I have had Omega watches serviced by others and they were time consuming and expensive. WatchRepairs USA made the entire transaction seamless Shipment was simple, the time required was reasonable and the cost was very reasonable. I am very pleased and am ready to send a second Omega for service
I'm on the third (of 5) antique watch restorations with watch repairs USA and they have done amazing work. I wasn't sure a couple of the antique pocket watches could be repaired but they restored them perfectly. I honestly couldn't be happier with the restorations.
Thank you for the feedback and review Monica. We appreciate your repeat business and enjoyed working on your repair.
They did to me what all the others report. Quoted a reasonable price "but could not guarantee that since we have not seen it". Sent in watch with required return postage, much higher $ return deposit was required than they actually spent on mailing it back.
When it arrived, they told me it didn't just need a new battery and a new seal to make it waterproof (diving watch, 600m rated) but was completely broken, couldn't be fixed for less than buying a new watch. I ended up taking the watch to a local business, they replaced battery and seal, this watch still runs fine.
The watch came back with no work done, shipped cheapest, uninsured package rate, these guys spent about $25 less than the large return fee deposit they had required. Their mailing label was stuck on over mine, my tape and bubble wrap were undisturbed inside that box.
THEY NEVER EVEN OPENED THE PACKAGE.
Thank you for the feedback Robert. Please provide me with your repair number and I will look into this for you as there are a number of inaccuracies in your comments above.
Please note that we are unable to provide a quote until the watch has been assessed by one of our technicians.
We provide our customers with prepaid inbound shipping labels.
We do not quote return shipping when you sign up to have your watch in.
We use NEW shipping boxes, new bubble wrap and new tape with every order.
4/8/2021 2nd Request for repair #
5/24/2021 3rd and final request for a valid repair #
They said the shipping was free. I printed off the lable and took it to UPS, however they checked and it wasen't prepaid. Cost me $20.00 to ship. Today I recieved an email alerting me that my watch had not been recieved, (yet). This started a long process of typnig to the online customer service person, who stated that it was basically my fault for not printing out the right form? Anyway she was not going to help me get the shipping money I spent.
I had sent an email (prior to emailing the online customer support person), and a few minutes later another email telling me my watch had been recieved. All this trouble just to send in a watch for repair. They will do without my business... Tim
I sent my fathers old wristwatch in for repairs in August of 2021. I was promised "12 weeks" (which should have been my first warning!)
It is now the end of January 2022 and they have not repaired the watch OR returned it!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Hi Lee. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Due to the delay of getting the correct watch parts, repairing your watch took more time than we originally anticipated. We do say that all repair times are an estimate. Hopefully the repaired watch that you received in early February met your needs.
I saw they offered what looked like a good deal on a watch repair so I e-mailed them first and was told the repair I needed was "typically" in the $30 range so I sent them my watch. Estimate came back at over $300! Atfer saying I only needed the repair of the pusher versus the "overhaul" they reduced the price $20 as a courtesy and still over $300. Said to send the watch back and cost me $18.89. I agree with above commenst, they want your watch and if they get to do the repair they are charging an excessive amount. If nt they will ship it back to you and make money that way! Shipping charges are outrageous as a watch could ship USPS in a falt rate box for $5. Do not use these people as all they are after is your watch and your money.
I paid $634 to repair my Chase Durer 1000XL UDT. The crown had to be replaced, but they refused to send me a picture of the replacement parts. The quartz movement was allegedly beyond repair, so they put in a new quartz movement that doesn't go with my watch. Notice the date window in the pictures provided. The date currently sits at an angle and when the date displays double digits. You can't even see the entire date.
This process took 5 months and as I mentioned. I paid $634 for repairs, not replacement with non-matching parts. The quartz replacement was never even communicated to me. I specifically wanted a full repair at a reputable (or so I thought) watch repair shop so I could continue to use this watch for what it's intended for. Often times, that means underwater. However, they recommend that I avoid water. Even steam or moisture. $634 to repair my Underwater Demolition Team Diver's watch, but avoid water, steam, and moisture...
Save yourself the time and money. Go elsewhere! Their site makes it look like they cater to all watch brands, they don't. Communication is absolutely horrible. Pricing doesn't match the website (not even close). Complete overhaul starting at $79? Battery replacement starting at $19? $300 for my "overhaul" alone, which was just a swap out. $29 for my battery replacement because I guess it was just a special kind of battery? Stem and crown for $200, not even Chase Durer parts.
SCAM COMPANY THAT STEALS WATCHES. You will never see your watch again. The company purports to repair watches but steals the watch once it is received via UPS; tells the customer the watch was stolen during UPS shipment, sends fake photos of damaged shipping boxes, and then tells the customer to file a claim on the customer's homeowners insurance. The company has run this interstate fraud for years. Many have complained about the thefts.
