Very sad when you place a 700.00 order get conformation it's been sent, dosent arrive. Even while tracking. Call the phone number and the gal says ohhh so sorry I refund you your money. Boom done. Not satisfied at all, why didn't my order come? Who knows and obviously who cares. Just like all the big store companies I'm just another victim
Ordered four Warkentin windsor style dining at a total cost of $846.00 When they arrive d they were not only scratched, but the spindles were literally bashed into the bottom of the seat and bare wood was protruding! The photos looked great, however, the quality of this product was shockingly low. Fortunately, their customer service department immediately offered a full refund and we were told to keep the chairs. They have been since donated. I suspect that there have been numerous other complaints regarding this product. Total garbage and grossly overpriced. Should have read previous reviews.
It is a formal complaint about Order #*******231. A dining table that was scheduled for delivery three times and Wayfair never made it. On August 22nd, 2022 between 5:15-6:00 pm, I have talked to a supervisor called Mario. You claim you record your calls so please listen to the recording. Marion was so aggressive talking to a frustrated customer after 3 times of failing to deliver the item. Not only that when I challenged to be charged return shipping cost did he cancel without my consent to accept the charges he hanged up. He didn't know even where the order was or giving any time frame to deliver it. So Wayfair expect their customer to stay calm and wait till the company remember to deliver the order. There is way ever to report a complain. They only reward you with a discount so that you will give them more business while you suffer without disturbing them. I will never buy from Wayfair again
Purchased a fire pit table by Real Flame, from wayfair. After 2 years of owning this table, and properly storing it over the winter, when we took the tarp off, and out of storage in spring, the whole top of the table had crumbled to irreparable pieces.
Wayfair spoke to the manufacturer on my behalf, and when i reached out to them, they did nothing but give me the run around. I felt as if they were purposely trying to frustrate the situation, by asking me for information that was already provided by Wayfair. Terrible product - terrible customer service!
Ordered 2 End Tables. For $213.00 and 2 Days later (Just as it got shipped) It went on more Sale for 189.99. When Asked if they could refund me the difference they says No. I would need to Return the tables and order again at sale price.
Last year 2021 I bought an electric fireplace from Wayfair. I also bought an extended policy for a year. This year I received a thank you from Wayfair's extended warranty company thanking me for buying another year of extended warranty service. However, I did not ask for or authorize any extended warranty plan.
It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get the charge removed. Wayfair takes no responsibility for the warranty company even though it is purchased through them. The warranty company just sends the customer around in telephone and email circles. Wayfair's customer service is useless as well because all they do is say it's not their problem and send a phone number I've already called. After service care is non existent with Wayfair, especially if it has to do with warranties. Pay a few bucks more and go to a company that actually cares about its customers.
Ordered dish rack which was on sale but cancelled the order saying not available after 3-4 days. Due to this i missed other rack on sale. They do not honour their pricing mistake lol. I do not recommend this vendor.
I ordered an item from them and waited 3 weeks only to find out that they didn't bother shipping the item.
And this was after talking to 2 separate support people that did not notice that it was not shipped but told me it was on its way.
Will never buy anything from them again, and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from them.
I ordered an office chair from Wayfair.ca and waited more than 6 weeks and never received it, that is when I decided to call them and ask them about my chair. The lady who answered the phone was not helpful and has no idea where is my chair and she said somebody will email after two days to tell me about it. Same day I received an email from them to tell me they put another order for that item and I will have to wait another 6 weeks to arrive, meaning in total will be 3 months to receive my item, if it will arrive. This is very bad service and I will never buy anything from these people again.
The site said my items would come by July 16 but after the confirmation email came, it said the items would arrive July 20 (after I was to go away). I cancelled the order immediately but the next day, they said they couldn't do so because the items were preparing to ship (that is WAY too fast). No cancellation, so I have to risk the items arriving when I'm on vacation when no one can pick them up.
Also, they only use couriers and not the postal service (the only service acceptable to me).
