfair. I also bought an extended policy for a year. This year I received a thank you from Wayfair's extended warranty company thanking me for buying another year of extended warranty service. However, I did not ask for or authorize any extended warranty plan.
It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get the charge removed. Wayfair takes no responsibility for the warranty company even though it is purchased through them. The warranty company just sends the customer around in telephone and email circles. Wayfair's customer service is useless as well because all they do is say it's not their problem and send a phone number I've already called. After service care is non existent with Wayfair, especially if it has to do with warranties. Pay a few bucks more and go to a company that actually cares about its customers.
I ordered a power reclining chair for my 84 yr old Blind Mother. It was delivered 2 weeks early, but left in the driveway just 10 feet from the open carport. It was raining as well. I was on Holiday and had to deal with this long distance. It turns out the chair is actually broken. But since my Mom is blind and can't us a computer she couldn't get ahold of them to try to get it warrantied. Now they tell me there was only a 30 day warranty. This is a $900 chair. What kind of business has only a 30 day warranty.

Don't buy from wayfair I paid 3 grands for my orders and they took money from my credit card but they couldn't find my order number or even my name! Such a scam! Never trust to give them ur card!
I ordered a bench from Wayfair Canada in September 2022. I've been waiting for the product for about a month now with no shipping date set yet (is the product coming from China?). Out of curiosity, I went back into the Wayfair Canada site only to find the same bench (exact same pictures, same dimensions and weight) under a different name and price. Apparently on sale now! Even though I paid the better price out of the two, I immediately canceled my order. Who knows if and when I would be getting this product! I'm sure the people who paid higher would be getting theirs first. It's very dishonest, shoddy, and I won't be ordering from them again.
