My daughter ordered a dress from Wanelo for Prom... when we got it, it wasn't even close to the dress that was shown on-line. Trying to return a dress from China is a joke. I had e-mail conversations from a "Naomi" from Wanelo for 2 weeks on instructions on getting it returned, all of her e-mails came through in the middle of the night. I asked and asked her to call me, never did. I finally got an address to send it back, I'm in SD, the return address was for MN (which I thought was odd). After I returned it to the address, I was called by the person receiving it indicating that this was a private address and they had no idea why I just sent them a dress. I apologized and asked them to return it and I would cover the costs, which they said they would... but after 2 months and a several more calls to them, I never got the dress... so I think they are in the scam with Wanelo!
DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... and PLEASE WANELO... DON'T BOTHER SENDING ME A RESPONSE TRYING TO MAKE MENDS... I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

Wanelo is a knockoff app. That sells through independent sellers. Most of their stuff comes from China, with high cost shipping and handling that it takes over a month for delivery.
They have knockoffs at cheap prices and they also have most expensive better quality fakes. I received my "high end Quality" $100 fake bag 8/27/18. It was really good, realist fake looking for the money. Five months later after literally being used mildly, it is falling apart.
We the customers have no control on merchandise becoming damaged or broken after a few months of use. Any local or online store with the receipt would honor their merchandise and do the right thing, by allowing it to be returned... full refund or replace broken item with a new one. This purse is only 5 months with barely usage and it is falling apart! I have photos on my Wanelo account when I first got it and that time I wrote a review. And now I also sent them photos to their email showing the damage of it. Now Wanelo is telling me nothing they can do because it is over their "one month warranty." Are you kidding me? I am an educated customer and I know my rights. I am fighting this... I don't understand why they protect the "sellers": Blue-Lovely. The seller or Wanelo is responsable for broken merchandise, period. I am looking to get a full refund or a brand new replacement bag.
A few months ago I got jeans on line from EBay for my child, 4 months later the zipper broke. I sent them photos and copy of the receipt. Within a few days I received a new pair of jeans with an apology and a pre-paid label to return the broken one. So easy, so simple.

So far the majority of reviews on here is from bad experience... I use the App, but not with my email. A hint when buying an item from a sellers, make sure that they have alot of reviews with pictures... if I can't see a pix ona reviews for the product I dont want it... Secondly, if you see a product and you want to save it... where its have that (Save or Buy) sometimes it doesn't say Buy it show See in a Grey color... DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROME THAT SELLER BECAUSE WANELO DOES NOT AUTHORIZE OR APPROVE THAT SELLER/S... STORE... OR ELSE YOUR F#%k... another thing if you save those that aren't Authorized by wanelo delete it... Last but not least, when you make a purchase go on your order section click on an item that's still processing and you haven't received... the part which stated detail scroll to the bottom and contact wanelo... once you write them and submit they already know the item order # that's the neat part about it... I have very pleasant Customer service Rep... and the money will reflex back in your account 2 to 3 days... don't even bother reaching out to the seller/s because they don't budge... basically the Customer Ser. Rep is (your lawyer/judge) "if you will"
BY THE WAY BE VERY OBSERVANT WHEN ORDERING... THE KEY IS THE REVIEWS WITH PICS OR DONT PURCHASE. AND THAT "SEE: TAB/BUTTON IN GREY COLOR... I HOPE THIS IS A BIT HELFUL TO WHOMEVER.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