I bought a medicine chest. While the measurement was accurate for the recess into the wall, the lip of the mirror hit the door trim so it was useless. First, there return policy says 30 days, but that's not the worst part (I changed contractors so it was after the date), you can't return it if you've opened the box!, and worst of all is that you have to pay return shipping charges from Canada to Florida! They might as well say that you can't return it!
In a few words, their system is horrible and they don't honor delivery dates... at all.

I ordered a Christmas gift November 8th 2023 to make certain I got it for Christmas. Three weeks later, I still didn't receive it. After a few emails, I called them and was told that they would open a ticket. I then got an e-mail that it would take 10 days for them to investigate. I called again for an update and the status had not changed from the start. They said they didn't have an update. I then got an e-mail informing me that my order got cancelled without even telling me why. I had to called again and they said they were unsuccessful in contacting the provider. I told them it was still available online. The rep checked and said it was Now in stock, so I ordered again on the phone. I was assured it would be delivered the following week. It's past a week and my order is still "in process". I called again and now have to go through the same steps... open a tickets, etc. I'm now stuck with no gift for Christmas.
I cannot believe how bad the customer service can be! Ordered a table twice and it got cancelled. Been trying to call them to fix it for couple of days and when I did they were so rude and told me to shop somewhere else! The 380$ is on pending and they are not responsive! Also wasted my 3weeks waiting for the table!
We purchased a cuisinart mixing bowl for 279 $ plus tax and 3 days later they dropped off the price down to 235 $. We called the costumer service and her name victoria to match the price or to get a credit for the next time purchase but they refused. Don't make the same mistake guys and shop somewhere else...
I purchased the sofa bed. Pumice I have been in pain within the first week. This sofabed in my opinion is one of the worst. Medal pushes right through the mattress. They did give me me a percentage back but even the sofa is horrible. Way too much money. I'm just waiting to replace it. My body hurts from this!
I ordered a sandbox for my daughter on May 10th, promised delivery date was May 21. The NEXT day (after they had my money) delivery was estimated to be June 1st! I immediately tried to cancel, they said they could not as it had already shipped (so how is that my problem?).
They apologized for the 'confusion', completely patronizing and insulting. This is the second time this has happened, I figured I'd give them a second chance. NEVER order from them from Canada!
Below is an excerpt from an email sent to Wayfair. The finance department did not respond and as of Apr. 15 the charges continue. I have had to cancel my credit card to try and resolve the situation.
On Feb 26 I attempted to place an order but your system would not accept it. The message was to try later so I made three attempts. I phoned the next morning and the glitch was in your system.It was offering US items that could not be obtained at the quoted price. I DID NOT place an order. The attempt placed 3 holds (3 x $447.20) on my credit card. YOUR SYSTEM is now placing a hold for $447.20 on my credit card every 7 days. I contacted my bank and was told the code WF/CA *******246 is for "credentials on file" and that it will bill every seven days like a payment schedule. The bank is obligated to hold the funds. I have repeatedly called Wayfair Customer Service. I will not call again. The charges were posted on Feb 26, Mar 5, 12, 18, 25 & Apr 01.
This is by far the worst company to deal with. They make me so angry. Customer service ppl can't help because my acct is handled by "executive resolution team" these guys can't be reached by phone. I have emailed numerous times, they don't respond. I can't be transferred to them. They should not call themselves the "resolution" team they are anything BUT.
The first item I ordered was received so badly damaged Wayfair told me to just throw it away. They could not replace the item as it was now out of stock. The second item I ordered was suppose to be INSTOCK. However, after ordering I received a NEW delivery date that was 2 and 1/2 months away. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I will be blocking all emails from them.
I ordered a desk chair one month ago and it didn't arrive. I chatted with the staff and she said the order was lost. She helped me order a replacement. But eventually the shipping of the replacement delayed again. I asked for a refund and the staff told me that I had to wait for 15 days to request a refund after the replacement order had been made. The service of this company is terrible!
