My experience with the repair of my Gucci bangle watch was great. The watch was restored back to its circa 1985 glory. Now my daughter can enjoy it.
They kept me informed throughout the process.
I have sent several watches over the years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the results. There has not been a watch that they cannot repair.
They also gave me an outrageous quote. I said no. They are charging me $18 to ship it back. Even more outrageous. And it was a charge I was not told about before I sent my watch. DO NOT USE THEM.
I sent my 50 yrs old Gruen watch for repair and restore in May 2022. They charged me close to 600 dollars. Months went by but no update. Finally, in December 2022, they said that watch is fixed and has been shipped. I waited a week but no watch arrived. Called back, I was told that, there is something wrong with the watch and they will repair it for free and update me soon. 4 months went by but no update, I called numerous times and got same answer, "technician is working on it, I will email him and get back to you". Got the watch back in Feb 2023. Noticed two things wrong: 1: second hand would skip and stop, and leather band they put was for a child, its very tight on my wrist. I called them back and they asked me to resend them. They will fix the watch but would not replace the band unless I pay another 45 dollars. I send the watch, came back after 2 months, still same issue with second hand. They asked me to resend them, now they told me its all good and second hand supposed to move like that, LOL. So I'm out of 585 dollars and I have to pay someone else to fix the movement. And replace the bend. NEVER EVER do a business with them. Nazir, Jacksonville, FL 08/01/2023

Did what repairs I wanted done. Price was reasonable for 100 year old pocket watch. Return shipping was fast and product was very secured for return shipping.
The watch was repaired in a timely fashion. It was returned looking like a new watch. It was for my wife, who really enjoyed having the watch back. Thank you

Had our watch repaired #******* in June of 2021. The work that was promised was not completely and 1 year later in June of 2022 the watch began to leak and lose time. Sending it to Breitling USA Inc.

I googled this site when a 53 yr old beautiful watch was not working. They fixed it. A local jeweler said it could not be fixed. They kept me posted on all details.

This business is actually a pretty good scam. They say they specialize in your watch and brand so I send it in and I pay to sent it in because I could be ever get the pre-paid shipping to show. I send it in to have a simple part repairs and to be buffed and polished as it was one of their choices of services. Well they then come back to me a few days after they receive it and say the part I need has been discontinued but now I have to pay triple of what I paid to ship it to them, to get my watch back! It's kind of brilliant of a scam. You have people send in their watches, say you can't fix them and charge an outrage shipping charge to get it back. It's a $700 watch so of course I'm going to pay $30 to ship it back. And the service that I wanted to begin with, which was a polish and a buff, they did not do! Why? Is that machine discontinued as well? What I find upsetting is that I can buy this watch on Amazon and even walmart.com (which I'm not happy about by the way) and yet they say the part is discontinued? But they are still making the watch... anyway I would suggest staying away.
Fixed to original glass th process was easy and painless to send with constant updates in the process.

I sent a pocket watch that winds up with a key to you for an estimate for repair. The estimate was over $600 and the watch is not worth more than $200 so I declined the repairs. The watch was sent back to me without the key. Here is a picture I took before I shipped the watch and key to you and my wife can verify that both were shipped to you. I put the key in a zip lock baggie. I was told you never received the key or it was not listed as being received but I know I sent it with the watch; how would you know if the watch worked if you couldn't wind it up with the key? You said you would find me my key or get me a key because the watch is no good at all without the key. I first contacted you on 5/13/2021. Please resolve this matter quickly; I need my key.

They are big time crook, I ask them to change my watch band and Send me a extra band AND THEY CHARGED ME $377.00 MORE THAN BUYING MY WATCH.

The service was not as fast as expected. They just cleaned and replaced the battery. They could not add wrist links and time bezel. Not really Tag authorized repair shop

I sent in my tag to have it rebuilt cost nearly 800 it did not even make the warranty I wore it two times and it stopped working sent it back and they said it needed a battery then when they got it they sent me another invoice which I refused to pay six months later I finally got my watch back not working but from what I read I am lucky to even get it back they claim they had sent it UPS and it was returned I was not even in town when they claimed I refuse shipmentThis company is the worst do not send your watch in you will lose it or it will cost you a fortune for some moron to work on it by the way my watch still doesn't workI can't believe this company can still do business why aren't they shut down?

