This is by far the worst company to deal with. They make me so angry. Customer service ppl can't help because my acct is handled by "executive resolution team" these guys can't be reached by phone. I have emailed numerous times, they don't respond. I can't be transferred to them. They should not call themselves the "resolution" team they are anything BUT.
Tip for consumers:
almost every time i buy something from wayfair i end up regretting it because they are so difficult to reach and can never resolve my issues.
