I did an online survey for them for an amazon shopping card. The directions said to complete the survey and you will receive a gift card. I went to the site. Survey was opened so I completed it. The response was your will receive your gift card the next week. Never received one. Been emailing them. They told me they picked who received a gift card, but thanks for participating. Never mentioned anything about entering to win one. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY! COMPLETE SCAM! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I was alerted by my credit reporting service that my personal data appeared on the dark web, and had been taken from wanelo.com. I tried to close my account on line- can't do. I tried to reach someone on the 800 number 5 TIMES- got a voice mail message every time- regardless of day or time of call. Have emailed twice- no response.

I ordered many items from this site. I either got XL items (I ordered small), items I didn't order or I did not recieve the item at all because they cancelled but kept my money. Was dealing with a customer service rep named Robbie as soon as I sent him photos of proof and all my matching order numbers, he has fallen off the face of the earth and will no longer answer my e-mails. Would never order from here and will continue leaving negative posts everywhere I can until I get my money back!... since I posted this review MONICA ( a supervisor) contacted me to "TRY TO HELP" that in itself has been another scam! She asked for the same info I already sent, then when I sent it for the third time, she said she was handing this back off to the first person who stop answering my e-mails the first time! Do not buy anything from this site they will take your money and you won't get anything in return!

0 STARS! DO NOT order from this place. This is a scam. I ordered in January 2023 and 6 months later I still have no product and no refund. I have been communicating with "customer service" and they keep saying there is a high volume. They emailed me in June 2023 and stated that it is too late to provide me a refund and when I replied stating that I was going to report them they asked me how I would like my redund(credited to my account or to my original form of payment). I replied stating that I wanted it back on my card and they responded a week later stating once again that there is a high volume and they don't know when my issue will be resolved. I contacted one of the vendors directly and they stated that they can not provide me with a refund because Wanelo has not paid them for their products/orders for the past year then told me that if I wanted the product they can ship it out if I send them more money directly through PayPal. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
We purchased a dress from Wanelo. It stated that it was from the US. When we received the dress it was nothing like the picture. Its was also from China! I've been fighting to get my money back since receiving it. There needs to be a lawsuit against this company for wronging so many people. DO NOT BUY FROM WANELO!

Wanelo is a marketplace made up of 4,000 different stores based in the US, however there are some stores who get their products from overseas. I've forgotten my Wanelo password & emailed them directly about 10 times now for a reset (the "reset password" link never works - I've never been sent a reset email), & Customer Service has STILL not emailed me back, not once in over a month. Who the hell even WORKS in their Customer Service dept?!? Horrifying lack of service. Seriously the worst.

I purchased an item from wanelo, got a shoddy bs tracking page, contacted company about never receiving product after 2 months, kept getting replies that only said we are looking into it. Requested refund, emails ignored ever since, company won't return my emails or my money, MULTIPLE REVIEWS from other customers online who had this happen to them! Don't trust this company

MORE LESS STEALING which is a crime punishable by LAW. Process an order way back in April of this year its now JUNE 27 no merchandise. I have a similar issue. I've been waiting almost 8 weeks for a refund. I've provided Wanelo with receipts, tracking numbers, the whole gamut and no answer back on my $156.95.

Worst online shopping EVER! Received an item wrong size. Sent back according to return policy they returned it back to me! Now I have been dealing with customer service who will NOT return my emails!

I purchased a $50 gift card for my daughter. The $50 was posted to my credit card. I was waiting to receive my PDF of the gift card after receiving a confirmation e-mail. I received an e-mail from Monica at Wanelo saying that I had cancelled the order and would not be receiving a gift card. I DID NOT CANCEL THE ORDER. You have my money and I have no gift card and no one will return my e-mails. I now have no expectation that you are a credible company and just want my $50 credited back to my charge card. No one will reply to my e-mails at this point.

As a seller, this site is a pain in the rear. I own Sensual Shoes & Clothing Boutique and was introduced to Wanelo by my supplier and Shopify, my website host. The only way you can sell on Wanelo is by having a Shopify store. The first couple of days, I got a couple of sales and thought, alright, this might work. However, the sales stopped after luring me in with those few. I have taken all the marketing advice and implemented it, spent countless hours liking, following, etc. and still nothing. I can't figure out how to even organize my products other than this long tedious process of adding to collections or writing some story. My followers stay on the number 10 when in fact I know people have followed me because when going to the alerts, it tells me I received 28 followers in a day. I have purchased from Wanelo as well. My purchase experience has been really good, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Wanelo customer service isn't the best and I'm really at my wits end as a seller on the site.

I wanted to browse their site when it kept prompting me to sign up with either facebook or email. It would not even let me look at anything without pestering pop-ups.
After I clicked through the facebook link it asked for permissions. It wanted MY information, then it wanted my FRIENDSLIST and email. I unclicked these options since I'm not about to use my friends and family for ad baiting. I wanted to anomalously shop like I do anywhere else. After unclicking, it demanded I sign up for an account. NO THANK YOU!
Any serious business lets their products and policies speak for themselves. If I like what you sell and want to have a great experience, I might sign up. But you don't enter a store and are ask to surrender you wallet at the door. That is a FISHING SCAM and no one should be doing business with a site that is dishonest from the start. Moving on, just wanted to post this warning to anyone else that does their homework before surrendering their personal information.

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