Therefore, it did not qualify for a warranty repair. We would have been happy to hold your watch if you let us know that you were out of town and unavailable to receive the shipment at that time. I would like to say a few things about my experience with Watch Repairs USA. I originally sent my watch in for repairs last August. The chronograph second hand and minute counter sub dial were not resetting properly. After evaluation I was sent an estimate for "Reset and repair chronograph functions" for which I made a payment of $374.83 which included shipping. I received the watch near the end of September and the minute counter sub dial still would not reset properly. I returned the watch for warranty repair. Several weeks later I was told the repair would not be covered under warranty and received a repair estimate for $200.00. I inquired why it would not be covered and after several emails and phone calls over the next two weeks I received another repair estimate for #324.79 saying my watch needed a complete overhaul. At that point I felt like I was being scammed and my watch was being held hostage as none of my questions concerning the warranty issue had been answered and was merely told via email that there would be no coverage. So I made the payment for $324.79 on November 20th and prayed I would get my watch back in a timely fashion and in good working order. I received the watch this week and the paperwork stated the repairs had been completed as "warranty repair completed at no charge. Sorry for the inconvenience." This was like adding insult to injury as I had, indeed, paid for the initial repair as well as the subsequent repair for a total of $699.62.
Review: Terrible customer service, 6 month turnaround time and no warranty coverage.

My recent and ongoing experience with Watch Repair USA has been nothing short of appalling - the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Under no circumstance should anyone use this companies services. How they are still in business is shocking!
I sent my watch in for repairs and received confirmation of receipt on May 28th - at that time Watch Repair USA set an expectation of 4 to 8 weeks for repairs to be completed. After multiple communications to understand where repairs stood, I have received an endless stream of reasons for delay - parts are delayed, parts received but broken, we were on vacation, our email is down, etc. On July 7th received communication stating "specialist is projecting a completion date of July 17th" - keep in mind this is after 4 to 8 week expectation set on May 28th. On July 23rd - nothing. At this point I requested for my watch to be returned with a refund on work not completed. Have received run around ever since with Watch Repair USA refusing to return my personal property. Have saved all email communications with Watch Repair USA to prove the above to be an exact representation of experience described above.

I had a watch from my deceased dad about 15 years ago by Paneri watch as a gift of my birthday last year on January 2022 I send a watch for replace battery and service they send me estimate for $1200 for service and change the battery and I paid 1052 and I send my watch with FedEx Signature required to them it's been over a year I still don't have my watch they lost my watch and they said they shipped it and they did not insure my watch and they're claiming the watch was lost and UPS paid them $100 and my contract and the estimate they indicate the watch is going to be signature required and $5000 insurance which they did not include the insurance I keep calling maybe over 100 times called email nobody respond. They totally ignored me they frustrated me and they emotionally stress me so much,finally I had to file a small claim court And claim my watch and the owner for $14,000 watch which is same watch right now is over 8500 they offer me $3000 if you have something valuable or sentimental, do never do not send it to them because you never get your watch back and if they lose it, they will not take responsibility. Just ignore you. This company are very Irresponsible and have the worst Customer Service and they don't care about your personal sentimental value. Anything I research in Google and I saw over hundreds of the same situation and complaints Just like me. So be aware and be smart and don't ever trust them.
My seiko watch was restored to 85%. Almost brand new. It was a gift from my oldest daughter and I really cherish that Watch (traditional one).

Answer: Watch Repairs USA is responsible to actually repair the watch and send it back. As of today Watch Repair USA has my money AND my Watch. It was sent on February 27,2020. Today is August 3rd 2020. I filled everything out correctly and got the first e-mail saying my watch and order was received. The 'STATUS'has remained unchanged for 4+ months as çheck back or we will send you an e-mail for the update. SO far NOTHING and no reply from the company to my e-mail inquiries. SO can't blame the customer for this. Sounds like THEFT to me!
