First they said if I signed up for their emails I would get 10%. Waited several minutes, no email.
Placed my order, then got the 10% off email. Sounds like a scam already, not a good start.
Ordered one item 2 weeks ago. Tracking shows the item has moved to a nearby location but is still sitting there one week later. No idea when it will get here.
Received shipping updates saying it had been delivered somewhere in Kentucky. Asked customer service and they said I should not have seen that, it was an internal transfer...

Hi friends, just a friendly reminder when ordering products from Wayfair in Canada that your making sure that it's. Ca NOT. Com. If it seems too good of a price confirm it's Canadian. All promo ads you get are US. I learned the hard way. I ordered 2 products and got nailed the US exchange for an OK product.
Ordered a genuine leather chair, credit card charged twice then fixed then charged again. It's not free shipping if you want it even 1 step into your house. Chair finally arrive not leather and had a mark on arm. No compensation for all the aggravation. The only positive the customer service was exceptional.
I purchased this outdoor furniture and had 2 pieces defective. Wayfair sent two new pieces... excellent customer service. Over All I am happy with the patio set. The reason for a 3 star is this product is cheaply made I had to serge sew all the pillow slip covers or use and washing will separate the seam. I do not recommend this product. For the money I paid and the work I had to put into saving the cushion covers from falling apart.
I purchased from wayfair.ca for the first time and looking at the bad reviews after, I was hesitant and scared I may not even receive my purchases. Contrary to those bad reviews, my shipments came fast and although it was the wrong color, I called and received great customer service! My problem was rectified and acknowledged right away. I was completely satisfied and I would definitely purchase from them again! And their selection is huge! Two thumbs up!
I use to love wayfair and had purchased a few things from them! Over the years ive noticed 3 things:
1- when you write a product revièw if its really bad it doesnt get posted.
2- they truelý are over priced! I dare you to find something on way fair and google that exact product 95 percent of the time you can find it cheaper else where
3- they falsely advertise. Type in google
What your looking for and they will claim everytime its on sale
For these reasons im no longer a fan of shopping there
Great shopping for all things for the home with endless items to browse through. A little on the pricey side but if u haven't found what u r looking for on other sites, u can definitely find what u are looking for on wayfair.ca
Shipping costs are reasonable as well!
I removed one star because of prices being high. Quality is very good, and if it is not satisfactory the customer service has been amazing in my experience.
I purchased a couch set in 2021 with 5 year warranty. Full of snags and was denied coverage or an opportunity to make it right with Wayfair after my claim was denied. One should not have to replace a couch every two years. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service. Never again.
I bought two vanities from wayfair the first one I was satisfied with but the second had a gouge out of the sink and a few other marks on the vanity, the drawer are hard to open and they did nothing and now the top has stains that I can't get out, as far as I'm concerned it's a piece of junk and they should of given my money back. Wayfair if you want to charged those prices you should have better quality. Very upset with this product, you have lost me as a customer. I think your customer service stinks, I'm not the kind of person who wants something for nothing but I do want quality when I pay that much for an item. I don't know why I waste my time with reviews nothing ever get done about. Thanks for nothing.
We purchased two bunk beds for my kids and few days later they dropped the price by $300, they refuse to give us a price adjustment or a store credit. If you like the feeling get being ripped off then shop there, otherwise stay away from Wayfair!
They're "Business Professional" perks are nothing to write home about. You receive the exact same discount as a regular customer. Ive never experienced this with other companies I do business with. Don't think i'll be using Wayfair any longer.
I purchased a small cabinet; paid top dollar but was given NO satisfaction in the minimal refund for this item. Customer service basically non-existent; Wayfair doesn't reply and just wants you to disappear if you have any issues.
Shop elsewhere where they don't rely on robotically trained customer service staff.
Ordered a light fixture for just over $200.00 when it arrived it was the cheapest piece of garbage I have ever seen not at all as described or pictured, then to my absolute disgust wayfair does not allow individual product reviews so I could steer others away from this item... this is the last time I will ever shop on this site... no regard for customers at all... biggest loser sight online. Better quality at half the price at Home Depot
My review is for executive resolutions team Ryan. This guy has no common sense, it's like speaking to a robot. I returned a dining set from wayfair through FedEx label that he provided and apparently the package wasn't received by wayfair. When I spoke to FedEx they're giving me a different tracking number and saying it was delivered to wayfair. But Ryan doesn't want to look into this and keeps saying no money will be refunded because wayfair didn't get the item. Is this guy stupid? I can't even start a claim with fedex because I'm not the sender. So pretty much stuck here! Will never shop at wayfair again and people please refrain from buying from this website!
For a company that avidly promotes "Free Shipping over $75" it is more than disappointing that they can get away with posting so much false advertising. Yes, somewhere in small print, in an obscure link there is a disclaimer that remote areas are excluded... is a city of 125,000 remote?... not according to Amazon, Costco, Best Buy...
I used to enjoy shopping from Wayfair. They had very nice representatives and large variety of products with easy to use website. Lately if you have questions or you have problems with received order they really make you regret ordering from them.I ordered a set of furniture and coffee table. Coffee table came with a label which was saying materials used in bottom glass might be cancerous and also table came with scratches. I called 3 times in 2 days. One of customer service staff named Angela was so rude and mean. She
was just making complications instead of helping. Instead of Wayfair taking care of problem they passed me to manufacturer.
I placed an order for dining table and on the same day after few hours I called to cancel the order as I was not aware that the charge was in USD. The associate told me that I would get my refund in 2-3 days but the email I got said the order cannot be cancelled " Your item(s) have either already been shipped, are being prepared to ship, or are currently being custom-made". Really? In a few hours? So guys think twice before you shop with Wayfarer
I placed an order for a $1000 worth LED light fixture through express delivery as it was advertised to be delivered on 30th May. I booked an electrician to install the light on my 27 feet high ceiling and therefore the only reason I bought this fixture was that it will deliver two days before my appointment on 1st June. The fixture didn't turn up until 1st June and I had to pay $395 to the electrician for cancellation. Customer service is now ignoring my emails about my bad experience. I will never ever buy anything from wayfair again. A VERY expensive lesson learned. Order details image attached.