This is in relation to my watch Repair #******* of about a year ago. Like most of the poor reviews that you will find here, the lesson learned, is to always read the reviews of any and all Companies, products or repairs that you must send away for. My Burberry was a keepsake given to me as a gift. Most of the time it sat in a dresser, as I only wore it on special occasions. When it started to lose time, I tried a local vendor who told me he didn't have the specialized tools to even get it opened. I sent it to Watch Repair USA figuring it would only require a battery replacement. However, as you will find, that once they have your watch in their possession, you are at their mercy. They reported back that it required a full overhaul at a cost close to the price probably paid for the very watch. I'm sure they are much aware that most watches sent to them are valued keepsakes. After committing to $180, I waited and waited. It was about four or five months later that the watch came back. In a years time, I probably haven't worn the watch but a dozen times. In the eighth month from repair, I noticed it began to lose time. Now in the eleventh month it is totally worthless. I could have bought a new one for around $250. And oh yes, I think it is still under their years warranty. But I would need my head examined to dare sent it back in to Watch Repair USA. In hindsight, who really needs a watch to tell time. We all carry cell phones. So, I will just wear this poorly repaired watch for it's style and sentimental value. BUYER BEWARE!
Thank you for the feedback William. Our records show you signed up for our services on 12/3/19 and and we received your watch on 12/11/19. The repairs in the amount of $159.97 were paid on 12/19/19 with an approximate repair time of 4-8 weeks. Your watch was shipped back to you 7 weeks later on 2/7/20.
We have received no communication from you via phone or email that your watch was not working properly. I have emailed you a prepaid shipping label under repair #313312 to have your watch sent in to be repaired under warranty.
Horrible experience with this place. They messed up the alignment on a subdial hand on my Fortis Cosmonauts Chronograph, so I sent it in for warranty repair and asked them to examine the crown, which was wobbly when it came back from them the first time.
After four months of waiting and ignoring requests for status updates, they shipped the watch back. First there were tons of greasy smudges UNDER the crystal- so much so that legibility was actually reduced. Second they replaced the original Fortis crown with a plated brass piece of garbage, and appeared to have drilled out and replaced the crown tube as well.
My instructions SPECIFICALLY said "I want to keep the original crown. If there is no way to fix this that doesn't mean getting a new crown, I'd rather keep the original.". They completely ignored my request and have now significantly reduced the value of the watch. Vintage Fortis crowns are nearly impossible to source.
After requesting information on whether or not the crown tube was actually drilled and replaced, I was told I would receive no further information and that any further emails would be ignored.
Avoid these swindlers at all cost.
Thank you for the feedback Evan. We provided you with the requested information on repair #311538. Please note that our technicians do not provide a parts list of every piece in the watch.
I sent a watch for repair which they received 12/11/2020. The estimated turn round time was 5-10 business days. By late December to early January I had no update save for trying to source parts. I asked two or three people to ask the technician what was wrong with the watch to which I was told we can't speak to the techs. Huh? How about sending them an email so one person said she would as did I but i got no response. I think the customer has a right to know what is wrong with the product to be fixed. I could never get a reply so I said just send it back. Interestingly the very next day the message was "parts not available." Well I took it to another watch repair store and got a reply in 2 days and they have the part in stock which is a special battery component for kinetic watches. Hmmm. I sent my watch to Watch Repairs USA from a UPS store using their boxing and paid $17.76 as the shop is in the same town as I live in and it was received in one day. Watch repairs USA sent it back UPS two day for $41.77. This was my experience with Watch Repairs USA. Never again. They have an "F" rating per the BBB BTW.
I see that Tom from watch repairs has a slew of positive reviews now. My how interesting. :). However at the time I posted the review here the BBB rating was indeed "F". This was 2 mos. Ago. Now the rating is B- actually thanks to those miraculous reviews. :). If their rating was "B" then why wait until 3/11/21 to mention this. I think I know why. In any case this does not change anything about my experience. Nice try Tom. Like I said before I was born in the morning but not this morning.
3/11/2021 Thank you for the review Lawrence. Please provide me with your ticket repair number and I will look into this further. When checking BBB, please be sure you are reviewing the correct company as we have a B rating.

I recently sent two Breitling watches to Watch Repairs USA. Both watches needed an overhaul and new batteries. My diver's watch had a factory brushed finish which some -#*@) idiot decided to buff it all off leaving a smooth polished finish. I still can't believe someone I trusted my valuable watches to was that STUPID! This watch had stopwatch functions. When the watch was returned, the reset Minutes hand did not reset to the 12 o'clock position. The bracelet was not removed from the watch case for cleaning. There was still dirt under the bracelet clasp.
My other watch I sent was a Breitling B-2. I'm not sure that the bracelet was polished. It did not have the luster I expected of a recently polished bracelet. Again, the bracelet was never removed from the watch case. The back of this watch was not screwed down tight by the clowns at Watch Repairs USA. I was wearing the watch and heard a metal on metal clicking when I shook my wrist. I took the watch off to find the back cover very loose.
