Sold me fake Jordan's and won't refund my money. Don't shop for shoes here they are fake. They are not checking what ppl are selling

BE WARNED THIS WEBSITE IS VERY DISHONEST & IT HIDES BEHIND EMAILS WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE 800# the only email and a message box as its form of communication! When I received my order instead of getting 40cm (silver hardware) I got 35cm (gold hardware). I do not like this website I have had three other problems with this order--the above problem being the fourth.
Warning! Be careful and make sure the item is 40cm and correct hardware. Plus, shipping takes a very long time and the customer service only take messages with up to two days call back (not including if you have any problems or returns). No wonder Amazon is rake #1 and doing $ Billions. NO MORE patron-ship from me AGAIN! As of two months later I still did not receive a refund! There's no customer service 800 number --just a message box. I left several messages requesting a call back (and I kind you not) I was hung up on each and every time during the call without a call back to rectify the situation. The so-called customer service rep would send an email promising to a refund (since Jan 28,2018) yet not to be as of 2/23/18.
Wanelo is the best app ever it has a lot of cute clothes on it and u can save it so u don't u won't have to search to find it cause it will be saved
I have ordered three times from Wanelo and used their app to browse through fashion almost daily. My experience of online shopping through them is pretty good so I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews. So my experience in a nutshell: 1. Order the stuff (sometimes I got the confirmation and tracking email and sometimes I didnt) 2. Wait almost a week for them to confirm the order and ship it 3. Wait about 2 weeks to receive the package
Obviously this is NOT FAST so if you're an impatient person or you need your package in less than a month, I do not recommend Wanelo. But if you're someone who wants cute clothes who cannot buy it in person (due to the brand being in another country) or you want something cute but still affordable, GIVE WANELO A CHANCE! I'm happy with everything I've ordered from here.
Also, I'm a super cautious person when it comes to online shopping so whenever I was worried about my package, tracking, email etc. I just send an email and they get back with me in about two days the max.
SO BASICALLY KEY TO ORDERING THROUGH WANELO IS PATIENCE.

Two items were returned on 12/26/15 and of this date i have not received a refund. Where is my refund order #'s L3N******* and L3N*******.

I can see since you posted this that the items were in fact refunded to you on March 19th and it typically takes between 2 and 10 business days to see the amount back in your account. A couple of years ago, I ordered the clear colorful LV duffle bag, it never came, I ordered the brown LV in February never processed, still awaiting refund!
Don't bother. Don't be tempted. Sizes are off, quality is horrible and there is NO customer service.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