I have sent both watches back for correcting and I hope I don't regret doing so. I have asked for a refund of the $49.99 for polishing my watch with the brushed finish that did not need polishing.
Overall, I rate Watch Repairs USA as Extra Poor. I can't believe that there is no quality control within this company as evidenced by their returning my watches in poor conditions. I am left wondering if my watches were actually overhauled.
T. M. thank you for the feedback and review. Please feel free to email us directly at customercare@watchrepairsusa.com and include your 6 digit repair number. We are unable to locate any customers with the name T. M.

We have not received any communications from you. Please contact our customer service department if you need assistance with your repair.
I could live with the overhaul and repair price of $200 but don't hit me on the head for $30 for batteries and another $30 for a $. 50 gasket which should be included in an overhaul!
The return shipping cost is calculated based on the amount you selected to have your watch insured when you initiated the repair. If you have a cheaper shipping option, we are more than happy to remove the shipping cost if you provide us with a prepaid UPS, USPS or FedEx shipping label.
Sent watch to honor a warranty for second time after they charge me $600 to fix it and they keep it for almost three months to adjust the watch. Also, I sent a watch, and they want to charge me $300 for a wrist band that I found it on Amazon way to cheap, I requested to return my watch and took them 15 days to return after several calls. DO NOT USE THIS Watch repair Company.
If it were possible to give zero stars I would.
The company generated a shipping label so I could send my watch to them to replace the battery. UPS lost the watch and told me the company has to initiate a complaint. I made multiple phone calls to the company to get the complaint number, and they never responded. Then the company sent me a check for $100 and a letter indicating that the missing watch was not their fault. The amount of the check doesn't even come close to the amount needed to replace the watch.
Watch Repairs USA told me that UPS told them my "broken" watch is only worth $100. First, I have scoured eBay and other sites and cannot find a replacement watch. Second, obviously Watch Repair USA doesn't understand how insurance works - it should reimburse me for the replacement cost, not the actual cash value of the watch. Third, my "broken" watch would not be broken if WRU had simply replaced the battery and returned it to me.
Totally unprofessional and a scam. I'll see you in small claims court, Watch Repair USA.
After several weeks & bs charges, like $25 for them to ship my timepiece back to me untouched, i sent the timepiece back to the factory.
$25.00 to replace the battery... that's it.
No major service like Watch Repairs USA quoted me for $200; and they shipped it back to me for free.
BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENTS UNSCRUPULOUS TACTICS TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET
I sent my Ball watch in for an overhaul. They provided the shipping label; then written estimate; then the repair and return shipping. The process took about 6 weeks.
Hi James. We are happy to hear that you were satisfied with your experience. We appreciate your review.
Wrote a memo to the repair requesting a new battery and add the links into the band that I sent. Came back as a 400.00 charge. Will never use this contact mpany again
They say they specialize in your brand.
They receive my watch and say it has to go directly to the manufacturer... 2 months I hear nothing I call they say they haven't heard from the manufacturer so I cal the manufacturer. They say yes we went them a quote 4 weeks ago. (I have called weekly after the first month because they told me 2-4 weeks). Watch needed a battery... specialize in a product you can't change a battery in.
Then they threaten to sue me for talking to the manufacturer to get my watch back.
WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY ONLINE COMPANY!
Sent my watch to them and they had for over 3 months, the digital and analog portions of the watch would not match off be hours. They sent me a bill for what it would take to fix the watch. I sent them the money and when I finally got it back nothing was fixed. The 2 movements are still off and I can not get them to match up. This was a total waste of money. My advise to all looking to have them fix your time piece
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST BUY A NEW WATCH.
Lowell, please provide me with your 6 digit ticket repair number so that I can investigate this further.

4/8/2021 Customer has provided repair #30318. The repair was paid for on 7/22/20 and was returned back to the customer on 9/25/2021. We performed the following work:
Basic quartz servicing - Replace battery, re-oil movement as needed, check parallelism of hands and dial, calibrate movement, check timing and ultrasonically clean exterior of watch.
Answer: They are a real company, just a horrible and unethical one
Answer: Watch Repairs USA is responsible to actually repair the watch and send it back. As of today Watch Repair USA has my money AND my Watch. It was sent on February 27,2020. Today is August 3rd 2020. I filled everything out correctly and got the first e-mail saying my watch and order was received. The 'STATUS'has remained unchanged for 4+ months as çheck back or we will send you an e-mail for the update. SO far NOTHING and no reply from the company to my e-mail inquiries. SO can't blame the customer for this. Sounds like THEFT to me!
Thank you for the very nice comments and we look forward to work on your next timepiece. Click on this link will take you directly to our Omega Watch Repair page.
